This was my first time visiting the service department. I was coming in for 20,000 mile service and to replace a fuel pump due to a recall. Carter Estella was great! He greeted me right away explained the process and arranged for a loaner vehicle. Super easy and fast. Customer service was outstanding!

I left a message for Mobile Service. Daniel responded and arrived within 15 minutes. He quickly determined that my battery needed to be replaced. I was amazed that it only took about 20 minutes total to complete. My car was ready to go again! It was my pleasure to have Daniel respond to my call for help. Thank you Lexus for this wonderful service.

I love to bring my Lexus NX in for service. The service advisor was so kind and explained my vehicle service needs in detail. The waiting area is very comfortable and provides complimentary drinks. All employees who passed me all said Good Morning to me. It is a wonderful place for your vehicle service needs.

I received excellent service at Lexus of Clearwater. First I was greeted by Christina she is so helpful and polite. She is a wonderful addition to the Lexus team. Next my service advisor Paul H. He is great and helped get the service I needed. They both went above and beyond giving me an amazing experience yesterday. I recommend both for employee of the Month or whatever you do to recognize superior performance employees. Thank you.P.S. This is the forth Lexus I purchased from Lexus of Clearwater.

Andrew was great! The process of dropping off my car was quick and I had a 2024 RX50 Lexus for a loaner. Andrew kept in contact with me during the day letting me know the progress and as it turned out the air noise I had been hearing in my headrest was just the seat cooler on. I m not a mechanic but I learned a few things about my car like it only needs an oil change every 10,000 miles or every year which I was doing more often. It is a bit of a drive but I will come back should I have anymore problems with my SUV Lexus.Thank you Andrew

I have never had a bad experience at Lexus of Clearwater. My service rep was Carter & he was superb. He provided with information that was essential, he kept me well informed as I waited for my vehicle, he was sincerely polite & courteous. You could sense that he enjoyed his job & his customer s needs mattered. Thank you, Carter for EXCELLENT customer service!

I had an excellent experience at Lexus of Clearwater. The specific car i wanted was not available when i first visited, but the sales consultant called me shortly after i left the dealership to say they had just received the exact car i wanted. So I returned immediately to see and drive the car and make a deposit for purchase. I feel I got a good deal and very much appreciate the help and assistance I received, particularly from the sales consultant, John Heath.

First I would like to compliment this Lexus dealership for hiring competent employees. I purchased my Lexus RX350 here in 2010. They have maintained my car since and I'd never let anyone else touch her. They have great customer service. In those 14 years I've only had 2 service techs, which says a lot for their company. Both have been above and beyond exceptional. Eric, my service tech, is amazing and always greets me with a smile. When he calls to give me updates on my Lexus he's friendly and very knowledgeable about my car. This last time when I arrived I told him I started hearing a noise I'd never heard before under the hood. He opened the hood, listened and told me what he suspected it was. He was right. My car is always ready when promised. Excellent service from check in to check out. I highly recommend this dealership and not taking anything away from the other service techs, but in my opinion Eric is the best. May God bless him and all of you.

The Customer Care Director "G" gave me a great greeting after dealing with the new CALL CENTER She made my experience so much better after the debacle. My service consultant was Eric A. and gave me excellent care & helped me with making decisions.These two employees are an asset to the company and are a pleasure to work with.PLEASE GET RID OF THE OUTSIDE CALL CENTER, your customers deserve better,I've been one for over 5+ years.

Lexus of Clearwater provides a luxury space to wait while you vehicle is being serviced. They have comfortable seating with a TV, usb ports, and electric outlets. There is also a separate area with tables and a little complimentary snack/coffee bar. The staff is friendly and the service to the vehicle is thorough topped off with a complimentary car wash.

After having been with the same Service Manager for 20 years, I lost track of him after he changed dealerships. Lexus of Clearwater was highly recommended by my neighbor, so I trusted his advice but I had a great deal of anxiety about dealing with someone new. Scott Grehl was the Service Consultant that I was assigned to when I called Lexus of Clearwater for an appointment. Before I even got out of the car, I was completely at ease. Scott was friendly, patient and listened to my story about how sorry I was to lose track of my old Service Advisor. Scott also shared his story about his background and how he ended up in his current position. His knowledge of servicing cars is exceptional, and I found him to be completely trustworthy and a genuinely really nice person. I actually felt like I hit the Lotto as far as Service Advisors go. I wasn't pressured to do anything more than my car needed , my car was done ahead of the scheduled time, and I was given a ride to and from the mall to grab lunch by Sergio, a very friendly driver. It was an all around excellent experience, and now I know why neighbor is so happy with this dealership and their service team.

Dana, I would like to thank you for working me into the schedule. Today was the day that I would have been able to have the car serviced without a disruption to the flow of care for my ill family member. Never before have I received such extensive and exceptional service at a car dealership. I felt that God really blessed me with the apostles; Paul and John.! I recently moved from out of state to Clearwater. I had a great relation with my previous Lexus dealer. I was worried about how people would treat me since I didn't buy the car from this dealership (I've faced issues previously) but here for a pleasant surprise, I was treated nicely. All the various options were clearly mentioned, people received me gracefully. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Even though we did not purchase a low milage previously owned Lexus from the Clearwater dealership, we have always turned to them for their excellent service department. With only a few days notice, their schedule coordinator was able to work us into an early morning appointment with Eric, our long standing consultant for all our Lexus purchases. Lexus provided me with a complimentary current model Lexus as they spent a day and night getting my car's service current and installing new tires. When I was contacted to pick up the car, Eric carefully explained all items of maintenance, and inspected the car with me. I not only received extraordinary value from their attention to all service details but in the end, no matter how long I retain a Lexus, I can count on their reliability. It's no wonder I return on a regular basis.

I worked with Taylor, and she was very helpful and communicative about my vehicle and its status. This was my first time visiting the clearwater lexus location and had no complaints. Had to get my 02 sensor and drive belts replaced in my engine, and all work was done by the next day. Will Definitely be back

Comfortable waiting room with Starbucks coffee. The service was on time and top notch. They keep you informed during the service. When the car was ready it was at the front door cleaned and ready to go. Battery in the remote was replaced free of charge. Wonderful!

The service was good, my concern only about waiting area. They told me I have to wait one maximum one and a half hour, but I was there for 3. The coffee machine didn t work. I told one employee about it and they fixed it but we have to wait another 30 minutes to it and then they don t have any snacks. They used to have it last year, Plenty of them. I don t know what happened this year. I m just thinking, to make people wait for three hours, charge outrageous prices and don t even have simple crackers or cookies It s kind of greedy.And it s not just the small private auto shop it s a huge company, come on people, it is LEXUS, so, where is the quality?And their restroom didn t have hand soap and paper towels, I concerned about it, and woman came with the toilet paper, which was already there, but during the my three hours, nobody brought soap or towels.

Cyrus was excellent in his communication and follow-up. As compared to my experience with other dealer service departments, including other Lexus dealerships, this dealership actually walks the walk and talks the talk.... his professionalism was evident.

I've been working with Seth for many years for service needs and he is responsive and in contact throughout the service work. Always a pleasure to work with him but also the entire service group. I've visited other locations but it's not the same and worth my extra drive to Pinellas from Hillsborough County.

I took my car in for routine maintenance to Lexus of Clearwater. What a great experience. I was very pleased to see that no one, Not one person with a Lexus of Clearwater name tag/shirt walked by me without asking if I was being taken care of. They were all very polite, thier inquiry very kind. My service tech, Eric was equally as amazing. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and was very clear about any suggestions or recommendations. He called me with additional information as promised and even forwarded pictures to further explain his thought. While waiting for my car, I was browsing the show floor when a young lady behind the counter (that I had not had any interaction with) called me by my name, once again to make sure that I was ok and didnt need anything. I will definitely bring my Lexus to the Clearwater location for maintenance in the future. Your team did a great job! Very impressive.

They were really nice to deal with but I didn't see the keys until after I signed all the paperwork then they gave me the key fob and the buttons were all missing.i asked about it and they said sorry the deal was done. Now the oil message is on so I go to change the oil and the drain plug is eather cross threaded or they used an impact wrench on it plus the bolt is so stripped that I can't get it out so I'm waiting to see if they are going to do anything to help me out. Update to come later.

The customer service at Lexus of Clearwater is always outstanding. The maintenance for my Lexus are both smooth and efficient, unlike other dealers that took basically all day to maintenance my past cars before buying my Lexus from Clearwater. Also Gerciany is amazing and she is always so willing to help me above and beyond even when it is out of her way. I highly recommend it here!
