I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch AC repair service for my Jaguar E-Pace, all thanks to Robert Gordon. From the moment I reached out, Robert was incredibly professional, attentive, and transparent about the process.The scheduling process was seamless, and Robert made sure to accommodate my timetable. Upon arrival, he was punctual, well-prepared, and immediately set to work diagnosing the issue. His expertise was evident as he quickly identified the problem and explained it to me in terms I could easily understand.What impressed me the most was Robert s commitment to quality. He used genuine parts, and his attention to detail was impeccable. Throughout the repair, he kept me informed and ensured that I was comfortable with the progress.The end result was phenomenal. My E-Pace s AC is now functioning better than ever, providing cool and comfortable rides even on the hottest days. Robert Gordon has been the best service manager I have ever had. I listens and take care of things the first time around. We are moving to DE and he proved me with all my prior work orders and warranty information. The service manager in DE has some big shoes to fill. Robert Gordon has been our service manager for several years and has always been extremely thorough and professional in his work. We have tried other Cadillac/Jaguar dealers in the Tampa Bay area for routine car maintenance, but none compare to the service at Jaguar Clearwater.

Karen Cavanaugh and Alex Gibson did a wonderful job servicing my 2015 Jaguar F Type. They kept me informed every step of the way of problems and repairs that were needed. They started repairs on time and car was delivered when promised. When I got it back it was washed and the interior was thoroughly cleaned. Great job Karen and Alex. Thanks!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Robert Gordon for always taking or returning my phone calls in a timely manner. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain the issues while offering the best price possible. Everyone is experiencing a shortage of parts and we are all experiencing this in some way, but what made it tolerable was Robert following up with me often so I knew I was not forgotten. When the part made it in he worked around my schedule even delivered my vehicle to our office when it was done because I was out of town. The service are is updated and comfortable. I would highly recommend Jaguar Clearwater Service and Robert Gordon should you need work on your car.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair
