Ewan McMurchie and the team at Dimmitt Land Rover were outstanding. We special ordered a 2024 Defender and Ewan kept us updated regularly throughout the almost three month process until delivery. Will definitely come back for our next Land Rover purchase

Rob Gordon was the Service Consultant I worked with at Clearwater Jaguar. He did an excellent job of communicating the issues with my vehicle and giving me objective advice on what services I should have performed on my aging vehicle. The necessary work was performed well and on-time - and precisely for the estimated cost. I also have a long and positive history with Karen Cavanaugh, the Service Manager at this dealership. She is a pro. I recommend both of them and the dealership highly.

I drove out of my way to have my Land Rover serviced at Dimmitt Clearwater because on the 1st call to ask a few questions Rob Gordon answered the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I made an appointment because of the positive interaction I had with Rob. While I waited for my LR4 to be serviced Rob checked in with me several times to keep me in the loop. I will definitely make any future service appointments with Rob. I highly recommend Robert Gordon, he gives outstanding customer service.

Great place to purchase a Jaguar! I absolutely loved the above and beyond approach, it was very refreshing!! It was great to feel the genuine appreciation they have for the customer! We love working with Dimmitt Land Over. They make you feel like you actually matter! John Crapper is my favorite car salesman ever. He is kind and conscientious and has kept up with me regularly ever since my first visit to Dimmitt 3 years ago! I highly recommend you stop in and talk to John next time you are looking for a car!

Five Stars for Rob in Service/Parts. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and great at communicating. Rob went out of his way to get the replacement parts needed and worked with my insurance company to get all the paperwork cleared up.Rob kept me informed all along the way and made the repair process simple and as stress-free as possible.

This is by far the best group of people that could have been assembled. Phil has been a trusted advisor in the field of cars and has never led us down a road that didn't need to be traveled. Anas is another well spoken and courteous gentleman who treated us as part of the family. I can not say enough about how they treat you from start to finish. It's not an act but a true want to be better and treat you like a valued part of their family.

Great dealership. Second vehicle purchased through Dimmit Land Rover. We did not feel pressured to buy nor pressure to add any warranties or add-ons to our vehicle contract. Glenn Adams was amazing and went above and beyond to show my wife the vehicle with our busy schedules by bringing the vehicle to our home after hours. I couldn t expect more and I would highly recommend visiting the location And speaking with Glenn.

The very best service people. Robert Gordon in Land Rover service has stepped up again to save the day for us. Our land rover had ac issue, he had the issue resolved in a most timely manner and made us feel like royalty. Thank you for always taking the best care of us and our vehicle. We recently took our Land Rover Defender in for maintenance. We had a battery warning and a running light that went out.Rob Gordon treated us royally.We got updates when diagnostics found anything noter-worthy and work done.Great service like Rob delivers is one of the strongest reasons this our fifth Land Rover.

I just got my car home delivered. I bought an F-Pace from them. I am type of person who likes to get things done before visiting a dealership i.e. know ins and outs of the car, paperworks and the actual out of the door price finalized. So that I visit the dealership, do test drive then just sign the deal. Tom Hassle has been outstanding to provide all the requested sales and vehicle information and Phil Reynolds did the final pricing negotiation with me. Finally Tom and Mike delivered the car to my home. Overall its a super efficient and effortless car buying experience for me from this dealership.

Although my Land Rover is several years past normal warranty I continue to have it serviced at the dealership even though I could take it any number of places. My main reason for returning is the quality of attention and follow-through I receive from Rob Gordon in Dimmitt Land Rover service. Rob has been my go-to guy since I bought my LR4. He is always responsive, honest, thorough, and professional.

Thanks to the great people at JLR Clearwater I m behind the wheel of a new Land Rover Defender. Tom Hassel was the guy I worked most closely with. He made it easy for me to think through what worked best for me from a model standpoint. He was also very reasonable and flexible as it relates to driving the cars, then driving them again, bringing them to my house to make it easier for me, etc. He s an experienced professional who I never felt pressure from to make a deal. His boss Phil Reynolds, along with Kevin, Wendy, Mike and a few others were friendly, professional and accommodating. I could not have had a better buying experience.

The service at Land Rover of Clearwater is always exceptional thank to Robert Gordon! Rob always goes above and beyond for me and helps me maintain my Range Rover to keep it running great. There are a lot of high end car brands to chose from today, but my outstanding experience with the service as well as my enjoyment of driving my Range Rover keeps me loyal to Land Rover of Clearwater.Update- Rob always manages to get me in when I have an issue. Last Thursday he got me in for a tire issue. They fixed 2 tires (nail in front, screw in back) and got me on my way. Always respectful, prompt, professional- Rob is a big reason I continue to stay with Dimmitt Range Rover!

As always Robert was so helpful!! My cars sensors had been acting up for weeks and he got me in immediately and had the repair done in less than 24 hours. He kept me in the loop of everything that was happening and also reminded me about my car being up for it's annual service. So grateful for such wonderful service!!

My 23 Jaguar F Pace SVR need a tire after a screw punctured the sidewall. I went to the service department, where Robert Gordon was able to order a new tire the same day. He called me when it came in and I was able to get it replaced late in the afternoon in less than 30 minutes. Exceptional service!! Thank you
