I can't thank Russ and Kenneth for all that they did for me. My car was paid for and working fine until I went to one of the oil change places I would normally not got to. A few weeks later my car was acting up then it was no longer worth fixing. I have purchased a car from FL Auto before in the past and was very upset because I wasn't wanting to make car payments but when Dr. Credit's commercial came on the next day I gave them a call told them what happened. I went to the lot they showed me some great options and I chose this nice Hyundai Sonata. It drives amazing it clean and checked all my boxes including price. I take care of my mom and work full-time plus and having transportation was a immediate need. These gentlemen took great care of me. If you want reliable transportation and amazing service please go to them. They will take care of you.

I got this gold 2007 Hyandai Sante Fe with my hardworking money from them and the 2nd day of me driving it started overheating. I got it towed and their service center supposedly fixed it but I got the car back the same day and it started overheating smoking and would not turn on again. The service center says it had a blown head gasket and was not fully covered. Mind you Kenny & all them at FL Auto Exchange was no help and my 1 year old daughter was in the car at the time of both overheating events. The car has overheated multiple times with me and my daughter in the car and it has turned off multiple times in traffic. So now I m spending extra money on Ubers and rentals because I m without a car. Kenny was unprofessional and did not give me any options to exchange for another car or anything. All he said was it will be treated as a repo mind you I literally just got this car a couple weeks ago and it s already having horrible issues and had to get towed twice. I will never get another car from them again!!

I normally don t put reviews but I must say, Paula was so awesome to me and actually fun to work with from very beginning to the end. They literally took care of me from the moment of my first call with them to getting a congratulation hug driving off with a car. It felt so comfortable like family vibes, and was a super smooth and quick process. Literally not one problem happened! She laid out everything for me to know. I very much appreciate everyone here giving me a chance on a car and a way to recover my credit. This is the only place I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Paula. She was very nice and attentive. She listened to my needs and was able to work with me on my down payment for the vehicle that I ended up getting. She was hands down the best. I didn t feel pressured into purchasing my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

Mark is phenomenal! I'm disabled with minimal income and honestly horrific credit. He was very reassuring and did everything in his power to get me a reliable vehicle I can be proud to drive. I am forever grateful for Florida Auto Exchange!Thank you guys for your care and compassion

Mark is the best, The financing team was awesome. The company in general will do any and everything to get you up and driving. I highly recommend them for anyone for any credit. They did an awesome job.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought my dream car from Florida Auto Exchange. I can t tell you how happy I was. I m 75 years old and have always wanted a 2011 BMW Z4 convertible and there she was sitting at this dealership. I didn t care what it took I was going to get this car. I checked it out a couple of times. I had it checked out mechanically and the exterior was in pristine condition. I finally decided that this was going to be my car. The day I took the keys I was in heaven. Bucket list . Not quite 3 hours later that dream come true became a nightmare!!! It started to rain and my top would not go up. It wouldn t budge. NOT 3 HOURS LATER. I text my sales person immediately!!! Was told to take video of what it was doing. It wouldn t move!! JOSH would never return my calls again!! I talked to Kevin and he had me take it to their mechanic who found that the hydraulic s on both sides were shot. Florida Auto Exchange pretty much told me to bad too sad!!! Not once but five times Kevin said it was working when you left . Yes it was and LESS THAN THREE HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT IT IT WAS NOT. The hydrolics were shot. Did I believe I would have some problems down the road yes. Did I have a 90 day warranty yes!! Did I know that the main function on the car was not covered NO!!!! This old ladies dream come true has turned into a $3000 nightmare!!! Legally things may be on their side but morally I find it disgusting that they could care less about selling me a car that had a huge problem less than 3 HOURS LATER!!! Shame on you!! Please be careful when buying from these people.

Walked in curiously about a trade in and to figure out what my options were and walked out a proud new owner of a 2014 Nissan Rogue S!!!! Ben and Kenny made the process very easy and affordable. Ben was very personable and gave me great tips on my new journey to Colorado, which I needed the car for lol. Kenny has a great personality and kept a smile on my face the whole time. Unfortunately, it took them staying 2 hours past close, but I am so grateful they came to my rescue and helped me out of my sweet first car. She's beautiful and I love her ! Great team, & 2nd great car i've gotten from Florida Auto exchange! Thank you guys

I had the most amazing experience at Fl Auto Exchange. Doug and Kenny worked for TWO DAYS to get me into a vehicle I LOVED and let me tell you it was NOT EASY because I m picky. They are funny, PATIENT and kind and I genuinely appreciate them so much! My suv is BEAUTIFUL and checks off all of my requests. I HIGHLY recommend Fl Auto Exchange for your used car needs! Feb 12, 2023 I bought a 2005 Honda Accord 138,000+ miles $1500 down payment $380 a month. Feb 24, 2023 (12 days after buying) this car had to be repaired for the coolant vent. Week later the Water Pump needed to be replaced $1000+ 3 days later it needed to be replaced AGAIN because the mechanic THEY use put in a FAULTY water pump. 2 weeks after this the HEAD GASKET BLOWS. They had my car in the shop for 2 months STRAIGHT. Still paying my payments NO CAR to get me to WORK. They tried to sell me another car wanting me to put $2000 down or give me a discount on the gasket repair.. this year I was involved in a hit and run FL AUTO TOOK MY INSURANCE MONEY AND STILL WANTS ME TO PAY $2000+ never did they send they re condolences they just want the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKED SALES PEOPLE. Beware of Paula SHE WILL GHOST YOU AFTERWARDS AND MAKE YOU TALK to Kenny the SARCASTIC AND EMOTIONLESS FINANCE MAN

We've bought 4 vehicles from here. Paula, went way out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted, in the price range we wanted and all the things I wanted on both our cars, and our daughters cars. I was picky on wanting particular things. The owners, made sure to call and personally check on us. We were a difficult situation, just moved and had certain circumstances. We have 5 kids and 2 are special needs and they were very patient and didn't mind letting my husband and I go back and forth to do anything we needed without having to get overwhelmed. They even put gas in the cars before we left the lot and made sure they were washed. We have since sent our 2 adult daughters in to buy their cars. Totaling 4 cars from Paula in our family. There's just not enough room on this review to explain how helpful and understanding they are and how nice their vehicles are. From 1st arrival to still right now they made and make sure we're being taken care of. We didn't know where to go for buying a vehicle locally when we moved here from Missouri, so we picked them because it's family owned and have been in business for over 30 years. We're so blessed to have picked them out of a million other places. They're not pushy and don't start by just trying to get any vehicles but make sure it's the perfect fit for us functionality and price. More photos to come. Best car buying experience ever. They report to credit bureau and have helped our credit for over a year now as well!

Call Ben Conrad at Florida Auto Exchange for a truly honest car salesman. Ben really cares about his customers, asks all the right questions and listens to your needs. Great inventory and lots of good vehicles to choose from! The staff is friendly and accommodating and I even got to meet the real Dr. Credit!! Tell Ben that MaryAnn sent ya!

I got a Nissan Sentra. First time getting a car from a dealership. So I had no idea what to do. Lucky, my mom came with me, and I had Paula help me trough it. They worked with me with my little down payment, and I didn't know I was leaving in a car. Thank you Paula and team for helping get a car!!!

We bought a super clean 2013 Honda Odyssey at this place. After 4 weeks we are still very happy with the vehicle. Ben Conrad is a great salesman. Very honest, respectful and professional. We definitely recommend this dealership!

Honestly the most amazing used car buying experience I've ever been a part of. Paula is absolutely fabulous. She really worked hard for my son to get the car he wanted for a price he could afford. I was concerned about buying from a used car lot but saw many favorable reviews for Florida Auto Exchange so we gave it a shot. Very happy we did.

Florida Auto Exchange is and goes above and beyond what I could have ever expected! Doug and Jeff took selling a car to a level that I have never experienced buying a used car! I have now had my car 30 days along with my wife's car and everything is still perfect! They even had one of their employees Mike give me a ride back to the dealership after turning in my rent a car in Tampa. Thank for a wonderful experience and 2 great cars! I went to Florida Auto Exchange and was greeted by Paula, who turned out to be everything and them some, in regards to knowledge, kindness and personality. Paula went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my deal went through and I drove home in a new car that day.without disclosing personal information just trust that this woman is the real deal and she has been there for over 16 years, so if anyone can help you, she can. The entire team was friendly, even including the sales manager, who cannot wait to see me again! If you are looking for a vehicle, this is the place for you, especially if you have less than perfect credit. This is an awesome group of people and they have been in business for over 20 years. Go see Paula! She will work miracles for you!

OMG what a fantastic experience, Paula is absolutely Amasing. Just WOW we live in Hernando country and were told that an uber would get us from our home and we got to FL Auto Exchange and by 1330 we were driving off in our new vehicle. such a great feeling to know that everyone else wouldn't help but not FL Auto Exchange and Paula, they got us into a vehicle as they said they would and were so appreciative of it. Will send everyone we know to Paula.Update Good company they are understanding and will work with you. I can't say I haven't had a chance to work with a better company.

It was our first time purchasing a car, Paula and Kenny went above and beyond to take care of us and we walked out of the dealership same day with the car! Great Team. We bought our car 2/2/19. Paula was our sales person. She was patient and let us test drive 3 cars until we decided on one. My 19 year old was with us and she answered finance questions for her because she was curious about the entire process. Richard went over the paperwork with us for signing. Geoff and Jeff Jr were helpful and friendly also. Great work on financing to fit our budget and they gave us close to what we wanted for our trade in. We would recommend this place to anyone. Also, they get 5 stars because 4 days later the car would not start and would not take a jump. The mechanic came to where it was parked, one of our jobs, and looked at it. He got it towed and fixed it (ignition relay switch) the same day at their shop at no cost. No complaints!

It s a horrible place to do business. Like Donna Long, immediately after buying the car I was hit with thousands of dollars in necessary maintenance on the vehicle. On top of that mess, someone from the dealership called me and asked how I was doing with the car, I told them what a horrible deal I made and what I ve been through since the purchase. I asked him to never call me back, but he proceeded it four more times. Only after I lost my temper did he finally get the message. Stay away, it s a house of cards.Note to dealer: You can keep erasing my reviews, but I m going to keep putting the same story up there.
