Rented a van from them for one day, local use. Was NEVER told I would be charged a dollar per mile AND have to return it with a full tank. Total cost over $200. The guy lied and says everyone charges mileage. You can rent a van from Home Depot for a day for $150, unlimited free mileage. Can't trust, won't use again.

Prem Singh is honest and trustworthy.He doesn't overcharge.One time he didn't want to charge me for 3 hours of work simply because he couldn't finish it (had to go to dealership) and i had to insist he take my payment.You can trust whatever he tells you, he is honest.

I just had my vehicle repaired there, for the first time, and they won me over! I'd taken my car to two different shops, within a half mile of my home, over the past few years but wasn't pleased with the overall experience. I took a chance and drove further to Dube's, I'm so glad I did. They are honest, fair, quick, and I love to support a family business. Thank you to everyone there!Gratefully,Danny

I wish I knew about this location before moving! Best customer service experience ever. If you need a moving truck or automotive repair, I would highly recommend working with them.

We've taken my car here several times over the last few years for various reasons including new brakes, leaking fuel line, etc. We have been beyond pleased each time! Prices are reasonable & honest! Completion time is great! & Service has been exceptional! We will happily continue to do business with Dube's! Highly recommended!

The most honest and fair mechanics you will find. They save all the parts they replaced and then show you where it failed and what may have caused it. His prices are in line with most garages but they do go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I have been using Dube's for about 8 years and have always been happy with the work they do.

Fair pricing, HONEST, friendly, and they re great diagnosticians. They fixed a problem that was completely misdiagnosed by other mechanics.Here s my best one sentence sales pitch for this place: I live 45 minutes away, and (after a few attempts to find a place I liked closer to home, I decided I m just making the drive to Dube s anytime I need something done to either of my cars.

This is a local family-owned business. They took care of me in a way that I ve never experienced before. Extremely honest people who go above and beyond to give absolutely amazing service. As long as I continue to live in the Tampa Bay Area, I will ONLY bring my vehicles here for repairs. I would love to give them 10 stars, if that was an option. As I was returning a Penske truck, the guy that looks like he's from India or Pakistan was giving me attitudes and I really did not know why. Unfortunately, because I had a new born in my car with my wife crying that needed some water to prepare his formula after a long trip from Miami, I asked the guy for a bottle of water since he has several packs of bottled water while explaining him why I just needed one, he told me that he doesn't care since he does not make too much money from Penske that will have him willing to give a bottle that cost a few cents to me, and I even told him I'm willing to pay him for the bottle of a water since I really needs it for the baby, he still refused to provide the water for the baby. He obviously did not owe my baby any act of compassion, but his harshness toward me and his lack of sympathy means a lot to me so I can understand what kind of service that he has been providing to his customers. An owner or a manager with great human values is definitely someone you can trust. Unfortunately that was not the case from the Guy from India or Pakistan motivated by racial biases. Be Careful with him!

Exceptional service!! I just moved from out of state and bought a new (used) car. Not being from around here, I googled the nearest mechanic. Mr. Dubes shop came up and I was pleased with the reviews so I decided to call. He originally quoted me $290 for the job. Come to find out he over quoted me and the job actually costed $175!! He could have easily still charged me the quoted price. You can tell these are genuine people. The woman at the front desk was very nice. She explained everything that was done and checked. She even showed me the dollar amount of parts and labor on her computer screen and explained everything in detail. I would most definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who needs servicing!!!

Pros: Highly recommend. I called a few dealerships regarding repairs for 6 ignition core packs and spark plugs install. The prices were too high. I called Dube's Auto Repair and the price was fair and reasonable. When I arrived at the shop, my Lexus was repaired as a priority and the mechanic worked on my car through his lunch until it was completed. I'm happy I chose Dube's. My Lexus is running smoothly.Cons: Pay cash or there is an additional fee for credit card use.

The guy was a super nice guy I can tell it's a family-owned business. however I already knew that the job that I needed done was one hour in the book and I was charged for at least two hours. So he's a little pricey. But at the same time he didn't try to upsell me on anything so the take away would be he's an honest guy but at the same time I'm not sure what book he's using for the hours..

I took my car to this mechanic shop it was supposed to get some engine work done the price was pricy when he charged me it took him almost a whole month to end up being the same and I supposedly got warranty but when I took to see if they could check it out they quickly took a look at it and ended up giving me another price do not recommend from my part waste of money and timeService: Engine repair

There is no better auto repair service in Clearwater than Dube's Auto Repair. Dube's provides honest diagnostic details about your car for a fair price. The professionalism and customer service of this local repair shop is also top notch! Dube's has my business and recommendation for life.

I have been renting from Penski for years. This is a second time that I have received a truck from this location that was a horrible drive. The alignment pulled hard to the right and the front wheels were out of balance. After 60mph the truck vibrated everything. This was a 600 mile one way trip and couldn't tell until the truck was loaded. The truck was almost dangerous to drive. Never again!!

Really down to earth, honest people. I rent my trucks here for my business and will bring every car I own here to get worked on. They will physically show you the issues with your vehicle before doing anything. This is the 1st auto shop I have ever trusted...good honest people are hard to come by=)

I ve been going to Dube s for years with 3 different cars now. I ve always gotten a fair assessment on what was needed and never felt pressured to purchase some unnecessary service. Honest quality service, so glad that I found this place!

In the past I have been taking my vehicles to a different auto shop only to leave with disgust over the high prices and disbelief of additional charges quoted for more work needed. I tried Dubes Auto Repair and I have never been more pleased with the honesty and the professionalism of this place. I have to mention the prices are very affordable

Been going here for over 10 years and would never go anywhere else. My family and I recently moved to Bradenton but we still drive over an hour because I will not let anyone but Dube's do any work on my vehicle! He is honest and he explains everything and will even show you the problem.

I have only gone here to pick up and drop off Penske trucks, but they are always very nice people to deal with.One thing: before you pick up a big Penske truck here, plane your exit route. It's a right turn into strong traffic onto Drew Street but that is better than the side street that routes you thru neighborhoods with lots of low branches.
