When I worked here for a month my jeep was in for a major repair that I approved and they essentially just confirmed what I already knew was wrong and that was it. John Johnson didn't communicate anything because Deana got left out of the loop by the tech and him so she wasn't at fault. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Not even for sales not much of a friendly team

Just an oil change but great service, waiting area is awesome, free coffee, and the cost of oil change was very competitive definitely beats the quick change chains!

Worst customer service ever. I took my car in for a recall and picked it up thinking it was done, nope they called me a week later stating that my parts were in.(I made the appointment a week before bringing it in so they would have all the parts) The advisor never told me that it wasn't completed the first time. I asked to speak to a manager and all he said was sorry one time. I take my car back and they tell me that I have to pay for the loaner car. For a recall, I shouldn't have to pay for anything. I will be using another chevy dealer from here on out. I do not recommend this dealer or service department to anyone.

Got my oil changed, new filters and tires rotated the service was extremely helpful, reasonably priced and friendly. Highly recommend going here - they were quick and in great communication with me. Called me as soon as it was ready - I am not a regular customer at this Chevy dealership, but they took care of me great! Will come back again!

Not to happy with Don in service department. He is new and very sarcastic. Don set an appointment for me to have remote start installed. However, when I arrived a different service representative stated that the service department didn't offer that service. Because I needed a second key, I waited 4 hours for a regular key to be programed for my car. Granted I arrived early for my appointment, but my appointment time came and went as other clients cars were serviced before my vehicle. Moreover, Don kept waiving at me in a sarcastic manner each time he saw me exit the lounge. Additionally, after calling a different dealership, I found out that any dealership service department can call the manufacture to receive and get a program to install remote start. I will go somewhere else for servicing my vehicle. Not sure why this service department lacks transparency and gave me the runaround.

Bought my 2023 Tahoe at Maher Chevrolet 7 months ago. Took it in for the first service and was left standing there while people walked past me for what seems like 10 minutes. Not one person greeted me asked me if I needed help etc. Brought my vehicle to this place and was greeted several times even by two young service kids asking if I needed help. All this happened within a couple of minutes. Yes, I highly recommend this place for you. Service of your Chevrolet or any vehicle. Don O'Brien is my service guy. He was wonderful. A real pleasure to deal with.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car at 8 am for a transmission flush was told a couple of hours so I came back at 2pm figuring it should be done and I was told another hour or so it doesn t take over 6hours to flush a transmission so they never even started doing it until I got Back WORST service ever don t bring your car here and on (shop fee ) what s this he said for RAGES really RAGES

Didn't use them. Wanted me to leave my car all day and possibly overnight for a simple front end alignment. But that was OK because they would rent me a car. Better idea would be do improve your scheduling. Took it to another dealer and they started within a half hour of the scheduled time and drove away two hours later. No rental car needed.

The salesman Jacob was awesome but If I was buying this car I would bring my own financing and save from the business office with Austin, 9.59% on a used car with 2k miles and a 731 credit score with a co-signer with a 725 score. What a joke, I would have walked but my son was just wanting to get the Frick out of there after 4 1/2 hours!!! I wouldn't recommend their finance department in my opinion and I've bought 13 cars from various dealers.

I rarely will leave a review, especially a negative review. If I could give Dimmitt Chevrolet zero stars I would. I made an appointment and decided to wait for my SUVs oil change. 3 hours later I said to a friend they still hadn t tried to upsell me so I realized there was a problem. Asked about my SUV (3 hours later) and no one have even started my vehicle. They didn t even acknowledge they had my SUV in back waiting. Zero stars. In a high paced service department entire vehicles shouldn t fall through the cracks.Service: Oil change

I WOULD NOT recommend the service department what so ever I was contacted by the service department about a complementary oil change about month and a half ago in by Kristyn on two separate occasions . I even triple checked with her and I was told yes you have a complementary oil change that was beginning of may . Then I get a text message from another service rep Jack Fekety on Sunday June 18th to confirm my appointment and to make sure I was still going in so that they can move around the schedule and if I couldn t make it to please let him no so they can schedule other customers accordingly .. we ll I get there early morning June 19th just for him to tell me there is no complementary oil change it was a mistake I moved around my entire schedule didn t go in to work so at that point I was a little upset I asked to speak to the service manager and explained the situation letting him no the inconvenience on this situation not only did I take off I had to have some one follow me so that I could leave the truck and come back .his reply to me was yeah there s nothing we can do I own several businesses and I can tell you the treatment was terrible I would never reply to a customer with an answer as such let alone make a customer waste their time and not even try to correct the situation I own 2 gmcs and a Chevy all newer vehicles and I can tell you I will never bring my business there again .

Excellent overall service from time we got there until we left with our new vehicle. We've bought 3 new vehicles from Dimmitt. Salesman was very personable & didn't pressure us.

Bought a work van brand new from them afew years ago and their service department was a joke. They've begged me multiple times over the past couple years to give them another try because it's all new management so I did. They don't seem to be any better now. Service advisor George has horrible communication skills. Had an appointment for 8:30, they never even looked at it until the next morning to just tell me that I'll have to reschedule it for a later date because it would take some time and their extremely busy. They knew the problem with it before I dropped it off so why even allow me to bring it in for them to not do anything to it and have my van and business not producing money for 2 days. Very unorganized, I will forever go out of my way to a further Chevy dealer than to deal with them nor will I ever refer anybody to them!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

My recommendation, use someone other than Dimmitt for your service needs. Horrible communication, overcharge for what should have been totally covered under warranty (this was verified with another Chevy dealer) and did not do all work I requested even though it shows on my paperwork. Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Took my truck there for a recall and warranty work and they didn t do the warranty work. Had it for 2 days. I had even made sure the part was in before I took it. First time I took it there back in April I had to have them clean it after they serviced it because they had dirt all over the driver side.

I had a friend who has had to bring her vehicle in for service and have encountered Rick the service tech. if you get him, ask for someone else. He is completely rude, disrespectful and has given attitude every time. I was on the phone with her during each encounter and because of him, I would never buy from or bring my vehicle in to Dimmit.

Trash service with employeee who do not call to inform when vehicles are ready. Every time I visit there is no call back and they are always late and tske forever. Had my new car towed into Dimmitt, within hours it was diagnosed and repaired. Even being in Spring Hill, I still get all 3 of my Chevrolet vehicles serviced at Dimmitt. Shaun Plummer is a very experienced mechanic, Dimmitt should feel very fortunate to have him in their employment.

Carey is awesome. Great guy and helped us in a difficult situation by going above beyond. I expected to be going back and forth for week with my car issue but within three days the problem was dealt with and car fixed.

Poor service. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning at 830am and am told they would atleast diagnose problem. By the end of the day they haven't even looked at my car and just expect me to leave it for whenever it is convenient for them to look at when I told them that it is my only mode of transportation and I need to be able to get around. Wasted an entire day of waiting for them not to even be able to look at it and now I'm told I needd to bring it back another day to have them look at it. And to top that off this morning when I dropped my vehicle off I was told that I could get a shuttle ride back home and still after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes i still didn't get a ride so had to find a ride back.

Dimmitt has replaced A/C comp harness, body module computer, Thermostat & housing and continue to lie about certain problems that have been over looked on purpose only to get you back in in a few months to lie again and again. TOTAL CON JOB!!!!!!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I bought a used 2016 Tahoe from another dealer, but brought my vehicle here to get a key made. The staff were all extremely helpful, and even solved an indicator light issue. Needless to say, I ll be getting my vehicle serviced here from now on while under warranty.

Waited for a week an a half for an appointment Told them exactly what needed to be done which was very minor then they told me they needed the car for 24 to 48 hours. No loaners. My suggestion...Try somewhere els
