Amanda Lane was amazing from the start. She was very responsive with every email correspondence. Unfortunately she had to leave before I could get in. She told me to ask for Javier. When we came in, everyone was very welcoming. Javier came out and had paper work already started that Amanda had gotten ready for us.Javier Vergel was so amazing. He was so nice and courteous and professional. The whole sale was very fast. Christian in finance listened to our needs and got us where we need to be and made us feel very comfortable. We bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler and love it!Thank you Dayton Andrews team! We are so happy!

While dealing with a dealership is never any fun, but a necessary evil to find a decent used vehicle, as I was looking for a work truck, so not to mess up my nice truck.Surge my salesman was very nice and helpful in showing me several trucks and I eventually was able to find one I liked, which is the white one in the picture. He worked diligently to get me the deal I was looking for and we finally was able to make it happen.

Like most people, I didn't like dealing with dealerships in fear of getting ripped off with many fees or charges, but for me to go on here and take the time to write a review to Dayton Andrew's it says something and its worth the praise. I have to give credit to the service department, the staff, and the mechanics that always make sure that I'm taken care of. The service representative, Nancy Garcia, is one person in particular that over the years has always taken care of me and made sure that my vehicle is always serviced without any problems. She is an excellent listener as to what I need to get done and always makes sure I stay in the loop by communicating as to what needs to get done to my car. The car industry need more HONEST, RELIABLE, and HARDWORKING people like her and the staff at Dayton Andrew's. There's no other dealership I'd ever go to if it's not here.

Dropped my 2012 Chrysler 200 off at the dealer around 9:45 on 4/24, because the check engine light came on. The service writer was very gracious and friendly giving me restaurants to go to due to me being new in the area. He did the plug under the steering column to do a diagnostic with the engine running. The fault code came up as an oil pressure issue and stated that the lifters were ticking. About 6 hours later I got a call that the oil pump needed to be replaced at a cost of $1700 and that the lifter ticking was the result of failed lifters and rockers and would need a $2200 repair/replacement. I said that spending $4900 on a car worth about that is not going to happen. He was quick to suggest I talk to to the sales department for me to replace my car. Also, I was charged $184.45 for this thorough inspection. I was never offered other alternatives that I investigated myself. As a result of my investigation, I changed the oil with a high grade filter and synthetic oil. The oil hadn t been changed in over 7 months. He never asked me when the oil was last changed. As a result of new oil and filter, the clicking stopped and the check engine light went out. All for under $100. I called Jacob after my simple fix and asked why all the other components of the car were not checked as I had asked to be done. He said I could bring it in anytime and they will do that, which is unacceptable. I then asked if he was on commission and he said not on the inspection fee, but yes on any repairs. I told him I felt like he was being Mr Friendly when we met, setting me up for the repair shakedown. I asked what his commission was on a $4900 repair and he hung up on me.Needless to say, I would never go back to this dealer and recommend finding a local garage for any work. The fact that these service writers are on commission needs to be disclosed in large lettering on the service agreement. I had been planning on getting Jeep Wagoneer this year, but this dealer lost me as a customer.

I just want to take the time to say how much my family and I greatly appreciated the amount of love, care, and service we received from Nancy Garcia and the rest of the team over at Dayton Andrew's. From the service department to the crew over in the sales side. Thank you so much for taking the time to help my family and I land the right vehicle.. We went to many dealerships in town, and none took the time to help us out the way Nancy and her team did. I "HIGHLY" recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by Dayton Andrew's. You won't regret it. 10 Stars!! Thank you Nancy..

I've bought two Fiats from them and always serviced them with Dayton-Andrews. Last year I specifically asked that the windshield washer fluid be filled during the oil change. I got home and the washer wasn't working so I popped the hood. Sure enough, someone opened the washer container, left it open and didn't put any fluid in it. What else might be amiss, I wondered? Oil drain plug left loose?Today, giving them a second d chance I drove in to the new service area and then waited, and waited, while a service writer discussed the Tampa Bey Rays upcoming season, the missing Wander Franco or something like that, and blah, blah, blah with another guy wearing a Red Sox shirt. Another car pulled up but the driver evidently knew better and got out, went inside, and came out with a service writer even though I had now been sitting in the hot sun for about 15 minutes. Finally a serviceperson came out and asked what he could do for me. I told him I needed an oil change and mileage service. He asked if I would leave the car with them as it would be a few hours. Oh, and the $40 gift card they sent me to lure me in for service, was no good on an oil change. I am back looking for a business that appreciates loyalty-both ways.Their response is hysterical. I should call the person in charge and work out the problem instead of management doing their job. This is a different service manager from last year.

I took my vehicle in to be serviced as I was having coolant issues along with a misfire. Joe, one of the service advisors, was quick to diagnose what could be the problem. Within a few days my vehicle was repaired and I was informed it was covered under warranty. No gimmicks, no questions, just really great customer service. I would without a doubt return to Dayton Andrews for all of my vehicular needs whether it s service or sales because of the experience I had. I m used to the service department at other dealerships trying to upsell you things you really don t need and making the whole process more difficult then it should be. This isn t the case with Dayton Andrews and certainly not with Joe.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anita while in search for a newer vehicle. To say the least, the process for purchasing the vehicle went very smooth. I did NOT feel pressured to purchase anything at any moment during my time here at Dayton Andrews Clearwater. In fact, the first vehicle I was interested in purchasing had been sold previously that day. Anita and her sales manager Tonya worked hard and diligent to look for another vehicle that could perform the tasks needed. I'm actually thankful that the first vehicle I was interested was sold, becuase at the end of the day, I drove off in something way nicer, and suited better for work, and at a GREAT price!! I am very impressed with the service I received and would recommend both Anita and Tonya if you're looking to purchase your dream vehicle! I got mine!

I went to Carmax in Tampa. They couldn t fix my vehicle, so I came to Dayton Andrews because it s the closest Fiat location. Connor Ker is extremely knowledgeable and offered the best customer service. I know I m in great hands and that my vehicle will finally get fixed correctly! They were extremely busy when I came in, but he was able to get my rental car and the repairs started quickly and efficiently. Jarrod assisted with my windshield repairs. He is also extremely helpful. I highly recommend coming here to service your vehicle. They are the best of the best!

This was my first time buying a car that I found online. Javier, the online manager provided me with First Class service. He really went out of the way to be not only my eyes, as I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership, but personally responded to every single text and calls, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. It was, bar none, one of my best car shopping experiences. I highly recommend Javier and Dayton Andrews. I also would like to recognize and recommend Chris in Finance. Another class act! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. There were no hidden charges included in the contract and he thoroughly explained all the available service adds, all with highly reputable companies. The dealer priced the vehicle at the best possible price (believe me, I scoured through everything everywhere).Thank you Javier, Chris and Dayton Andrews Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making my dreams a reality.

I took my Promaster van conversion into service for a coolant leak (known issue with the clamps). They fixed the clamps & sent me on my way covered under warranty. I drove 15 miles to my storage facility & the coolant reservoir was empty. I called & was told to bring it back. This time they charged me $836 to replace an after factory hose. I asked them to check radio fuse since my radio/nav screen was blank & informed them this was a known issue & the resolution was a fuse. They kept my van for 2 more days but couldn t be bothered to check the fuse. Told me to take it to a RV place & get a new radio. I picked up a new fuse & replaced it myself. Radio works great now!! I ll never return or buy a car from them. Not sure if they just don t respect anything a female has to say or maybe it s everyone.

Update! This place has lost all of my respect. Very sad state of affairs and probably why Craig left, whom I wrote about in my original review. Took our work truck in for all new front brakes. Three days later the brakes aren't working and we have to get it towed back to the shop. My husband goes to pick up the truck after hours and the hood is damaged more than it was before. There was an existing 1 inch gap at the hinge but it had been like that for a year. My husband text Connor and asked about the gap that is now 6 inches and that fact that he can't even close the hood. Connor responds that it came like that from the tow truck. So I called AAA to file a complaint and dealt with them for days. I spoke to Connor and he acted astounded that it showed up like that ON THE TOW TRUCK and that "the gap was so large you could stick your arm in it." Finally I receive the video footage from AAA and our original one inch gap was there in both the pick up and drop off videos. So I call Justin the service manager and explain my theory that a service tech opened the hood to check brake fluid and didn't close the hood all the way for the test drive and the hood flew up. I sent him the email from AAA that has the video evidence and he just wasn't hearing it, neither was Connor. I even sent the text conversation between Connor and my husband where Connor states that it showed up on the tow truck like that, which places our vehicle in their possession and acknowledges awareness of the situation. Justin is blaming it on the hinges, as if all of a sudden the heavy metal hinge just decided to bend itself to this extent by being opened and closed even though it had already been like that for over a year. Give me the run around like it showed up like that on the tow truck and then blame a metal hinge. I forgot to mention Conno did supply me with a photo that he deemed evidence when it was in their parking lot, claiming it was on the tow truck in the picture, which it wasn't. I'll try to add photos here. Go somewhere else where people still have integrity, honor and care. The first photo is the one Connor sent, second is a photo of the same angle we took, the third is the massive gap "you could stick your arm in", and the last two are screenshots from the videos AAA took. So when they do call you and say your truck is all ready, you better ask if there's any new damage because this damage is not what my husband expected to drive up to. He tried to smash the hood down so it would latch but had to tie a rope to hold the hood closed. We ordered the hinges off of ebay for 150 bucks. All of this hell for 150 bucks!! I really hope they can pull themselves together but I think the culture of the service department is falling apart.Original review: I've never been a person who uses dealership service centers, but this place has changed my mind. I've been working with Craig at the service desk for at least a year now. Craig has been very personable and helpful since the beginning and I've maintained him as my go-to guy every time I call with a question or to place an appointment. Craig is always knowledgeable and willing to help. Thank you, Craig, for being an awesome person to work with!! And Dayton Andrew's for always providing excellent service!!

Checked out their inventory online first in search of a low priced used vehicle for my teenage son. My son and I had already spent the entire weekend looking at Jeeps everywhere, and thought we had one picked out somewhere else but on a last minute whim I decided we needed to check this last one out just to be 100% sure. I m glad we did! Our salesperson Esteban Bello found us wandering in the lot and when I told him the specific Jeep we were looking for, he instantly knew where it was and offered to go get the key. It is a stick shift and my son and I don t know how to drive it yet so he took us out for a ride! Additionally, after we made the purchase, Esteban personally drove it to our house for a drop off. I appreciate the painless purchasing experience I had here. Thank you!

I took our Wrangler in to have a 2 lift installed. The team was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was so friendly and was very helpful. It was all done same day and when we returned we were greeted with the same amazing hospitality. These guys went above and beyond for us. We are very happy with the lift and our JLU rides so much smoother. I highly recommend this dealership for any repairs or needs. You won t be disappointed.

They left my truck out side for pickup with my hood destroyed and unable to latch. Then began the lying. They tried to deny that they damaged the hood and blamed it on the tow truck company. The tow truck company provided evidence that the damage was not done and the truck was brought with hood latched. They have continued to deny the problem and refuse to fix it. No respect, no integrity, save yourself the problems do not take your vehicle here.

Been coming to Dayton Andrews for years and they caused damage to our vehicle but won't take accountability for the damages. So very sad that companies no longer have integrity anymore. So very sad that evidence can be denied and they can continue to deflect and blame the customer. Justin is an absolutely useless manager and the service techs that caused the damage without anyone noticing should be ashamed.

We had the best experience at Dayton Andrews due to our incredible salesman, Esteban! He was very knowledgeable and provided us with the information we needed to help us with our purchase. He made us feel at ease and at peace during the whole process!

The Assistant Service Manager was not customer friendly. I drive 45 miles to have my vehicle serviced at Dayton Andrews Clearwater. My Dad taught me what it was to be loyal. After this experience, I will no longer have my vehicle serviced here. Plus, I will be canceling my Platinum and three-in-one warranties through them and go to another Jeep dealership to repurchase them. So sad!

Great Experience! We found the vehicle online, drove over to check it out, totally lucked up and got Esteban as our sales agent. He was knowledge about the vehicle, not pushy about making the sale, honest and upfront. We purchased the vehicle on Sunday when the detailing team is off work, within 3 days he had me back to have my vehicle detailed and service look at two issues I have. We will for sure be a repeat customer.

I purchased my Ram from the Seminole dealership but I am always disappointed waiting 6 hrs for oil changes and not being able to use the shuttle because my home is out of their service area. I came here to get an oil change even though I had to pay for it and was very happy all around, It took 1.5 hrs which is the least amount of time I have ever had to wait and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely be back to this dealership for services moving forward and possibly even purchase a new truck when I am ready to trade.

Visiting from out of town and I had to have some work done on my vehicle. From the moment we drove into this dealership we were greeted and a service representative by the name of Connor took care of us right from the start. The express line was extremely appreciated since we don't have these in our dealerships back in Toronto Canada. We were able to leave our Jeep there while we shopped across the street. When we came back, Connor had even buffed out a few scratches that were really irritating me. Connor really made our day today.

I purchased a used vehicle in October. 4 days after purchase the water pump went out. After that it was a string of issues that the dealership never wanted to make right. They sold a certified piece of junk. They do not stand behind the vehicles that they sell. its a hurry and sign on the dotted line and shove you out the door. this does not even deserve 1 star. The service dept is just as bad. they claim to do work that they did not even touch and of course - sign on this dotted line, and push you out the door. I have never dealt with such a horrible situation before. I would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle here.ever.

The work they do here is great as far as mechanical but Man there was a time when if you brought your car to a dealership to get work done on it, especially if you were spending well over $1000 you will get your vehicle cleaned and it will come out of there sparkly for you. I guess these days are over, and yes, that is my only complaint say what you want to say. I think it goes towards great customer service especially when the job done on your car was over two grand.

When I bought my car they charged me to renew my registration but never submitted the paperwork to the DMV. I got pulled over and ticketed for expired registration. They gave me an updated registration paper and stickers but it never updated in the system and I ended up in traffic court. Their attention to detail is poor and you ll probably end up in court after purchasing a vehicle from them.
