Excellent Experience. My father and I purchased a Fiat from Das Auto sight unseen. When we arrived to pickup the vehicle, it was in the condition as we were told over the phone, cosmetically and mechanically. We then proceed to drive the across the country back home with no issues. Very happy with process and the purchase.

Having worked in the Car business for over 20 years myself, the team at Autohaus is one of the best I ever worked with! They are true professionals, provide great customer service and care and are truly honest and just good people, something scarce unfortunately, especially when it comes to dealing with Used cars. I trust them 100% with any related vehicle issue, sales and service, as me and my family only had great experiences with them, as we bought and sold a couple of our cars with them in the last few years! Highly recommend them!

Was looking for a used car for months and went to a lot of used car dealers. The other car dealerships had cars with very high miles and were not very good cosmetically or mechanically. Lots of high pressure sales reps and high interest rates in the lots I've been to before. After reading a lot of good reviews of Das Autohaus on Google, I decided to go check out a car I saw they had on car gurus and got a pre-approval for a loan prior. When I arrived Mike was very friendly and informative. I felt very comfortable with no pressure like the others I've dealt with. We took the car for a test drive and the car was in excellent shape so I decided to buy it. He ran my pre-approval through and it ended up being lower monthly than the original amount I was quoted. He introduced me to Maggie the owner and she could not have been any nicer. They helped me get my other vehicle home while Mike finished all the paperwork and when I got back I just had to sign the papers and I was on my way home in my new car. I would highly recommend anyone I know to go here. I came to get my registration 2 weeks later since I had to transfer my plates and sell my other car and they were so nice and friendly. They definitely pick good reliable vehicles to sell on their lot. My car is driving great, took it for a long road trip this past weekend. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a quality used car. Thanks again Maggie and Mike!

Thank you Mike for the easiest transaction ever. Absolutely zero pressure he walked out to me and handed me a price sheet for all inventoried vehicles and the keys to the Eos we were interested in. When we were there with no exaggeration 3 different guest came in to look at the vehicle we purchased only for that vehicle. God's timing is perfect and thanks to Mike everything was extremely easy And our daughter is more than happy she's extremely grateful for a beautiful vehicle. I've been a service adviser for over 20 years in the automotive industry and it's nice to find a place that doesn't try to act like old school salesman. And Mike if you do it to read this Check out the little bow it worked perfect!!!

Das Autohaus is amazing! They have fair prices and the mechanics are sooo knowledgeable! Such a great selection and I hate going to car dealerships but they are so welcoming. If you re looking for a reliable car with a wealth of knowledge from the staff, this is your place! 5 out 5 stars, I would give 10 if I could!!!

Top-notch customer care from start to finish! The courteous, knowledgeable staff truly listens to your needs/wants in a car purchase, and works hard to assure you are comfortable during every step of the car purchasing process. Mike, in particular, is a terrific guy--personable, knowledgeable and passionate about making certain you are pleased with your car purchase. Expect a hassle-free, no-pressure deal with a smile. If Das Autohaus doesn't have a car which suits your current needs, they will be honest and straightforward with you and tell you so. I have never experienced such a positive car buying experience. I recommend them highly and without reservation!

My boyfriend and I bought a 2012 Durango from here recently. We couldn t have been happier with the buying process and no pressure to purchase. Mike was our salesman and an absolute stand up dude. Please make sure you have an actual mechanic look at any vehicle you are thinking about purchasing here. I've dumped $3k into a $6k car bought a few months ago and still have work to do. The f'n alternator went out the second day we owned it. Heat and air died the following week. The airbag light came on and never went off, replaced rear calipers and brakes all around (that one is OK). We got had...EDIT: You can absolutely tell when an alternator is going bad. Lol. . You check it's voltage output. Basic mechanics.

My Dad purchased a 2005 Jaguar S-type online from Das Autohaus and they were all very helpful over the phone and with emails. He sent me down to pick it up and drive it back to Vermont for him and they were helpful in person as well. Small lot but it seemed to have quite a few vehicles. My Dad's Jaguar was exactly as pictured (many photos provided as well!) and he was thrilled to be shown by our local garage how immaculate the undercarriage is - no rust or damage, in showroom condition apparently. Thank you Das Autohaus! He's thrilled with it!

2011 Volkswagen EOS Komfort purchased on 12/22/2023Such a shame, if I could leave negative stars I would...We left the dealership with what we thought was a great deal and a great buying experience. Then we stopped to get gas less than 2 miles away from the dealership, filled up, got to the next stop sign and the car died. I managed to get it to run enough to get back to the lot. Mike took it back to the garage and they found a problem right away, the main vacuum line had come un-clipped, they put it back together and put some "superglue" on it, ran the scanner and cleared the codes.Less than an hour and a half later we were in traffic on I-75 and started getting warnings about oil pressure, we got off at the next exit and went to Pep Boys, they were no help. Auto Zone they scanned it and found codes, they didn't have the part on hand but said that the car could be driven but should be fixed when we got home. We called Mike and he said it was probably a sensor. We called him about a week or so later about the problem with the drivers door and he reminded us that the sale was "As-Is".List of "As-Is" problems so far..1. The "Oil Pressure" issue Auto Zone diagnosed was P0011 a fault in the variable valve timing (VVT) system.2. All power to the driver side door stopped working within 4 days, no power to windows, locks, trunk or fuel flap.3. Hardtop convertible top inoperative (it worked on the lot)4. After having the original "oil pressure" problem repaired check engine came on again for "Camshaft Position Sensor"5. After #4 was replaced the check engine came on again for code P2187, too lean off idle bank 1.6. The car is currently sitting in an American Legion parking lot because now it won't start, won't even crank even with a jump.Edit: Bad Starter $575 more..This has been the worst experience for us, so buyer beware once you leave "Das Autohaus" lot you are on your own.Response to your explanation:So, it's our fault that this car broke down almost immediately? And an hour and a half after your "superglue fix" the check engine light came on for other issues? You throw the blame on my mechanic.. wow.Before this happened the only mechanic involved was at your dealership.

We went to Das Autohaus as part of our search for my son's first car. We looked at several car lots for a Subaru Legacy and the one Das Autohaus had was in amazing condition while also being priced under market value. The interior was immaculate! At my request they had the car delivered to my mechanic to look at the vehicle and no major mechanical issues were found. The one issue that was identified, a malfunctioning parking brake, turned out to be a recall issue which they agreed to fix for free if it could not be rectified through the Subaru dealership. Mike was delightful to work with, attentive without being pushy, patient in answering all our questions, upfront and honest, and even stayed open late when we were ready to pick up the car to accommodate my busy work schedule. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from Das Autohaus again and will recommend to family and friends who are looking.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was apprehensive at first as their lot was tucked away without a road sign, but once I drove in my opinion quickly changed. I drove in and noticed all the cars looked like they were in excellent condition and that the owner took the time to fully detail and maintain the condition of his lot. Once I started walking around I was approached by a young man who did not try to bother me but simply asked a question and handed me a small printed spreadsheet giving full detail of their inventory with every car s make, price, mileage, year, and engine size. I came in wanting to look at a different vehicle but the spreadsheet directed my eyes to an alternative car. Once I became truly interested in the car, I was given details without being pushed or harassed (we ve all been there). After I decided that i wanted to purchase the car, I was brought inside, offered a cool drink and then was given my options. They offered a fair price on my trade in though I decided to purchase outright. The dealership fees were far below other competitors and the listing price was below average resulting in an extremely fair bottom line. The process was extremely quick and I was out the door with my new car. The owners and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and fair and the lot and office were maintained well above small used car lot standards. They have their own mechanics and shops on site so you don t have overhead expenses added in and every car listed is ready to drive (not pending repair which I experienced twice before arriving to this lot).I am a female, and came in by myself to buy this car and had an above average experience.I Highly recommend this off the beaten path location for your next used car purchase.

I m a critic when it comes to believing ANYTHING online, especially when it comes to cars and the stigma regarding buying one especially ONLINE.Mike gave me superior customer service, one-on-one attention, and an unbeatable deal!When searching for your next car; whether it s online or in-person, give Mike and his crew a shot. Long overdue of me to write this review, but after purchase, of not one, but 3 vehicles from Das Auto, over the last 5 years I can absolutely say, they are the best.From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, you understand why a business like this is as successful as they are. especially with competition all over the bay area.It takes a lot to buy a car, and since the first car i ever financed, Christina was there every step of the way to explain how it all works.The Das Auto Family, Is part of my vehicle family.and if i ever need another car, i will be back.As a Friend, and customer, i wish you all the best. and you will absolutey see us again.I look forward to the next awesome picture we get to share together.Robert D.

I brought my Herbie go kart to the AutoHaus and the owner Thomas fixed it within a few days! From this day forward I ll be taking my business to the AutoHaus for any mechanical needs or when I m ready to buy another beetle

PLEASE NOTE: I was not coerced or compensated in any way for writing this review. This was my actual experience purchasing a 2013 VW Tiguan on July 24, 2020.After finding out that my beautiful Jeep was a total loss I went on a two week hunt for a used car that I could buy cash. I didn't want to have a car payment ever again. I went to so many different dealership and each of them had the ugliest and oldest cars. Some smelled so nasty. Prices were unreasonable and the salesman always insisted on me financing the leftover portion of the price. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and exhausting.At the end of a very long day of car hunting and feeling totally defeated I told my husband I didn't even want a car anymore. He said to try one more place so I checked online for any dealerships that were selling a 2012 VW Tiguan and Das Autohaus came up. They were already closed but I called anyway just in case. Mike answered the phone and I asked if I could drop by to see the Tiguan. He said it was no problem and that he would wait for me. I was surprised. Das Autohaus is unlike any other dealership I have been to. I was not pressured. The employees were professional and very knowledgeable. The Tiguan I wanted was actually being worked on, so Mike offered to show me one that was a year newer for the same price. It was priced around $8,000 and I had exactly $5,000. I drove it around the parking lot and loved it, so I prayed Mike would lower the price. Without even mentioning financing he lowered the price to $5k and still fixed some minor issues that I had with the car. I came back the next day to take the car to my mechanic. Everything checked out except the rear brakes, so Mike had their mechanics replace the brakes for me. What I appreciate most is that he never once told me I was being picky or asking too much. He always said "we can fix that" with a smile.They even had a salesman sit with me in the car for over half an hour to configure my phone with the bluetooth system and teach me all about the VW technology (since I had never had a VW before I was clueless). They answered all of my questions and let me sit in the car for more than an hour each day without pressuring me. Once I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in love with the car I told them I was ready to make the purchase. They reviewed all of the service history with me that the car had underwent and I was thrilled that it had been well-maintained. The interior was so clean and smelled GOOD. SHOCKING for a used car that was well priced. To top it off this car only had 82k miles on it. Even the dealer service fee was so small compared to all of the others dealers I had been to!Das Autohaus has become like family to me. My husband will be seeking a replacement vehicle in the next few years and we will definitely be buying it with them. I received exactly what I gave: honesty, sincerity, integrity, and respect. My family has been so blessed by this business. That is why I have taken the time to write such a detailed review of my experience with them. The owner is an especially lovely lady and treated me like family from the start. They are so different from every other place in the area. Please don't let the negative reviews keep you from giving them an opportunity to serve and bless your family.

Saw an ad for a car from this dealer. Had a lot of good reviews so I decided to give them a call. Spoke to Mike for a bit, verified it was still there and headed on over the next day. Shortly after I arrived, he had the cars report printed out and could take a look immediately. Didn't end up purchasing anything but all the cars we saw were well taken care of and cleaned up nicely.Mike was friendly, honest, and gave us some good advice. One of the best dealer experiences I've ever had.

Bought a 2013 Chevy Volt with 78,000 miles.Sales - They worked with me a bit and I got a great deal on a fantastic car. I'm loving it. They were very easy to work with. I had to return home to get my check book and a ride back so I could leave with the car. All paperwork was completed when I returned and I was out in no time. Very friendly, courteous and clear communication.Car condition - It was in pretty nice shape for a 5 year old car with those # of miles (couple dings and a bumper clip I need to replace). The interior was excellent (replacing a sun visor clip for $11). These are all things that I was fully aware of upon inspection and perfectly acceptable. After all, it's a 5 yr old car. They provided the Car Fax report which is great to show ownership, title and accident history.Other reviews - I read other reviews before I buy, paying special attention to the negative ones. I had to re-read a few before writing this one. You can garner a lot of info from what's in the review and it looks like the negative reviewers have issues with understanding what they are buying in a used vehicle. It amazes me that people complain about the condition of used vehicles with high miles after they drive off the lot. I generally go in expecting a few dings or scratches here and there to be obvious. All the reviewers with bad reviews, it's clear the buyers have crazy expectations or bad financials, don't follow the rules of warranty or just plain don't listen. When you buy a car AS-IS, guess what that means? If you don't want an AS-IS car, don't buy one. If you know you are getting a 3-month 50/50 warranty, don't complain when you are required to pay 50% of the repair cost if something needs fixed within that 3 months and don't take it to someone else first. And seriously, people don't know that there's other fees involved when buying a vehicle? You can't possibly think that buying a vehicle with 150k miles on it, that there is possibly something that could be on the way out? Seriously, if you don't want the risk associated with buying a used vehicle, then don't buy one!Take out all the bogus bad reviews from people with no sense and I bet the score is just shy of 5 stars.

We had an excellent experience buying our daughter s first car from Das Autohaus. Mike and the owners were very accommodating and even honored an incorrect price that was posted online. We ended up getting our 2010 VW Jetta for $1200 less than what they intended to sell it for due to their honesty and integrity. We definitely recommend Das Autohaus to anyone looking for a used car. We drove an hour and a half away to purchase our car, and it was well worth the trip.
