I would give LESS than one star if possible. BEWARE of the service department and manager JOHN SHAW!!! My 24 year old son was taken advantage of and taken for $9,000! In January, my son went in with his 2007 Acura MDX because he was hearing a banging noise. To preface, he had already been to this service department in the past for new tires, new exhaust system and more totaling $3,000+!With the recent diagnosis he was told that everything that would be done(new catalytic converter, transmission, shocks and struts) would prolong the life of the car even though it was already at 200,000 miles!!!!Flash forward 2 months later, he is still hearing a noise and when he was getting ready to merge onto the highway(with my ex husband and other son who were visiting), they heard a horrible noise and the bottom of the car fell out.IF THEY HAD BEEN ON THE Highway GOING 60 miles an hour they would be dead!!!When the tow truck and police arrived, they determined that the ball joints had become unattached. My son was told that this should not have been missed in the repairs and that proper diagnosis had not been done and they sent out an unsafe vehicle after a $9,000 bill!My husband tried to talk to service and he has also filed a claim with corporate Acura but John Shaw has not taken one iota of responsibility for his dishonesty and shoddy repairs. They would not give my son one dime back and tried to charge him for the un-drivable car that was sitting in their lot while my son is figuring out what to do and driving his company s mini van.This is a crime. Encouraging a 24 year old to put almost $13,000 into a 17 year old car with 200,000 miles!! My son trusted his word which is unfortunate, but he is walking away with no car and no money which is incomprehensible!!

Gillian was so kind and so accommodating, she made my car buying experience as painless as it could possibly have been, especially since I was very overwhelmed by trying to purchase a uses car as a newly single mom. I greatly appreciate her help and making it a good experience!

I took my MDX to Crown for the 2 year recommended maintenance- previously my husband was driving to a Tampa Acura dealer. My service person was Logan Lane. I ask a lot of questions and Logan was able to answer all of them. In addition, he kept me up to date on progress and my car was washed and ready within the time I was promised. Logan was friendly, informative, and professional. The entire experience was pleasant. Thanks Logan!

I took my Acura in for repair to the radio. Logan Lane knew exactly what was happening and quickly got me a loaner. My car was fixed quickly and I received a great video from George K showing the repair. I returned the next day to pick up a beautifully clean a fixed car. Excellent service.

I very much appreciated the service I received from Bart Bartley and his team at Crown Acura. I had an unusual quirky problem that I was not able to solve at two other places. I called late in the day and appreciated being able to come in. Rather than leave the car, his team took a look at the car then and came up with a creative, positive solution to the problem! Much appreciated I did not have to come back another day. Friendly, helpful, problem solving attitude. Thanks again!

John Shaw at Crown Acura is my service manager and he always goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is a pleasant one. Waking up to a dashboard message was not want I had planned when leaving for an early morning meeting! But John Shaw worked me into his already busy day to check my vehicle inspected. The techs found a bad sensor, replaced it and even washed my car! Great service. ALWAYS!!

Great experience at the service department. Logan was very informative, courteous and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car through every step. I purchased a new Acura RDX from crown acura a few weeks ago. The process was smooth and easy. Special thanks to the team for everything. Thanks to my sales consultant Kai Walden and finance manager Ashlee Proefkee. Greatly appreciate everyone involved. I believe his name was Logan Lane also helped. My wife and I were very fortunate to meet John Shaw the Assistant Service Manager at Crown Acura.We recently had our 2023 Acura MDX serviced for the first time, and John took outstanding care of us. He readily explained what needed to be done and answered any questions we had. He is extremely knowledgeable, and provided us with phenomenal customer service. There is nothing he could have done to make this experience a more pleasurable one, he truly exceeds in customer service . This dealership is an easy drive from Tampa, I got there in 25 minutes, the same length of time it would have taken me to drive to the dealership we have in Tampa. I did not feel rushed during my interaction with John, and he kept me informed on how my service work was progressing. At this point all we needed was an oil change and tire rotation, and I was in and out in no time. John Shaw is truly an asset to Crown Acura, and we will certainly contact him for our next service visit. It is a pleasure to have John Shaw handle our service needs and I look forward to visiting John for all of our future service needs. He is an extremely friendly individual who is genuinely interested in providing premier customer service to his customers, and he is most definitely successful in achieving this.

I came for a diagnosis, he provided me an answer without delay, and set me up with a rental when he realized my vehicle would have to stay overnight. Excellent service! Logan Lane is my service advisor! I came for an oil change but requested they check a couple of things out on the car that wasn t scheduled. He made that happen for me so that I didn t have to bring the vehicle back as my upcoming schedule was crazy. Had an issue with our 2020 RDX sunroof and our service advisor Logan Lane scheduled the work to be done. Dropped off my vehicle and picked up loaner with no issues. Was updated regularly on progress and when the job was complete. Also Logan informed us of an issue with rear strut service technician had noticed that was replaced. Picked up and went over vehicle with no problems and appreciated Logan giving it a wash without me asking.

Service on my 2020 Acura TLX was nothing less than exceptional! Julian Bitar was communicative and professional yet warm and respectful. I had a piece of metal debris stuck in my back tire and Julian went above and beyond to help me use my warranty service package to exchange the impacted tire for a new one and get my car back running safely. Service Dept (Logan Lane) is always friendly and ready when I walk in. They never mind my kids being there and have snacks and beverages. They are very accommodating with requests and never feel like I m being overcharged for anything! Been going here for 8 years & will never own anything besides an Acura because of the entire team at Crown
