Gail and her team did amazing work. Gail went above and beyond with my insurance for arm rest that broke on impact. Was nice to work with a company that out the customer first. We had a fender bender and went to Crash Champions /Ulmerton Road for the estimate. We were so impressed with Gail and Austin that we decided to let them do the work. Picked up the car today and the work is superb!!! We highly recommend this shop and the professionals who work there. Thank you.

I stopped in this morning because my passenger door was not closing properly. They took a look and saw that it was dropping a bit when opening. They took it in the back and 10 minutes later it was fixed. NO CHARGE, HAVE A NICE DAY!!! AWESOME

Very nice and friendly! I didn t expect to receive a clean car with the repairsTHANK U !!!!!! . My car looks better now than when I bought it ! Also GAIL was very nice and helpful was right on with communication. And didn t treat me any differently from the next costumers!

Crash Vhampions are definitely the best!! Austin and Gail are by the far the most helpful people there!! I had an accident claim and was clueless, they walked me the whole process, made sure I had transportation, and even offered to bring me my vehicle once completed. Definitely ask for one these two... above & beyond!!!

I had a really great experience with Crash champions on ulmerton. They made the process incredibly easy. They also finished my vehicle significantly more quickly than anticipated. The people are very friendly as well. I will come back to this specific location for further work if I ever need it - not only for the great service, but the great crew.

Crash collision made our experience so much easier than we expected. They were so kind and helpful. They took care of us as soon as we called and and arranged everything for us! I couldn t say enough good things about them!!! And they took us to enterprise rental for an other great experience 5 stars each

My first experience with Crash Champions Collision at 5580 Ulmerton Rd Largo, Fl. So far I am very impressed with Austin at the front desk in making me feel confident I made the right choice. Also Brian with his expertise on the estimating end. I hope this all goes well through the process but to this point I am very impressed.

I have the worst experiences with this company.. They did 9000 worth of a botched job whereas my car was in their shop 4� and every time the service wasn't good .With the service they provided left me with very little room for another shopConsidering rentals upon rentals until it reached my face value and eventually it went from June 7 until October that a decision was make to total out my vehicle I'll never allow any insurance company to recommend crash company..Yall legally play with my car and thought I was gonna expect yall poor unprofessional service. Im Glad its over after 5 months of frustration

Amazing place. I had to get some repairs on my vehicle so I brought it in. I was able to make an appointment online and drop the car off. The repairs we done in a week(way faster than expected for the damage). When I picked it up they had cleaned the outside and inside and had it feeling new. Best car repair shop I ve dealt with. Ask for Katlyn.

I was LIED to about the total cost for repair of my vehicle. My car was towed here because of insurance, it was the nearest place to my accident. I was quoted $2025.00 for the total cost of repairs. I dropped my insurance claim because I had a deductible of 2k anyway and I didn t wait it to raise my rates. The day after I drop my claim I get a call saying they supposedly found more damage, okay that s fine I ask how much extra it will be to fix it. I was told no more than a couple hundred 2 weeks later my car is ready to pick up, I get there and they say I owe them $3049.00?!?! This is absolutely insane. I would have brought my car elsewhere if I knew they would be charging me this much. 3 thousand dollars for 2 new wheels, 1 new rim and 1 wheel bearing. They absolutely ripped me off and I had no choice but to pay it or they would not give me my car back. Men really love to take advantage of young women! I will be reporting this business if someone doesn t reach out to me to solve this.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Had my car painted from accident and they did an absolute perfectly job on matching paint!very very pleased.had my car painted again on roof from sun abuse and they did ANOTHER OUT STANDING JOB!THIS PLACE IS GREAT! AND I LIVED HERE FOR OVER 45 YEARS.GREAT JOB!!

My initial plan was to come to them to get my car fixed. After over a week of them waiting to call me I called them back and asked what was taking so long they told me someone else had to call me. The first time I went to their location they stated they will email me a form to fill out and email it back to them, they never did. I spoke to a guy Chris and he was not friendly at all. He wouldn t even introduce him as himself until I asked for him. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere, the next day they re calling to ask if I can bring in the car. After that customer service I would not trust them.They re messing with customers time and money for sure. I would not go here or recommend for anyone to deal with them.

If you would like an awful repair experience where they cannot even get it right the fourth time this PLACE IS FOR YOU!!!! I picked up my vehicle took it to a skilled shop qualified to do the work. Hopefully Allstate drops you crooks very soon!!

Good service here. They fixed our car and everything was good except after a month or so one little section of the bumper popped loose and wouldn't stay in place. I took it in a second time and they took care of me in less than an hour while I waited. Thanks!!!
