I have used them multiple times on multiple different vehicles. They always have great customer service and great results. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone who I know that asks for a body shop. Shout out to Vanessa who always makes sure the process goes as smooth and painless as possible.

I first want to start off by telling all the good things about this location for Crash Champions. The manager is so kind, as well as all of the staff. They have great communication and a good client management system that texts you updates, etc. everyone explains things so well.Our vehicle was hit coincidentally by one of their other clients, and had the manager in the car as a passenger. She advocated for us with the police and was so helpful, of course we wanted to give them the business.They worked diligently and the body work looks amazing, you can t even tell my axel was ripped off and my car bounced onto the ground. All the scratches along the entire passenger side - gone like nothing happened. Headlight repaired - flawless and they even buffed the other headlight so they matched. They also advocated for Mazda brand parts. The bumper looks amazing and paint matches perfectly.The day of my wedding I was able to pick up my car which I love so you can imagine my joy.Sadly upon driving it home my now husband and I noticed a lot of noise coming from it. Any turn, pothole or speed bump you could hear noises- and this car ran FLAWLESSLY prior to the accident. The steering wheel shaking when I stop as well as the brakes stuttering when I hit them.We sent the car back to be looked at during our honeymoon to be re-checked.They then advised us it also needs a new axel on the other side, which was totally fine prior to the accident. (Luckily Mazda servers vehicle and does a video 360 inspection and we had proof of this).Crash Champions told us it wasn t due to the accident. They sent the car home.I drive it when I am home from my honeymoon to take my son to school (first time it since picking it up and first time it was running for more than 10 min as I live blocks from crash champions) and I immediately smell something burning, I get less than 5 miles away and the smell is worse, I manage to go another 9 min (under 4 miles) to my office to discover my car is smoking fro the engine.I immediately call the adjuster and he has it towed to Mazda where they find an oil leak (that is coming from The passages side where I was hit).So additional to the axel- there was a serious leak that put my son and I in a very dangerous position in a vehicle that was supposed to be repaired.The adjuster came out to Mazda and did in fact determine the issues were do to the accident.On top of this my vehicle is now at a dollar amount to where it would have been totaled so I am now going to be driving around in a totaled vehicle that was repaired to due to their missing a huge mechanical issue. I should have been able to replace my vehicle and be in a safe car that my son would get in a few years and instead we are faced with this.I would 100% trust them to do body work again, but not at all for mechanical issues and deviated that I will never have a vehicle as safe as it was prior to my accident due to these issues.

Tow truck driver - fast in responding, very professional, did everything possible to get my car started. At the shop they were really busy but took care of me promptly & showed me the problem with my vehicle. Appreciated being treated like a person that matters to them! Thank you so very much- will refer them to everyone I know!

Took my truck for a small scratch repair om front fender. Nothing else was wrong with it. Body in almost new condition.Got it back with driver's door and gas cap clear coat damaged. When I claimed, I had no call back. I had to push the issue to get attended.From the moment I shook hands with the manager I received a defensive attitude.He said, that toyota has a warranty for peeling clear coat. FALSE. I would have recieved a recall notice. It happened at their shop when they had the car and they denied it.A recieved a bunch of lame excuses claiming it had that before yet they had no evidence. Who has ever seen a new model Toyota Tacoma peeling paint.The reason you go to these places is to avoid any troubles, not to bring it in with a scratch and come out with 2 affected panels.I should have taken pictures and video before.The photo on the roof antenna was on a previous repair they did in which they left overspay.I overlooked that as it was not a big deal for me. But this is too much.Not recomended anymore at all.

Both my insurance dealer and dealer garage recommended them. Service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling and ordering parts went smoothly. Excellent repair, delivered on time. Took care of all approvals by my insurance company. Asked them for OEM parts. They did all but two parts. Highly recommed.

Extra friendly staff. Received no estimate or invoice until final payment. Missed deadlines. An inaccurate estimate to insurance company resulted in denial of some damage. Need better communication.

After the completion date being pushed back 3 separate times (supposedly due to an outside vendor) yesterday I received a message saying my car was finished but can t be released due to them going above the insurance estimate and waiting to get approval from the other parties insurance for payment. Work is completed, my car is ready and I m still stuck paying out of pocket for a rental car while they figure it out. Will never use again.

Horrible work .wanted northwest collision but GEICO recommended these ppl GEICO said that northwest would add more onto their estimate n what not ok so they add on rather had them do it right !!! I can t begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Crash Champions and their team. During a road trip to Florida my parked car was hit by a DoorDash driver who caused a lot of damage to the side and front of my car. I was afraid of how the repair process was going to go and how I would get my car back home. I had been planning on returning home the week of the accident, but with my car.From the very beginning Crash Champions was in communication with me about my car and what the process would entail, as well as the timeline. The only hiccups in the schedule were caused by acts of god, thank you hurricane Idalia.Vanessa and Cheyenne went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me with getting me car shipped. They took photos and videos of my car and the the transport truck and made sure my car got loaded up and taken away safely.I haven t seen the repairs in person but it looks like they did a great job in the video and pictures I received. And what s even better is they have locations nationwide, and because the repairs were covered by insurance, they are warrantied for as long as I own the car.I m excited to have my car back at home with me.Thank you to the Crash Champions team. If I am ever involved in an unfortunate accident again I will be going back to them for sure.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I feel very secure and safe in my car now. I know it was checked out and fixed correctly. As a woman, I'm always wary about mechanics, being overcharged, and talked down to. That does NOT happen here. Alan is very nice and I feel like a valued customer. My daughter and son-in-law bring their car here.... all the way from Tampa because they are honest and so nice.Services: Tires, Oil change

Company never responds to calls, emails or Insurance Company. I contacted the company 5/9/23 to setup an estimate for repair on my vehicle. The gentleman scheduled it for 2 days later on the 11th. After he was done taking pictures of the vehicle he asked me for my email address and informed me he would get the estimate to me in the morning. I waited about a week with no email before I finally called the repair shop. It is now almost 2-1/2 weeks after the gentleman took the photos and I have called multiple times to be told that I would get a call back as he has stepped out of the office. I finally spoke to State Farm Claims and they informed me that the repair shop has not reached out to them at all to try and get an estimate on my vehicle. State Farm in the end just advised me to stop wasting my time calling the repair shop (even though they recommended them) and contact a different shop they recommend in hopes this same situation does not happen. I would steer clear of Crash Champions Collision Repair if you have to get any work done as their communication skills are extremely lacking and they do not even attempt to get your repair resolved.

Everyone at this shop is super helpful! I had to last minute bring my car in a few weeks ago and originally got it towed to the wrong place. Once I got it to their shop they were quick to work on it and updated me the whole time about what was going on. I ended up having to bring it back in last minute and have them test drive it and they were super accommodating and able to take it in same day. Definitely recommend them!

I am a West Tampa resident and I make it a point to take my car here. These mechanics are honest and get the job done right the first time. Pricing is reasonable and if you have AAA, you get a discount on labor. This shop is excellent and do great work at a reasonable price. I have a difficult car, they always figure it out and call me to let me know. I ve used them over and over always they make it easy and treat me well. I would recommend them to all. I have a 2003 Suburban that I now use full time due to my 16 year old taking my more gas cost effective car. When it wouldn t start, AAA recommended this place and I m glad they did. Great customer service from beginning to end and the vehicle was diagnosed with a bad fuel pump. The price to repair was well within affordable range and they kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. Two thumbs up.

The front desk guy I believe his name was Alan he had a black beard was lovely as well as the entire experience. I felt completely satisfied with price, meaning that I never felt ripped off or that dirty feeling when being taken advantage of and having no knowledge or true recourse you just take it...dirty...ya know. Well there was none of that. Second time I have come here with 2 different cars, both wonderful experiences. Keep up the great work!

I recently took my vehicle to this crash collision center and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of their service, especially from one of their team member s, Matt. Despite his busy schedule, Matt took the time to squeeze me in on Saturday morning and address my concerns. These guys are very good. I brought my Cadillac ATS to them after a Jeep crushed my passenger side quarter panel. The work they did was superb. The color matching, gaps and alignment were all spot on. Jacob Jesmok my Crash Champions rep was attentive, communicated well and has a great deal of patience as I was NOT happy with the insurance company of the owner of the Jeep that hit my car. Had timing belt and water pump replaced. Intake manifold gaskets and valve cover gaskets replaced. A few other things as well. All done at a reasonable price and timely manner. Will do business again.
