They have the option of online estimate, but that s a lie. I submitted photos since I m looking at several places for the best estimate. He emailed me and said I needed to bring the car in. I emailed back and he called me with an attitude. I ve dealt with insurance companies and I need to take pictures for them . When I told him I already sent the photos in and have gotten other estimates from other places, I m just comparing, he told me to use someone else. Not a problem. I ll use a place that has respect for customers and aren t nasty. What an Ahole.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARSMETICS. See the picture and decide for yourself. I had Carsmetics repaint the hood of my truck. After the initial work, it was obvious they rushed through wet sanding, which if you are unfamiliar with this process removes bubbles naturally caused during the paint process. Carsmetics agreed to wet sand my hood again, and the end result is what you can see in the picture. Basically there are streaks all over the hood, and they did not take the time to provide the mirror finish that there should be once done. Additionally, they did not protect the fenders of my truck, and there are marks on my fenders from carelessness. I will be taking my truck to Superior Auto Body on 49th Street to fix what Carsmetics did.Service: Body & Trim

Joey from Carsmetics was phenomenal. My car had been hit from behind. When I got in contact with Joey he made the process incredibly easy. He was knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. He knew the process inside and out. My vehicle looks better than ever with Joeys help! He is great with time management and communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I stopped by Carsmetics to get an estimate for repairing damage to my Jeep. Joey, the Manager, came out to give me an estimate immediately. The price was fair and included a lifetime guarantee..I was even given a discount for being a repeat Carsmetics customer.Joey was able to get me on the schedule for the next day and arranged for Enterprise Car Rental to pick me up so I could rent a car at the discounted shop rate. I was not expecting this and was pleased that he handled everything so that I wouldn't have to drive back from Tampa again.The car was ready as promised and looked great. The paint matched perfectly and the deep gouges on my fender flares were gone.Joey arranged for Enterprise to pick up the rental car and even checked to make sure I didn't leave personal items in it. I was referred to Carsmetics by my son. They gave me an estimate in 10 minutes, scheduled the repair for 2 days later. I had my car back next day and the repair is perfect! Highly recommend.

Joey is a super nice guy. Easy to talk to and friendly. Gave me a great quote for fixing my smashed bumper. Taking my car in Monday. I believe he will do a wonderful job. He was referred to me by a friend. The place was clean.

Fender and bumper repaired - looks like new. I'm just as pleased as I was 8 years ago when the damage was more extensive so I decided to return. The price was fair; they got me a 2 day rental for a discount and completed the job when they said it would be. Manager Joey Hanousek was great to work with. The work that they recently did on my car was very good. They were super fast. One day service for my small repair. My regular shop said they couldn't take me for two months. How ridiculous is that. Won't mention any names.

Took my new Mercedes in for some deep upper scratches today and they were able to fit me in immediately and fixed within one day.The Manager is really helpful and polite, pricing is very competitive and the workmanship is excellent.They provided me with a ride to work while the car was being worked on, these guys are awesome.

These guys are outstanding. I brought my car in for rock chips on the hood and a ding on the door. They finished the car in 2 days and it looked factory fresh! What a nice job they did!

Joey was great! I went to the other location first, to get a quote for cleaning my headlights, and the guy barely looked at the lights before saying he couldn't do it and I need new ones. New headlight assemblies for a Honda Accord are very expensive. Joey said they were in bad shape but he offered to give it a shot. They look great! He saved me a ton of money and my car looks new again. Will never try the Palm Harbor location again.

I brought my vehicle in for body repair (bumpers and light) and it was not done correctly (parts not attached correctly) and the job was not complete. The work came apart when I drove home. When I spoke to the manager right away he told me I must have hit something. They were willing to fix it, but I went to a Honda Dealership to have it fixed correctly as they lost my trust. Do not recommend.

After someone backed into the passenger side of my 2012 Nissan Frontier, I checked reviews for a body shop that would make the truck just as perfect as it was before the accident...(I plan on keeping this truck for a long time). I can truly say that this is the place! Joey and his crew did an awesome job! I would and have recommended this shop to anyone who asks. The truck looks new again.

I highly recommend !!! I m new to Clearwater Fl area and I brought my car in and Joey who s the store manager was very nice and helpful. I trusted him with my car, he did a great job and at a very reasonable price! It s hard to find good people that are great at what they do and charge at a reasonable price, now days. I hope I don t have to ever go back BUT if I do I would definitely take my car to him. If anyone need their car fixed you can trust him.

Joey was so great to work with! He is honest and that can be so hard to find. He really went above and beyond! I drive the highways all the time for work and a piece of wood came flying and broke my grill. He fixed it in half a day so it didn t mess up my work schedule at all and gave me recommendations as to how I can preserve my new car with all of the driving I do. I definitely would recommend him to anyone and will use him in the future should I need him!

Carsmetics did an awesome job fixing up a minor scratch and ding on the bumper of my car. It looks like new again. Easy scheduling, fair price and warranty. What made this even better, convenient location and same day service. No long wait like you'd get at the dealer. Highly recommended.

I dinged up the left front of my car. The staff here is very professional and great at communication. The estimate process, appointment process and drop off/pick up were all very smooth. The price was reasonable. I'd definitely recommend you get your car fixed here. My car looks good as new!

I met Joey at the Largo Carsmetics who was professional and knowledgeable. Though he needed one more day my Ford Mustang convertible came out perfect! He even paid for my rental car at Enterprise who was equally as professional. I highly recommend you use Carsmetics for any body work on your car. My car looks brand new!

Had a bunch of small dents and scrapes along the side of my car. Crushed the estimates of the other places I went to, and had the job done in good time. Interior needed a bit of airing out and the edge of the door was a bit rough, but not unfixable and easily worth the price. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at Carsmetics on Ulmerton Road. I was in a minor accident and took my car in for an estimate. The service advisor, Phil, was friendly and gave me an estimate on the spot. It was much lower than I expected and I scheduled the service for the next day. I dropped it off at 830am. Picked it up at 430pm. The work was great and they matched the color perfectly. I was really impressed and would recommend Carsmetics to anyone. Really.

I brought my '16 Corolla in with minor fender damage. They said it would be ready in one day. It was. Looking at the work done on my car I am very impressed. They did a really nice job. In the lobby Scott was very professional and made it a very easy process. All this from a simple commercial on the radio. I would highly recommend this place for what they do.

I came to the shop because the bumper on my Toyota Corolla popped off. Showed their staff my bumper and they took it back and fixed it in less than 10 minutes free of charge!! Great service and friendly staff. I don t plan on getting any more dings on my vehicle but if I do i will definitely come back.. highly recommend going there! If it can still drive they can fix it!

I just had an encounter with Scott at the Ulmerton Road location. He spent about 5 minutes with me and fixed the entire problem I had which was caused by road hazard during the time we were chatting and refused payment since it was so easy for him to fix. He did mention that a repair like this would probably be around $400 from many places and I definitely believe him. Anyway, I felt his honesty and good service should be recognized. He was a pleasure to work with and a good representative of the carsmetics brand.

I saw the ad on TV,and I told my wife we should check them out.So very glad we did! Joey, the high spirited manager, (who IMO,runs a tight ship there at Carsmetics) greeted us at the door with a smile (I think, we were all wearing masks,lol) He listened carefully to what our expectations were,and assured us he could meet, and surpass them.He,and his talented crew did just that. We were amazed that our battle-scarred,beloved 2011 Jeep Liberty, we affectionately call BeepBeep, was looking showroom fresh once again.Joey (and crew),we can t thank you enough for breathing new life into our Jeep, and will always remember your kindness,quick turnaround of our Jeep,and respectability to our needs.Here s to Carsmetics, the best place you want to go for your automotive body, and paint needs. Got into a fender bender at the grocery store. Called Joey at Carsmetics. He was super friendly, able to give us the best price and advice and had the car fixed in 2 days. Totally great experience. Would definitely recommend them.

When someone hit the back end of my new Camaro SS, and left the scene, I was sick. The left rear bumper was crunched in, there were small indentations underneath the impact point, and scuff marks where paint had been removed. I took it to Carsmetics the same day. The staff was very knowledgeable, and assured me that by the time they finished with it, the car would look like new. I took it in later that week. They had a rental car set up for me so there was zero inconvenience. In less than 24 hours, my car was ready. I could not believe how well they did with the repair. These guys are fast, very friendly, and displayed the utmost level of professionalism. If you need minor accident repair, look no further than Carsmetics on Ulmerton Road. You will be glad you called.

Went in there for a quote because my bumper was misaligned. I met Scott and he just looked at the car and did a few alignments and my car was back to normal. Amazing guy, amazing service and very honest. They quote you something only if there is serious work reuqired. Best bang for the buck!

Great experience withJoey at the Ulmerton store. Their estimate was the lowest of three that I got for damage to my rear door (Rav 4). When they removed the panel more damage was discovered which was repaired under the orignal estimate, a one day job turned into 2 1/2 days with no extra charge to me.Would definetly return return if ever needed.
