These guys were Great! I just got done replacing the ball joints, tie rods and ends on my 1995 Ford F250 and they did probably the first alignment it had had in 10 years or more, since before my buddy owned it before me! And when they were done with her she drove nice and straight! Felt good to have all the work I did put into place!!! And the price wasn't bad either! Thank you Bob's!

I was very impressed with Bob s Auto Repair! I called to make an appointment for an oil change and they were able to accommodate me the following day. The team that work there are extremely courteous and professional and the shop is kept VERY CLEAN!It only took and hour or so for the oil change and they had a special promotion too! My synthetic combo was only $42.00! I will definitely be going back to Bob s Auto for my future car repairs!

Our car broke down on vacation in Clearwater beach. We didn t know who to call so we just went with the best google reviews. Bobs was a great choice! Christian was great at updating us on the progress and even sent a car to pick us up. They were able to order the parts and get the car done in one day. The car runs great and the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend Bobs for your car repair needs!

That was my first visit to Bob s Auto Repair to balance my car tires. and wheel alignment. The mechanic performed a general check of the car and performed the require service to my great satisfaction. The charge was reasonable and service in general superb. I highly recommend that shop for car service. My first visit will surely not be my last.

This is the second time we ve brought our truck in for small repairs/service. Both times we were treated courteously and professionally. They were very straightforward with what needed to be done and didn t try to upsell. We now have a car guy .

I went to Bob's Auto Repair based on all the good reviews. At this point, and with my experience dealing with this shop I believe the reviews to be made up.I was given a long list of repairs for a vehicle I purchased. I did have the vehicle inspected by a reputable mechanic prior to buying it.Bob's auto repair advised several of the belts were fraying and ready to snap at any moment. Being that I had it inspected I took the van back to the reputable mechanic. The reputable mechanic confirmed the belts were all new. I was standing with him when he showed me the belts. I've had many belts replaced in my cars and know what a frayed one and a brand new one look like.I am posting this review to warn people that my experience was not a good one and I was almost taken for several thousand dollars on work that had already been completed. The worse part of my experience is dealing with Courtney. A woman misleading another woman is disgusting.Beware of this shop and most certainly get a second opinion. Good mechanics are everywhere. No need to deal with these misleading people. That was my experience. One I wish I never had.If I could give negative stars I would. I never give reviews but there behavior is egregious.

Great people to work with at Bob s. Took great care of my F150 4x4. Price was reasonable and came in under the estimate. Courtney is a very nice and knowledgeable advisor and price shopped for me. Shop is very clean. They did the extras like airing up my spare tire and putting it back in place. Didn t try to upsell me things I don t need yet.This is the first place I ve been to in years that I didn t have to return for something left undone, loose, leaking or broken. (Dealerships and chains,UGH!)Thank you BOB S! You earned a returning customer

I called Bob s after getting a high quote for a repair at the BMW dealership. Bob s offered to give me a free estimate. I took my vehicle in for the estimate and was pleased with the quote. The garage was also very clean. They fixed my issue for a fraction of what I was quoted at the dealership. Quality work, friendly, and great price!! I would highly recommend!!

While I appreciate your offers to remedy the situation, as the customer, it is my right to choose where I take my business based on my preferences and needs.As I've expressed previously, I felt most comfortable having a detail specialist address the interior cleaning concerns, given the nature of the soiling issues. Continuing to insist that I return against my stated wishes risks further damage to the customer relationship and trust in your business. You don t get an electrician to fix your plumbing.All companies will encounter problems at times. However, it is crucial that customer feedback and preferences are genuinely listened to and respected. For future reference, acknowledging a customer's decision in a timely manner without repeated attempts to change their mind will go much further in rebuilding trust after a negative experience.I understand this was likely an isolated incident, and I hope my honest feedback can help you strengthen your customer service approach going forward. Wonderful experience. Bada Bing Bada Boom. In and out. Great service. Needed air in tire. Air in tire is what I got. Much appreciate ...And yet here we are again, smooth sail. My headlight said it was nice working with you. I came in after work and as I got some studying done guess what?! The aquarium is marvelous, the service impeccable and I got to draw on the chalk board! I appreciate!

I chose Bob s from its great Google reviews & I m glad that I did! It s easy to feel taken advantage of when you re a young woman with car troubles, but I didn t feel that way here. I went in expecting my front wheel bearings to need replacing and an oil change, but when more than my initial problem appeared with the wheel bearings, they called me, explained, sent photos of the problem, and let me know the new cost. Even though it ended up being more than I initially planned, Christian was able to apply some discounts and save me a good chunk of money! My Jeep is running much more smoothly, is much quieter, and I feel so much safer now.

We needed our brakes done. I didn't feel like they were trying to oversell or add services. So quick! No surprises, really professional. At my usual service station, I wouldn't even get my car looked at in the amount of time they repaired it! 100% recommend, I'll be back!

Had an issue with my work van while I was in town for work. They were extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the process. Got my van in and fixed same day and only took about an hour. Very happy with the work and service I received.

Came here to have my rear brakes checked as I heard a grinding noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. Instead of offering to take the car in to make sure that's what it needed the front desk offered to do an "inspection" of my vehicle which is not what I asked but agreed to it thinking I would get service sooner.Barely an hour later the front desk rep comes back with a 4 page long list of things they found "wrong" with my vehicle, trying to tell me I needed all of these services done (totalling about 8 grand.) Including but not limited to saying my frame was warped, my struts and shocks were all shot and needed replacing and, of course best of all; trying to tell me having my rear brakes done would cost me about $600.00 USD by themselves. Needless to say I took my vehicle to Tires plus instead and was given quicker service at a better price and didn't have people trying to encourage me to get repairs I didn't need on my vehicle.I'll definitely be avoiding this place at all costs. I'd rather drive half an hour back to my old mechanic than go here again.

Had a Terrible clicking noise in our RAV 4. Bob s Auto Repair diagnosed problem and replaced front axle. Clicking noise is gone. The Bob s Auto Team were prompt and professional. Price was reasonable. Positive experience. Recommend!

UPDATE to my review below. Chris, the manager, tried calling my fianc�, not me the owner of the car, but my fianc� about this review and tried bribing us to take it down. He said he would finally refund me for all the nonsense work they did if I took down my review. They could ve done that when we tried to make things right when I came to the shop after they damaged my wheel. But they refused. Sounds like they just want to hide the fact they are a horrible business. At this point, it s not about the money. It s about bringing awareness to bad businesses and making sure people don t make the same mistake. No one should ever bring their vehicle here for anything even if you think it s cheap and convenient. Read the other reviews on Chris and the shop. Not just the positive ones who are probably local friends. Chris and the employees are combative and rude. And now they re trying to bribe us to take down a 100% accurate review of what happened. They know they re in the wrong. STAY AWAY!!!!HORRIBLE shop with HORRIBLE employees and management. Specifically Chris and Courtney. NEVER take your vehicle here if you care anything about it at all. I took my BMW (that I take a lot of pride in, expecting them to do the same) in for an alignment after hitting a curb, they charged me for an alignment and said everything was good. 2 seconds down the road I noticed it was the exact same. I called and we scheduled to take it back. When I got there, Courtney tried telling me the roads in Florida will make my car pull right so what I was experiencing was in my head basically, as if I haven t been driving for over a decade and don t know what a crowned road feels like. It was very obvious I hit a curb on the right and it started pulling right. They checked the car out and agreed it was still pulling right! So they did a tire rotation which I suggested initially but Courtney told me there s no way that would be the issue. BUT eventually they did do it ended up breaking my valve stem and calling me telling me I damaged it when I hit the curb. No possible way and they checked all that on the first visit. Later they admitted the valve stem cap was stuck so instead of calling me first, they broke my stem and vastly damaged my inner wheel with some tool they used and charged me another almost $100. I go to pick up my car and notice the wheel damage, I bring it up to Courtney and she said come back when her manager was in. So I did. He would not do a single thing to fix this mistake THEY made. They would not get it professionally refinished, they would not get a new wheel, they would not pay for reapplication of my ceramic coating they ruined. They took my car for a total of 5 days, 3 of them being to fix the damages they caused to my wheel, which looks horrible even after they tried fixing it AND MY CAR STILL PULLS RIGHT. Now I m out hundreds of dollars, 5 days without my car, and I have to pay to get my wheel repaired correctly on top of ceramic coating and more shop time. I also still need to get my car aligned or find out why it s steering to the right after being charged hundreds by Bob s to diagnose and fix the issue but resulted in them just damaging my wheel and refusing to do anything but what they wanted. NEVER take your business there. EVER. They don t deserve your hard earned money. Horrible attitudes from everyone there. They will trash your car and then become combative when you try to make them liable. Any response from owner or management is literally just to try and save their face on the internet. Don t listen to these people. There are so many better shops. Please don t do it to yourself. Listen to these other negative reviews. They are not isolated incidents.

Bob's has been around for years, and the service has always been wonderful. Recently, I took my Mini to get my son's car which had just been serviced at Bob's. Went to leave and my Mini wouldn't start. I knew she was going to need a battery soon, but was going to bring her the following week. She had other plans. Ha! Christian, the shop manager checked out everything I had asked him to check. They sent me an estimate the next morning. I called Christian because I had a few questions. He very graciously answered my queries, and explained everything. My car was ready a few hours later. I am taking my Mini back next month to get the windshield washer reservoir replaced. German quoted me approximately $800 to do it. Bob's? They quoted me less than $300. And they have all of the BMW computer programs, just like Ferman. My brother in law was quoted $900 to have a tiny part replaced. It was for the emergency service. (Like Onstar) BOB'S quote was $125!! WHAT?! My brother in law is telling everyone he knows about Bob's! This is the cleanest, most organized shop I've been in. Nice waiting area, clean restrooms. The staff are all friendly and professional. Great price. Great Service. Really worked with me when my 2013 F150 needed $3000+ worth of work. Their prices were better than the larger mechanics ex. Napa, TiresPlus, etc......Courtney was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy.......she made me very happy

Guy at front desk has no clue what he is talking about. Looks like hes on hard drugs. Came in for a wheel bearing replacement, the guy told me my tire might need to be balanced. I told him I had the tires balanced twice right in front of me by two other tire shops. Then he cut me off and told me to take my truck and drive away. All this after making me wait for two hours after they were the ones who set the appointment. I would not recommend this shop. Drugs addicts that make you wait because they have no idea whats going on. Do not waste your time with these ignorant hacks. When you drive the truck, you can hear the humming coming from the wheel bearing, when you turn the wheel you can hear the bearing grinding, when your go 45 miles an hour plus, you can feel the vibrations in the steering wheel and coming from the right front side, the bad bearing side. Front desk guy also tried to tell me my wheels weren t Hub-centric and that I have acorn lugs and that Toyotas have a shank style lug. First off, if you had actually taken the wheel off, you would have looked at the inside of the rim and found that inside rim pattern is hub-centric to trucks stock hub. Factory rims. Secondly, the first gen Toyota Tundras came with acorn style lugs because the hub bolts are shorties and the hub-centric factory rim machines out the lug side to match the acorn style for an exact fit. The other gen Tundras after my model have the shank style. Who trained your mechanics and who hired the guy at the front desk who cops and attitude and then gets loud with clients like he s threatening me? You now have my information in your system and a phone record and I record the whole event on my phone. If my bearing locks up, I suing the business for everything that you have.Update: Christian, front desk guy on drugs calls me back and says it s my front differential. Two things again, if it was the front differential, then fine you have to go through the bearing system anyways to get to the front differential. So charge me for the labor to get to the bearing and check them- Tundras have two sealed bearings per wheel connected to the differential. If the bearings are good then quote me for a differential and we can go from there since the truck is already on the rack. Number Two: Toyota tundras, again have 2 sealed very specific type wheel bearings in the 4x4 models, you cannot troubleshoot the bearing by checking for wheel play. Any Toyota tech will tell you that. But Nooo, Christian wants to stick his chest out and argue with customers who have more experience and knowledge than him. If I don t die from a ceased bearing on the road, I ll bring in the old the old bearing set after a reputable dealer does the work and show you that you have no idea what your doing and how you treat customers like 2nd class citizens. Also Hey, if someone comes in and wants to replace components that are recommended to replaced at 100k miles, when the truck has been used as intended with 160K miles why would you refuse service? It doesn t make any sense. Thats why you have 3 techs on staff and it takes 2 hours to mis diagnose with 8 empty car bays. I would never recommend your service.

This was the worse service ever i went for a oil change because my mechanic was on vacation and it took 1 1/2 for the oil change and on top of that my car was running like a diesel engine when i got on the highway after i left Bobs garage. Christian V. didn t take any accountability for anything just saying how he has professionals that work on the cars not even saying well it s a possibility. He was just defensive and doesn t handle angry customers well. Especially when I ve gotten numerous oil changes (3) this year by my mechanic and my car never runs rough afterwards, it always runs better. I came here (Bod Lees)Bobs Garage. years ago and wasn t happy and i figured they fixed their shortcomings since they changed the name and fixed the shop up but it s still the same poor service on your car and poor customer service. I will never go back here again!!!!!

Amazing service!! Fast diagnostic on our car and they are able to fix it today. Lovely employees who were professional, kind and helpful. I was also impressed with the clean space. It s tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches. My kids loved checking out the fish tank in the waiting room and we enjoyed the plants everywhere. Clean bathroom too! Christian took care of us quickly and Hunter my kids and I a ride home. So happy we found this shop. Thanks to all for the great experience!! Highly recommend them!!!

Grateful for their fast, friendly service. My car had an issue on a nearby street and I immediately drove straight to Bob's Auto Repair not knowing anything about them, but since I was in a bind I didn't have much choice. They efficiently, effectively repaired the issue and charged me next to nothing! I recommend them and will definitely go there again when I need service - this time intentionally.
