When my companies work vehicle broke down. Black Water Diesel was able to send a service tech on the same day. Bob was both professional and courteous, and had our vehicle back on the road later that day. I would definitely recommend Black Water Diesel to another business.

We have been using them for the past couple years here at U-Haul for our Semi trucks and trailers. They get to our repairs very quickly and for great prices. Very fair and trustworthy. We would highly recommend.

If Google would allow me to give 10 stars I would!! I took my 2016 RAM there for a second opinion on what I was told by a dealership. My gut feeling was right that the dealership had incorrectly diagnosed my problem. The guys at Blackwater correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend this company. HONEST and RELIABLE!!!

I called Blackwater diesel when my truck broke down and I was out of town. They came out and repaired my truck on site to get it back to their shop. Blackwater repaired my coolant leak and had me back on the road in no time. Great people with awesome service.

I brought my RV in because the front breaks were making a really bad grinding noise. Blackwater Diesel did a great job of correcting the problem and making it possable for me to take my RV on its next trip to St Augustine to experience the "Night of Lights". I'm a happy camper and would highly reccomend Blackwater Diesel.

Manager Thaddeus and his diligent mechanics are a "can do" team who pays attention to the details. I had come in for AC service and worn coolant pipe connectors. Give the shop a try they'll do you right as they did for me. Shop is clean and very organized, located on the North bound service road of US19, 3 bay operation. Thank you to the guys here at Blackwater Diesel

Blackwater Diesel diagnosed my truck and fixed it within a few hours. I had new breaks installed from a different shop and they were giving me trouble. I asked if they could help me out - not only did they help me out but they are incredibly affordable and have a great team working there. Manager Thaddeus is absolutely amazing and will explain the entire process from beginning to end. I was on my way home from work and my truck started to stall out on 19. I pulled off of 19 and I noticed Blackwater Diesel so I turned in. Being a single mother, with child in hand, I was a little hesitate walking into a mechanic that I haven t used before and didn t know. The guys there were great! They made me feel so comfortable and even offered my daughter a snack and drink. They diagnosed my truck and had it fixed within an hour. GREAT SERVICE! GREAT MECHANICS! I will never use anyone else again!

I can't say enough about this company. Travis and Micky get 2 thumbs up and 10 stars. We were in a campground 600 miles from home. Motorhome would not start. For a week no one could or would come to check it out. Travis was highly recommended by someone in another call I made. He sent Mickey over on thanksgiving Eve. He diagnosed the problem. We were able to find the needed part on Friday. Micky came on Sat and hung with it till it was running good. Highly recommended.

Worst ever people to deal with about warranty work. The motor blew up less than 300 miles on supposed fresh rebuild. Never covered any expenses trying to get my truck home from a towing bill. An just trying to get them to answer the phone was like trying to call president. Don t anyone buy anything from this place. I took the truck to the Manchine shop to get a second opinion they asked if a child put the engine together. The valves were on the wrong side , was bored 40,000 over with no sleeves , connecting rods were homemade with a special bearing you can t buy anywhere. They will not cover any cost. So basically I put my money in a pile an lit it on fire to watch it burned. Now seeking legal advice on possible lawsuit.

Honest mechanics are hard to find & Blackwater Diesel has a crew full of honest/reliable mechanics. Their mobile/roadside service has saved me from putting multiple trucks on the hook to get to there shop. One truck broke down and they came out right away. Couldn t completely fix it but got it running to limp it back to there shop. Getting a truck towed over the skyway bridge isn t cheap. The saving of never being towed makes a trucking company smile. Thanks guys!

Travis and his guys at Blackwater are the best! This shop is my go to place and will never go anywhere else When there is something wrong with one of our trucks. I don t know why anyone would go anywhere else besides here!
