Had the worse experience at this location I have ever had after having a wonderful experience when I took my other Lexus to this location years ago. This time I took my Lexus is 300 f sport to them after scuffing L front corner of my bumper. During the estimate I stated to them I wanted the whole bumper removed and repainted quote was around a thousand no big deal and I was told it take 2-3 days. I purchased a rental9/26that time frame and thought it was odd a day and half later they were done, pick car up bring it home and start noticing things right away. I am not even sure what they did but you could see where they painted over paint chips and the paint sunk and I had what appeared a wet mark like someone rubbed a towel against it. I called and took car back and the male employee reviewed the concerns with me and immediately states I thought we were just touching up that corner basically stating they charged me a thousand for a spot paint . I said you can t be serious and that this job looks horrendous! So they attempt to repaint again only this time leaving me a much bigger mess, month later I m left with multiple paint chips anything that grazes it paint is coming off and they left a gap in the bumper by the headlights. I took my car back to them the other day and they acted like I was the problem and I was bothering them and couldn t understand my frustration! Super unprofessional!!!Follow up:So the business as you can see told me to reach out and I called on 9/26/23 to speak with GM. Gm has no interest in returning my call as I have tried to reach him numerous times! I have called corporate x 2 with them stating they would return my call within 48hrs with also no response. I will never take my vehicle to this location again and others should be aware so you do not end up in this situation!Service: Painting

The shop did a great job on my Mazda 3. Where my car was damaged it literally looks like new. They matched the paint perfectly. They do great work here. John was very helpful throughout my journey. The communication was great throughout my car s stay. Enterprise picked me up and I left my rental at autonation when I picked up my car.

Best experience with a body shop that I ve ever had.Dropped our car off on Monday and by that same Thursday it was ready to come home. We got a new bumper, reverse light housing, exhaust, and paint done. Throughout, the receptionist gave us a call to update us on the process on the car, we really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and communication. When the vehicle was returned, they had vacuumed and wiped the interior.Will recommend and return if I need their services in the future. Was told that it is a $100 fee per day if the vehicle is not picked up same day the work is completed, so that is to keep in mind.

Excellent service. Kept me up to date on all aspects of my repair, parts and process. Got my car back a full week ahead of estimate and it looked as beautiful as the day I bought it. Will definitely recommend to friends and family AND you too.

I can t say enough great things about Carletta and her excellent customer service. She made a stressful situation very comfortable. Her communication every step of the way never left me wondering what was going on. She set the expectation from day one and over delivered, my car was done in 1/3 of the time that I was expecting. Very satisfied with my entire experience.

Every step of the process was as easy as you could expect! From getting a rental company picking you up at the shop to getting daily updates on the progress. These guys & gals have it under control. They delt with insurance adjuster and were professional in everything, no running you around with false promises here! Thank you!

The work on my van was wonderful, and like new again. They also keep you informed of what is going on. My only complaint would be the customer service when you first walk in. Everyone just looks at you for the first 5 minutes then you may hear someone say that someone will be right with you. However, I would still recommend AutoNation Collision Center Clearwater to others. :)

I had a bad scrape on the bumper, I took it in and Jim in service assured me it will be perfect. I have a distinctive paint color which has been a nightmare to have it fixed in the past. Jim has a keen eye. The car was perfect. The others in the dealer were very professional and accommodating. Thanks Jim

Unfortunately I needed to have my car 2024 Lexus repaired and I insisted on Autonation Clearwater.John was great and kept me up to date on progress. I did not have to call, they called me. During pickup, Clarrisa gave me care instructions and details of repair.I do not want to have another accident but would call John again.Car looks great.

I bought a new 2023. Unfortunately I was side swiped on 275N after having my car only few months. Jimmy at Autonation told me the price and how long it would take to fix my CT5. He did an outstanding job! Thank you Jimmy for taking such great care of my car and keeping me informed throughout the process!! I will always use Honda Auto Nation Collision at 16604 US Hwy 19 N in Clearwater if ever needed. I have been broadsided twice in 5 yrs and both times my 2018 Civic car came out looking brand new. The customer centric care from Carletta (adjuster), Bill another adjuster, and Tyler could not be better. 5 The exceptional care from Carletta who touched base w/me almost daily as the work was being done was unexpected but so appreciated. Carletta was professional yet very personable. When ever I called Tyler always helpful with an update.When I went to pick up my car I had other car related questions and Bill went above and beyond to assist me.I can t say enough about the wonderful team at Honda Auto Nation Collision.

I made an appointment through their website online for an estimate. Show up 10 minutes before my appointment and they don't have me on the record. One of the staff did end up assisting me but it wasn't the staff that usually does the work so she kept insisting it was a "rough" estimate. Not the quality I was looking for. Additionally I don't like that I was somewhat pressured into going through insurance when i explained I wouldn't be doing so. Couldn't give me a time frame of how long the work would take. Overall felt very dismissive, I feel that it wasn't my fault their system was the issue. I will not be using them for any of my work.

My RAV4 had peeling paint in many places.Autonation collision took it in - under recall - and repainted nearly the entire vehicle. The result was fantastic. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Exceptional work by good people

Carleton and the team at Autonation Collision really care about creating a positive Custer experience and making sure damage look as though it never occurred. The paint matching when repairing and repainting my honda civic 22 was factory quality. No fisheye, no visual difference from the rest of the car. Now, my Honda CRV needs work and I've chosen Carleton and her team again.

This place is a 10 out of 10! I was in an accident and the other party was at fault so his insurance company sent me here for my body work. They called me everyday with an update on my vehicle, they were so informative and kind. I have a separate part on my car i need fixed in the future and i will be going to this body shop. Wow! I hate that I had to have my brand new truck repaired but it still looks brand new!!! I am so happy with absolutely all the work and everyone that I had contact with. Had a great experience with this shop. There was extensive damage to my vehicle, I was worried it would be unfixable or not fixed like new and I was WRONG. My vehicle was repaired properly and looked better than I could have imagined. Carletta did a fantastic job of communicating updates with me about the parts and repairs. Getting constant updates eased my anxiety and made me feel like my car was in good hands. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done or any vehicle repair. Sandy and Charlie are the best. Sandy is nice, funny and perferssional. She wqlked me through the entire process, contacted Enterprise car rental for me. She kept me updated on my vehicle and repairs.Charlie is amazing too. AutoNation did an absolutely wonderful job fixing my Toyota Rav4 after it was rear-ended on an accident on US19. I wanted to mention the outstanding job Carla did keeping me updated & informed on the updates to my car. AutoNation did a terrific job working with my insurance company Progressive. The car looks terrific - with their fixes you would never know that it was hit in an accident. I for sure would use AutoNation Collision for future repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did some collision work on my car and they were very good. They did the work in the promised time. They were very nice and the work was excellent. They detailed the car better than anyone who has done it before. I am very pleased with the staff and the work they did for me. I recommend them to anyone who needs collision work on their car.
