Jessica Geneva did a wonderful job! I don't think I've experienced a level of service as good as what she offered. I felt I could have a conversation with her and she totally understood where I was coming from with respect to the features of the car. She took time to help me with a menu setting that will make life so much easier going forward. Honestly, the dealership is beautiful and the time spent waiting for my service to be completed flew by. I hope Jessica is there next time I bring our car in for service!

Jessica Geneva was my service coordinator at Audi Clearwater. She greeting me with a sincere smile and was pleasant. We discussed what issues the car had and the extended warranty that would cover the services. Although, they had to keep the car over the weekend, it was serviced and ready before she promised. She under promised and over delivered. Good Job!

I can't say enough about the amazing service I received at Audi Clearwater all thanks to the exceptional care and dedication provided by Mandy Walters. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Not only did she ensure my vehicle was handled with care and precision, but she also arranged seamless delivery and pick-up services, making the entire process effortless for me. My service advisor Mandy is always the most efficient ay making sure everything i done as promised and extremely professional with everyone. My car was fixed in the time stated and then washed after service. My salesman George also checked on things to be sure they were being done while I waited for the car to be fixed. Never had a problem with sales or service ever.

I had an exceptional experience at Audi Clearwater for my car service, all thanks to Breanna Holding. Breanna provided stellar service, showcasing deep knowledge about my car. She was fantastic at updating me regularly on the progress of my car service. Not only is she easy to talk to, but she's also incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend her!

Great Service! Jessica Geneva provided top notch Service from start to finish!She kept me well informed of the status of my repair in a very timely way that allowed me to have some piece of mind process. She also sent me update videos from the Technician so I could actually see the issue and ensured I got a rental until the repair was completed.I am Extremely pleased with the "not so fun" experience when having a break down of your vehicle and Jessica was responsible for that experience!Thank you Jessica!

Outstanding service. I left my car with Josh Rickcards he was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. He made sure everything was done on time and kept me informed. I wouldn t hesitate to take my car back to him. He really treated my car like it was his own. Awesome customer service.

I took my 2009 A4 cabriolet to have an issue with the soft top addressed. I was greeted by Jessica Geveva, who from that point forward kept me informed of the status of diagnostics and the cost of the repair as well as other repairs to consider reflecting the technician review. Time spent on my part was minimum at both drop off and pickup. If there was something I needed to know or decide, Jessica let me know. A great experience!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Breanna Holding, Service Consultant with Audi of Clearwater, provided fantastic service on my vehicle earlier this week. Online registration was seamless, a service appointment was swiftly offered, preliminary information gathered and a quote provided prior to the service appointment. Upon arrival, the repairs were promptly completed within projected timeframe. My car was returned repaired, cleaned and included a multi-point inspection. I was offered complimentary transportation, a comfortable lounge with gourmet coffee, snacks and a workspace with secure wifi. Breanna and all Audi staff were professional, personable and wonderful. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a vehicle shipped from Boston to Sarasota soon after it arrived there was an issue with it the local dealer was not able to help me out for a month. I placed a call to Clearwater Audi spoke with Marc Youngsma he told me to have the vehicle shipped up to him. He had it in the next day. It was all repaired and sent back to me. Excellent job really appreciate it from being out of town. Thank you.

Excellent service from Audi and especially from my service representative Jessica Geneva. She communicated well, made sure I understood the process, kind and professional. Went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back fixed up right and clean before the weekend started. Thank you Jessica 5 stars all day ;)

I was assisted by Jessica Geneva who was great:) I was having issues with my engine and was also due for a service. Our local Audi couldn t get me an appointment until mid January. So, I was willing to drive the hour to Clearwater as they were able to squeeze me in quickly! Got my engine issue fixed and my car fully serviced overnight. Amazing service. Probably the best Audi i ve been to.

As with all my previous experiences, Jessica Geneva was outstanding. It is always a pleasure when working with her at Crown Audi. She keeps me up to date with what is happening during my service and her manner is professional and friendly. I m glad she became my service advisor when I moved to St Pete.

Audi Clearwater service is amazing. Especially Fady. He goes above and beyond every time to make sure my car is taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. I usually hate going to service at other dealers but I look forward to coming to Audi Clearwater service. There great!

Mandy Walters is a God send when I have any issue with my Audi she gets me in same day no questions asked. She s the most down to earth caring advisor I could ask for. Able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Jessica Geneva has been my service advisor for all my service visits. Jessica is no nonsense which I really appreciate. She gets the info she needs, gives me a time frame and I'm in my loaner car quickly. I receive a video text from tech and a text when car is ready for pick up. Very convenient.

Mandy Walters is the best! She is a true asset to the dealership (Audi of Clearwater) and is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. She is very prompt and always on top of things. I live in Ft Worth, TX. I was on travel in St Pete, FL when my rack on the power steering went out. I am very accustomed to the level of service I receive from Audi Ft Worth and was concerned about going somewhere else. That s when I met Josh at Audi Clearwater. He is a consummate professional. He gave me a loaner and got my car back on the road in record time. Highly recommend both Josh and Audi Clearwater for your service needs!

I had an amazing experience with Marc Youngsma atAudi Clearwater. I had an appointment to drop off my vehicle for some warranty work. Marc was super courteous and took such good care of me. He put me in a loaner vehicle right away, offered coffee and explained the process of them working on the vehicle and ordering the parts. After a couple of days I received a call from Marc - the vehicle was ready and they were able to get everything taken care of including an item that they weren't sure will be covered by factory warranty at no charge. When I returned the loaner vehicle the process was seamless. Within about 10 minutes I was back in my own Audi (cleaned and washed) and was on my way. I would highly recommend Audi Clearwater Service and specifically Mark Youngsma :-). I plan to come back for future services there.

Clearwater Audi is the place to go!!!! Jessica Geneva (service advisor) did a spectacular job in getting my vehicle serviced and returned to me very quickly even though there were parts back ordered. I was always kept up to date and the experience was amazing. I have had Clearwater Audi service my car before and they do a wonderful job!!!!This is the place to go Buy and Service!!

I have been going to Audi Tampa for years. I had a tire that was shredded and called to get my car in as soon as possible. They didn't even bother returning my call. I called Audi Clearwater, they got me in immediately. Josh Rickard was awesome to work with, very professional, courteous and friendly. He went above and beyond, searched for my tire care package, had the tire replaced and the car ready in only a few hours. I will be going to Audi Clearwater moving forward and at the end of my lease, will work with them to find my next Audi.

Fady Awadalla was my Service Technician. I would like to say that this was my first experience bringing my car in for a recall service with your dealership and the service I received was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. My recall part had to be ordered and took over 3 months to arrive. Fady Awadalla was super nice, and he stayed in constant communication with me throughout the waiting process. Once the part came in he was completely booked but was able to fit me in within a day to get it repaired. I was even sent a personal video showing them doing the complimentary inspection. He secured me a ride back in to the dealership to get the car once it was done and since I couldn't make it during his hours, he had the paperwork all ready and waiting for me to just sign and pick up. I loved that he didn't try to oversell me things I didn't need, but did at least inform me of repairs that would be needed in the near future to make me mindful of them. He made me feel more like a friend than just a transaction at your dealership. I will definitely recommend him and your dealership and return for any future services based solely on the experience and Fady Adawalla's great service!

Marc Youngsma worked through all my options, with patience and kindness each and every step. He literally took the time to break everything down for me so I would completely understand, which I did, and I did feel comfortable with this too. The dealership as a whole was a pleasure to work with. I didn't even buy my car from there and they treated me so well. Then, after the service was completed, and the complimentary car wash (which was offered at the end free of charge), they helped me source an inexpensive part for my roof rack that had popped off. What a pleasure.. oh yeah, and then, Marc handed me a list of he and his wife's favorite restaurants throughout the area after he learned that I recently moved here. I highly recommend the Audi Clearwater / Crown Cars Service and Parts departments.

Our experience with Joshua Rickards was excellent. He was very professional and friendly. He actually saved us a lot of money by telling us about a protection plan that we did not know we had. I will ask for him the next time we need service at Audi.

Just had my regularly scheduled oil change at Audi Clearwater and was so impressed with their service department! From the friendly greeter to my service writer Breanna Holding, I felt very welcomed everything was handled quickly and efficiently for the drop off, then I received a video walk around the car from the mechanic who said all my tires were wearing evenly so I didn t need to do a tire rotation now, which saved me money very honest company! I would highly recommend them!

I was visiting Florida when my over fill oil light came on and they treated me as if I was there original customer. I hope all Audi dealers can learn from this great experience I had. Thanks so much to Jessica for making me feel welcome.
