I have been a customer of this store for a long time. Even before the other part stores were around. But they decided to lose me as a customer when I brought my car battery, and they refused to warrant it because I didn't have the receipt. Obviously, not that they care, but I will never buy at the store again. There are many other options around. I was going there just because I was so used to going there, but now, I will learn to go to the other corner.

THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST!!!Where do I begin? I purchased a brand new battery here in September 17 2022 with a two year warranty and took the car for an oil change to a Nissan Dealership for service in October 3rd 2022. The dealership removed the month old battery off our car and placed an old battery of their own. We didn t know this happened as we never checked it up until today when the car failed to start up. We went to the dealership to ask them as to where our battery was since it was missing and was not the one we purchased. We even had receipt showing the purchase of the new battery and the car it was placed on. The dealership s response left me shocked well we don t know. Yeah you have a receipt but it doesn t have the VIN number of the car therefore you can t prove that it was purchased for this specific car . I was shocked. Not only did they take the battery but also ignored the issue by dismissing it. I went back to AutoParts to buy a new battery at this point since we had no other choice. Genesis the employee ringing us up heard the story and right away said nope this is crazy. Let me talk to my manager so we can help with this issue . She took it upon herself to go to her manager to help us. Mark (the manager) heard our story and was quick and so nice to give us a new battery free of charge under the warranty. I was so happy to hear that. Not only did he listen to me but also took care of our issue without hesitation. Now that s customer service. I am furious with the dealership and will no longer go there. Genesis was amazing. She was so sweet and kind. Every employee here is amazing. They are honest and fair people. Thank you so much to everyone for helping us! We are beyond thankful!

Went in for battery for keyfob since my dashboard was saying it was almost dead & am not sure if that has been causing the problems I have been having with car. Left with all 3 wipers & warranty on them so next year only have to pay for new warranty. Expensive upfront but will be nice to be able to see well when it is raining. Employee was kind & didn't force warranty on me but it is a very good deal. Another Employee she installed the wipers for me. Was very happy.

At the time I thought the alternator went out...But Wesley checked it and saw that I hada BIG crack in the radiator. Wesley referred me to a very nice and reasonable mechanic. I've been back a few times and always been treated like a queen. I have questions they answered them all. Gave me tips on car care. Great recommendations on parts and oil. Very nice folks.

Had a battery issue and they were able to suggest the proper replacement and sign me up to their email where I get rewards. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

What a great place! Not knowing much about cars, went here with many questions when mine acted up. Kevin was super knowledgeable but even more than that, he was extremely genuine. You can tell that he enjoys helping people which is, unfortunately, an increasingly rare thing. You have won my business Kevin and will be a repeat customer every time I need even windshield wiper blades. Thank you again Kevin! You're doing it right!

The employees here continue to go above and beyond with my random car problems. It's been a few times now where I've left thanking them for saving the day. The level of service you get is surprising for a corporate franchise. Pricing is competitive with online shopping if you use the coupons.

Excellent customer service. The guy who helped me recommended so many options and never pressured me to choose. Also gave me suggestions on fixing things that I didn't even come to the store to ask about. Def recommend seeing these guys.

Helpful gentleman at the register hooked me up with free air for my tire next door at Meineke. Fix a flat was 13 bucks and he taught me how to use it.

Car was having trouble starting. Brought it to Advance auto. Gary there tested and determined it was the battery. I had no receipt or proof of purchase. Not only did Gary go out of his way to look up if and when I purchased the battery. But determined it had 2 months left on its warranty. He installed a new battery on the spot and then refused to take a tip. Stating it was what they do! Very professional and polite.

Wesley was the most helpful employee I could ever hope to find. He was smart and friendly. He installed a car battery for me in literally no time at all. He also found an issue with my car that another shop neglected to mention after I had spent almost $1,000 there. Wesley went the extra mile, when he really didn't have to, he didn't try selling me anything that I didn't need, AND he did it all with a smile on his face. The prices here were a little bit higher then I had wanted to spend. However, I would come back to this store any day of the week because of employees like him.

Advance has always had great parts and service, but today outdid themselves. They helped me get a new battery, while the previous battery was still under warranty. It was easy and pleasurable. This is why I have used Advance Auto Parts exclusively for twenty-three years. Thank you Advance!

Great place to shop for auto parts. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Reasonable prices and good quality merchandise. They will even install minor items such as batteries and windshield wipers. You can enroll in their savings club at no charge and save quite slot of money. I highly recommend this business.

Pretty good but the staff could be more helpful. If they are a "just enough" kind of staff and won't go above and beyond when it would be nice. But as far as meeting service standards they are there just not as good as other locations.

Ive been going there for many years. A few years back they had a horrible staff. Now they are much better. Best guy to talk to is Mark, he always finds a way to help even if he doesnt have the parts available at the moment. Def goes the extra mile.

Had the parts I needed. Cashier was a little moody and short--not that I expect cheerleader like behavior from every customer service person (I have been one), but, "What do you want?" as a greeting was probably a little bit "curt". Brightly lit. Clean. Did not have car serviced here so I cannot tell you about that.

Employees were a bit rude. Then I asked for a battery for my truck, the manager (wearing a gray shirt) says you will need to take that to a mechanic to replace, it would take 30 + minutes to replace. I borrowed their socket set and went to change the battery. I find after getting my old one out that they gave me the wrong replacement battery. When I brought it back in, the guy said he guessed because there were two options, and laughed about it. Even with the wrong battery being given to me, swapped the battery in 10 minutes. Wont be going back to this location.

Simply the greatest, they tested and replaced a bad car battery for me in less than 15 minutes. (All that, while working in Florida heart and summer rain.) These guys are the very best!

They didn't have what I needed, but was able to order some. (color match color, spray cans) On average, though, the staff is friendly, helpful, etc. And they do have a tendency to have the things that I need. (Or can order them)I will point out that their parts are usually a good amount more expensive than a similar part found online. But, you can return here, etc.In terms of showing up, "Hey, I need a new blinker lightbulb" and walking 9th with the exact piece for your car, pretty spot on service.
