I had my rare 75 trans am overnight they moved it around 4 times that I know of24 hrs later ..still no motor mountsThen saying they didn't want to install oem part cause they were 20.00 on sale for pairBut we're going to charge 200.00 for polyGoogle prices yourself do math !Scam scam scam

Sorry, John was a nice guy but after about 4 weeks of my car sitting there and these guys replacing random parts, the intermittent no-start issue still persists just days after picking it up. Now that just about everything fuel and ignition related has been replaced, I can only assume that I've got a electrical issue or ecu failure. Unfortunately, I spent roughly $800 with them to get nowhere. In a bad spot, been out a vehicle for months now and have no funds left to have a professional repair it. I talked about leaving a decent review with them until I realized time & money was wasted...

This auto repair shop is like no other he is the best and they are awesome at what they do. Before this coming here I had to take my car to two different places and they could not fix it. And I took my car to the auto clinic and they were very respectful honest and got the job done and was very fair on the price . If I was able to give more than five stars I would. I also would never go to another autobody shop ever they have earned my trust as well as my confidence in them to fix any other car issues that happened in the future. Thank you guys so much !

They are great! They replaced the power window motors in my truck and got everything working correctly. Worth every penny. Very honest shop and treat you like a friend and not just another customer. I will definitely be recommending John to anyone needing repairs. My truck will also see this shop again when needed. Thanks again, guys!

John and his crue are very detailed about there work keeping u informed on what's going on with your vehicle. The prises are amazely low. Best mechanics I have ever seen. I would recommend them to people as I have in the past. I've been to this shop about four times now for various car trouble. John and his team always provide fantastic work at a very fair price, and very fast! You won't regret trusting your car with them.

The manager gave me a quote to do a diagnostic. I asked if he wanted me to sign a work order, no, not a problem. The diagnostic would be done in half an hour. And he would call me to give me a quote for the repair...After several hours I had to call back to find out what the result of the diagnostic was. He then said he would call me back with a quote for the repair. Midday the *next day*, they finally get the quote to me. It was twice every other local mechanic.Then my girlfriend goes in to pick up her car, so she could take it to another mechanic. The guy working there tried to charge her twice the original quote for the diagnostic.I would never recommend this place to anyone. Slow service, trying to criminally charge more than the agreed upon rates. And the back smelled like pot.Service: Electrical

John/Doc/Yogi are all a pleasure to work with. My wife and I own a local moving company and their shop was highly recommended by another local business with 10+ trucks on the road. John and his team are always quick with their service, educated on their recommendations/repairs and very affordable. We exclusively use them for our personal and commercial vehicles. We highly recommend them for any vehicle repair.

I've gone back to this mechanic over and over again for our mini van. They have done professional work for very reasonable prices. I have been to several mechanics that have tried to rip me off and have done poor work. I was weary at first about this place as it is not "pretty" by any means. It is just a small place, but they do a great job. The go above and beyond and keep it affordable for the pocket book. They have even given me and my three kids in car seats a ride home when I needed it! You just can't beat that! I highly recommend this place.

At first I thought they were very good but kept on bringing my car back because of faulty parts that were put in. Frosting on the cake after spending over 800.00 my car broke down on Missouri Ave. 5 minutes after driving from the mechanic. Faulty cable from spark plug replacement. Next day car car leaking from the radiator. Faulty radiator cap they had put on. Next day car chugged terribly at stop light. Told it was a bad AMI and replaced for 500.00. Next day engine light came on. Spark plug misfiring. John the owner when I questioned some things was very short and abrupt. I asked if Platinum plugs were put in and he abruptly replied I put in what Toyota sent me. Finally took my car to another mechanic who checked everything over and was told I needed Platinum plugs which I knew but they were not put in. Also the wiring Ace had done was all messed up as well as two hoses which were connected wrong. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't believe all those great reviews. I took a big loss but at least I feel confident in driving my car now that everything is fixed properly. Surprised Ace is in business. Smile in your face and rob you behind your back.

I called this place because it came up in a search for transmission repair in a search. It was also convenient because it's in my neighborhood. My 06 Murano's transmission went out in June of 2020. At that time, we called another shop to find out how much we were looking at price-wise. CVT are not cheap. Fast forward to the stimulus time and we could afford repairs.They had to order my transmission, and when they went to install, found some other repairs that would be coming soon, and would be quite pricey if the engine was back in the car. Not at any point did I feel like they were trying to push repairs. Every step was communicated and left for me to decide what I wanted to do.I really would recommend them to anyone looking for a local, honest, and ( let's be honest here) interractions free from man-splaining/patronizing. They stay busy, but are efficient.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I only came to this shop for a front end alignment because I had replaced radius arm bushings and shocks, I do all the work on my car, but doing an alignment isn't something you can do at home by yourself. I brought my the correct camber sleeve that would be needed for the alignment and droped my truck off on a Tuesday morning. I got a call later that day from the owner John he said I needed new tie rods because they had play in them I knew they were not bad I and had installed them myself 5 months earlier and had it aligned at another shop, I explained this to him and he called back a bit later and said the castle nuts were loose on them so they just needed to be tightened and there was a bolt missing on one side of the Sway bar. I called back on Wednesday afternoon to see if it was almost done and i was told it was on the lift and he would call be back shortly I never got a call back. I called again the next afternoon and was told it was finished but they had spent 4 hours trying to remove the old camber sleeves and 2 hours to tighten the castle nuts on the ball joints and tie rods and apparently they decided to tighten my wheel bearings as well even though they are suppose to only be about hand tight. I have done all these things myself and I don't know how it could have taken more than an hour to do in a shop when I did all that and more in my driveway in a weekend. The bill came to over 500 they took two hours of labor off "thankfully"of course I was extremely surprised as I just came in for an alignment and I had even brought my own parts. Now months later here I am cleaning up the mess of someone I payed to fix my vehicle, The bolt they replaced with in my sway bar was the wrong size and had about 8 washers on it to try and compensate it was causing my vehicle to pull and a metal vibration noise when I went over bumps. I would not recommend this shop I was out of a vehicle for 3 days overcharged and basically lied too

Best auto mechanic in town. His shop is always busy, I don't mind waiting, because John and his crew are the best. Brought in my Grand Marquis for them to check out an electrical issue and they did a fantastic job. John and the mechanic (didnt catch his name) went out of their way to fix the problem and other issues we had. Ended up getting tires as well. Thank you so much!

I had my Honda Odyssey Van brought for an oil leak and engine light sensor malfunctioning issue. They did an excellent job repairing it with a great low price. I would highly recommend him for all auto related repairs.

if you wanna overpay for work that takes weeks and sometimes months to complete, and isn't done right. Then Ace is the place! Owner John Everett has turned out to be a liar that makes mistakes and won't admit to them. He's ripped off meand my father whom went to him on my word only to be completely lied to and ripped off and overcharged!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

dishonest went in for a full inspection. they told me my battery was bad and needed replacement,little did they know I had warranty on it and went to double check at an auto parts. my battery is in perfect condition! they were just trying to sell me a battery...

Overpriced as compared to every other mechanic in the area and they tried to pull a fast one by charging more than promised. Dishonest. Would not recommend.

I will only bring my truck here, they are the very very very best!! I been coming here for awhile and they are truely honest and do the job right the first time, as a single female it can be intimidating to walk in repair shops because they take advantage, but not ace, they are top notch!!!

not a good shop i had a fuel pump installed and it went bad 13 months later. we looked up the part number and they used the cheapest crappiest fuel pump they could find. they will smile in your face and #@$& in the back side. find another shop.
