I called ahead to confirm that they actually had the tire size I needed in stock since it was an uncommon tire size. The gentleman I spoke with called me back within 5-10 minutes to confirm. When I arrived, they were friendly and had me in and out quickly. I bought 2 used tires that were in great condition and fairly priced. I definitely recommend A1 and will be back again in the future!

Got there as soon as they opened and got service immediately. The gentleman who helped me was professional and answered all my questions even though they didn t pertain to tires I ll be back when another tire is needed.

These guys made my slow tire leak worse. Like fill-it-up-every-other-day worse. Had to take it to a professional tire shop only to be told that because A1 had already done a faulty patch job I would need to purchase a brand new one (you can t patch a tire more than once apparently). Set me back $255 for my brand of tire. I ll never go back to A1 again.

Amazing and professional. The older guys were incredible helpful. They fix my tire quick, and great pricing. They were honest, helpful and I still amazed with the honesty and profesional service they offered. They really went above and beyond!

Awesome! Really helped me out of a jam this morning! Quick, reliable and didn t try to sell me anything I don t need. My tire patch is minimal and not definitely not lining anyones pockets but they never made me feel like it and I will definitely be back when I need new wheels and tires for my next rig soon!

I can t say enough good things about this tire place. I had a blowout on the way home from work, I live in North Tampa. My tow truck driver recommended these people as they were the closest place to where I had my blowout. I got there five minutes before they closed, and they were happy to take me. I knew I needed new tires but didn t think I needed them that quickly. The two gentlemen were there were pleasant and professional and as much as much as I didn t want to hold him up after hours he even offered to install the second tire for me, as I was going to buy it either way as the tires on my car are very hard to find. I very much appreciate these two gentlemen at this business being there for me in my time of need and I highly recommend them based on tires available and customer service, and the price was the same that I would ve paid in any other place. I hope there s not too many errors in this as I am driving home on my long drive from Pinellas to North Tampa and I didn t want to forget to leave this recommendation and review as I really appreciate them staying a half hour after the store close to make sure I got home safely.

Great guys!!I left work to find a screw in my tire. They are open until 6pm! The other nearby shops close at 5.I had no idea of the cost to plug a tire, they could have soaked me, but didn t.They fixed it and I was on my in a few minutes.I m glad they are close to my workplace.Would definitely recommend.

I went here in hopes of getting a used tire, which they didn t have any in the size that I needed used, they only had a new tire in my size. It was close to closing time so my opinions were slim, so I went with the new tire. I paid $120 for the tire which isn t so bad. Yet after 6 weeks I drove down to Naples, a two hour trip down 75. During this trip somehow this new tire developed a lump in the tread. I wasn t given a receipt when purchasing this tire so there wasn t anything they were willing to do to rectify this faulty tire. I guess it s my fault for leaving without a receipt, but I would of been happy with even a used tire to replace the faulty one. Nice people but after $120 I d like to have a tire last more than a couple months

I took my Pt crusier in to get my alternator changed. Great customer service. All the guys were professional and knowledgeable.They even have an old dog to make you feel welcome. He greets you at the door and walks you out when you are finished. Will take my car here for everything. Thanks Mike.

These guys are great!! My alignment was out for what seemed like forever and they were able to fix it for me. They rotated my tires to help fix the problem and quoted me a great price on new and used tires for my car! Definitely going back again and again!!

Absolutely brilliant. Diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and had it fixed like new within an hour. This was after other shops tried to have the car left overnight for diagnostics and salivated over likely costs. A1 are completely experienced trustworthy professionals who run an honest shop.

Told us a price on the phone then charged more when we got there. Charging almost new tire prices on some of their used tires. Will not be going back and would recommend you find somewhere else to go as well.

Horrible customer service. They acted like I was bothering them with my business. Had a front tire replaced with a used tire, after one week the tire started to separate. I go in there to swap the tire. guy gives me a hard time about the warranty expiring. Which I thought a warranty on a used tire anywhere is 30 days (standard). Anyway he goes to put on another tire. Soon as I left the place I felt something was wrong. Car is bouncing again like it s another faulty tire. I get out to look at it and its rubbing the wheel well and is way bigger than the other ones. So I took my car to 49th street tire and repair right down the road. The whole crew started to laugh because the guy put a trailer tire on my car. Moral of the story I ll never go again.!!. These guys shouldn t be in business.. go to 49th street tire repair they ll treat you right.

Do not get your alignment done here. Had to go there twice in order for them to do it correctly. They are lazy because they just adjust one wheel. Mechanics can slide by this way most of the time but not all the time. After 1500 miles the alignment went out again. Should have paid the professionals to do it.

Completely overpriced. $30 for a patch for a nail in a tire. I have never paid more than $10 anywhere. They didn't even fix the tire to the correct air pressure afterwards. Will not be coming back.

They charged me $21.40 for Just checking my Head light is on or off.They are not good and honest people. I am/will trying to find a way to complain against them in Consumer affairs. Please be careful before you go there and they don't have any ethics. They are crook.

Super friendly and fast, went to a different shop and was told they couldn't patch a hole and had to buy new. Came here and had it fixed and back on in less than 20 mins!!

This is a great place on 49th Street. A quick patch was done on a tire that I had a nail in. The service from the beginning to the end was amazing. Pricing was spot on.

Worst Tire shop in the world I called and asked for price was told $40-$50 paid $61for a bad tire my car was parked all day yesterday i wake up to a flat tire then i go to the shop he tell me he can t replace my tire but he will give me a deal on new one don t recommend not a single person on the planet go to this shop its a better shop 1 min up the street 0/5 stars for A-1 tire shop
