Fast, affordable service with great customer care. Growing up in a small town my family always took our cars to the same shop because the work was reliable, and the business also cared about their customers. The owner would offer to drive my parents to work, or let them borrow a car while their cars were being worked on. When I moved to St. Petersburg, I was always reluctant to bring my vehicle in for work because I wasn t able to find a place like that, most just take advantage of a single female and try to tack on multiple different service fees. I randomly stumbled across 360 auto because it was near my office, and I couldn t be happier. I brought my car there at least three times now, and I have never once felt taken advantage of - they do the work that you ask them to do and don t try to persuade you that you need additional work done, like what most other places do. Every time I have been there they talk to me and educate me about what it is that I need done and also give advice for the future. Also, I ve even been offered a ride to work every time that I need to leave my car there! The last time I went to 360 I had purchased a tail light to try to replace myself, but was unable to, and called down there to see if they could do the replacement for me. It took about five minutes to replace it, and I fully expected to pay for the work however, they did not charge me given that it was just a small task. This reinforced my belief that they really care about their customers! I mentioned the place to a colleague of mine and learn that he also only brings his vehicle there and has so for years. His car is an old car, from the 90s at least and they still keep it running great! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area. I drive from St. Pete to Clearwater just to bring my car there!

Paul is an amazing individual as well as a very highly skilled mechanic. Always took my vehicles to him even if I just needed some advice or reassurance. My husband Juan and I love Paul and his help and services. HIGHLY recommend

Paul and his crew have saved my families stability with their affordable repair and amazing turn around time. I had no way to work and my brakes and engine went bad Paul had me fixed in two days. He and his crew have earned my business for life and I highly recommend them!!! They seem more like a old time local trustworthy group than your modern out for the money gimmick guys. We were looking for a honest and cost efficient mechanic. We have been to several and none have met our expectations. A lady told me about 360 said she goes there for her car repairs, so we thought we would give them a try in hopes to find a mechanic we can come to for all our repair work.The men at 360 were very nice and honest about what we had goin on with our car. The quote they gave was very reasonable. We look forward to having the repairs done here and will definitely be back to give another good review on the work after it s done. Thank you.

New to the area. In needed of a auto body/mechanic to fix a fender on a Honda. Not only it was budget friendly but the outcome look like nothing had happen. I needed a second opinion after purchasing a car from a dealership. Paul made time to check my engine and make sure there was no problems. I have to say his services are exceptional. This place is awesome! We had a radiator leak and our truck was running hot. We had a heater core, hoses, and clamps replaced. Ready the same day. Awesome job guys! We will be back! The air conditioner in my 2013 Cadillac ATS wasn t working correctly. I called the GMC dealer I used for previous repairs. They told me it was most likely the actuator and it would be $1,500 for the part alone.I brought it to Paul at 360 Auto. He hooked my car up to the computer, he reset some settings and it works perfect now! Paul saved me thousands of dollars $$Service: Air conditioning
