I went to the auto care center in the chipley Florida Walmart I got the premium oil change and had a tire put on a rim they charged me for a rotation $16 when I didn't even have the car with me I had them change out my windshield wipers which I also purchased all three and when I got out my windshield washer fluid was empty My PSI on my tires of the car I got the oil change was 15 it should be 44 they told me they checked them very bad service

Friendly staff. You can expect a wait time in getting in and out. I came one day and I had gotten a work order setup but they had to cancel my work order due to the Staffing of employees. I had to come back another day to get my tires rotated and balanced. I do live in town so it wasn't a big deal. You can't beat Walmart Auto Care(TLE old-school name) prices on services as batteries and warranty go or their tire warranty and lifetime rotate and balance.... I'm considering getting my oil changed here if it saves me money. I get my tires done only at Walmart. I have respect for the workers. I use to be a TLE tech myself. I do miss doing that type of work.

The tires are good quality and price. The service is not as good and the mechanics can never get my tire off my car. It's always one tire and they tell me it's cross threaded, but I can remove the tire with no issues. After car was done I put the new tire on the car in the parking lot by hand .

Staff was extremely friendly, but it took an hour to put one tire on our truck, and no one ahead of us, they pulled our vehicle straight into the garage. Seems a bit too long to wait for just that. The guy that helped us though, I think Austin was his name- very sweet.

The staff at this Walmart TLE is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They do quality work in an acceptable matter if time. I needed a tire out on a run and it took about 20 minutes as I was the 2nd in line. They texted me twice during this time to let me know how things were progressing. I love this Walmart TLE!!

Came for an oil change. Had one car in front of me doing oil. Said it takes them about an hour and a half. What!!! Lol they need to pay by the job not the hour to get them moving along.

They changed my oil and rotated my tires,they were friendly and did a great Job. JEFF takes up time to listen to your needs and helps you find your solution.

All I can say about this experience is it sucked! Never bring tires that didn't come from a Walmart to this garage! I needed 2 tires (I purchased online) mounted and balanced.. my husband was told to remove the tires and put back on after being mounted or pay extra 25.00...So..in the interest of saving a buck he did so , then waited and waited...and waited till they called him up...a little bit later they called h back in and refused to mount these tires because they were too old and not up to their standard...at that point ; at 730 on a Saturday night.. he was stuck putting these tires back on my mustang and coming back home.....no one , never , never-ever , wants to be told they aren't good enough or their property isn't worthy of this high and mighty Walmart's standards! Lmao... PLEASE!

Had an oil change and my tires rotatedand balanced. The service was 5 star. If I could give a 10 I would. They were fast friendly. They reset my oil life monitor and vacuumed my car. I will always go back when I need service.

Worst experience ever never had problem starting my car but your technician said they had to jump my car off which is a lie I never had that problem and still don't I know cars and they tried to scam me out of money I'm never taking my car back to them ever

One of the employees decided to play race day on my car, unknown to him I was watching manager said he would handle it later. Another words he didn't give a s**t. The one that did the tire work was fast friendly and it earned him a tip

I've been getting my tires at this location for 15 years and except for some long wait times I have been quite satisfied. Warranty issues have always been handled well and you can't beat the tire or the service prices.

Personally my opinion is they are under staffed, two people to do the work of twenty.i was there at 7am first in line for oil change and tire rotation it took them over 2 hrs.they probally lost more money than they made because people honestly left after being told it would be 3 to 4 hrs. Before they could help them,something needs to be done ,because one person at counter and two working in the actual shop .all i can say is they need some new management and revamp things.im not one to be ugly about nor to anyone but its unfair to the customer to have to wait this long,for the amount of money you pay or are charged i think they could hire more workers.

Wasted my time! Had to take my vehicle to a local repair shop a few days later to be informed that what was supposed to be fixed on my car,was not...had to pay them to fix the mistakes! Will never use nor recommend Walmart Tire n Lube.

Had a tire blow on my way from Florida to Georgia. My dad was going to pay for two new tires. The service center employee named Terry became angry because they had started working on just 1 tire. He became very agitated when I told him my dad was going to do the Walmart to Walmart payment. Because of his attitude is decided to pay cash for the single tire. So instead of the company making more of profit from my mishap because of this employees attitude they will Miss out!

Arrived at the store around 4:45pm abd the store closes at 6 on Sundays. All they were asked to do is check the tire on my car. They refused to do the job!! Said they had too many cars in front of me! And there was only one car there!! This is just a case of PURE LAZINESS!

Stopped in to see if someone could check the pressure in my tires and was told it would be a few mins . Well after 2 hours I asked the cashier if my car was ready yet and was rudely told that they hadn't got to my car yet... So anyways I just left to try somewhere else.

The clerks behind the counter are borderline rude and not very knowledgeable and didn't mind just sitting my keys on the counter and waiting for me to come ask about my car instead of paging me like they said they would. "We haven't got around to it" is what I was told when I questioned them. It took an hour for them to plug my tire!!

Was able to get in and out from having 4 tires replaced fairly quick with no issues. Even with a steady flow of customers coming.

These guys not only changed my oil but saved my life. I asked them to check the rotation on my tires. Before charging me anything that was when they told me that the front wheel hub assembly went out. Thanks guys I owe yall

got a used truck and needed a lot of tlc on the headlights. the buffer did a fantastic job at sanding and polishing them and they're visible again! whoop! thanks a zill!

Couldn't get anyone to help me went inside they sent me back outside .. outside everyone appeared lost in their own world ended up leaving and getting no service.

Not a great visit but that's ok considering it was in the aftermath of "Michael". It was quite clear employees truly cared. The 5 stars are for them.
