Parts are as good as competition. We went to get the rotors turned and felt like the guy was making prices out of thin air. They tried to tell me it would take 6 hours to turn 2 rotors. I used to do that and it took 15 to 20 minutes. He priced high to try and sell new rotors.

I needed a starter for a 1967 VW. They will have it at 730 tomorrow AM. Not too bad for asking for a 50+ yo part. Staff was also very friendly!

I stopped in yesterday and needed some wiper blades and an air filter. I was greeted by Mason with a smile and kind words. He also installed the wipers and air filter in less than 5 minutes. You don't meet employees like that these days. Ya'll better do whatever it takes to hold on to him. Thanks, Kyle.

We were traveling from Louisiana to Florida and our truck alternator went out. We called the store and everyone was super nice an helpful! Gabe the manager was awesome! We had no way to get to the store because we were broke down. Gabe drove and brought us the part we needed and saved our day! Can t thank these guys enough for all there help!! Great store and people I highly recommend!!!

Gave and Devin were a blessing! Got in a fender bender and they helped me find what I needed and helped install the products. I live 200 miles away so this was a life saver!

If it isn't Auto Zone it's O'Reilly to professionally assist me and my husband with a headache we call a vehicle. They are professional and know about what's under the hood also and they will have quick service too for you vehicle needs along with questions.

Well if you have classic vehicle I have a 1982 ford stepside with 302 v8 they have to order most of the parts they had some items in stock but overall service you can't complain I'll recommend O'Reilly to anyone.

Making my way from Baton Rouge to Tampa my alternator gave out. I was fortunate enough that this store was open, and close enough to I-10 on my route that my truck made it to their parking lot. I had the honor of being served by Michael and Tony. They were able to locate an alternator for me, were helpful in lending tools, and locating things in the store. The hospitality they showed was above and beyond. Anyone can sell you a part, but these guys took care of me, and I am extremely thankful.

The taller long haired cheeseburger bodied fella during the day that drives the crown victoria is a complete idiot and super lazy. Not only was he very unpleasant to deal with I heard people in the parking lot wanting to put hands on him because he was ordering the wrong parts for them wasting their gas. Get rid of him already

Friendly and convenient more auto parts places need to keep the items in stock such as the items I bought O'Reilly's is the only auto parts store that carries it that's why I only been buying from them the last 10 years. Keep up the good work guys

Our water pump went out on I10 right at the exit and this store is a little more than a mile from the exit. Staff was very nice and they had everything we needed to get the pump changed and get back on the road.

I recently bought a van and had my battery die on me. I charged it and was going to take it to them to test my alternator....the day I called it was raining and I get that, but when I asked the guy on the phone literally laughed at me and said "nope! I'm not spending the rest of the day being wet". Apparently he never heard of an umbrella, I mean the testing takes probably all of a few minutes?? I didnt appreciate being laughed at like that....I was ready to spend money getting the parts and a new battery that day, but I took my buisness somewhere else who actually cares and I feel like deserve my $300+

I called for a rear wiper and they had it in stock. When I got there it was like they knew I was the one who called before I opened my mouth. They were professional and friendly and offered to put the wiper on for me. I let them. They took time to show me how it attaches, too.

O'Reilly's has stood up to a five star once again. My battery seemed to be dead. I dropped in they tested it, bought a new battery at a GREAT deal and they replaced it within 30 mins!!!
