I really dislike how people Jack up prices to suit them. How he gonna quote me 189.50 after I had told him which car and when he got it. When I ask when I can pick it up the price goes up to 269.50 cash. The thieving is real. Then you don't have cash for change. Make this make sense. I pray, I never have to deal with this man again

After my car accident Brock Auto Towing came and picked up my car he then helped me with pictures took the tag off so my friend could turn it in so I would not get a suspension on my driver's license he also let my friend Stephanie in 3 times to retrieve my personal property that I had to leave in vehicle. This man named David went above and beyond helping me as I am still in Washington Rehabilitation Center in Chipley and I so very much appreciate his kindness to me and my friend Stephanie Cooper Stanford Linhares. Thank you Jesus for caring people like these people who own this business I would most highly recommend them for your automotive needs.. 5 star place

Was charged $200 for a tow .4 miles down the road. Workers also have a very poor attitude and had been lied to about the price in the beginning. Called the next day and got a quote for under $100 to tow it 10 minutes. Wouldn t let me even try and get my car home on my own.

Recently my car broke down and I needed it towed. The driver was friendly but he had no idea what he was doing. When he picked my car up, he caused damage. When he dropped my car off at the shop I requested, he caused even more damage to my car. I struggle to keep my car going as I am on disability with a fixed income. Now it's looking like I will be without a way of going for longer than expected because of the damages. I can barely afford to fix the main reason my car broke down. Not yet knowing the extent of the damage has me worried that it may be too costly to fix. Even though my car isn't a new, high end, inexpensive car, it's still my only means of transportation. This all being said, I strongly do NOT recommend their tow service unless you have plenty of money to throw away on unnecessary damages.

TowingHad our brake line go out in town shopping. They were quick, Very professional, and the driver very courteous. Got us and the car home.I would recommend them anytime .

I own a consulting firm- HSA Consulting Group. They fix all our corporate vehicles located in Chipley. What I like about Brock Auto, is that they call it like they see it. If your insurance company is giving you a low ball estimate, they will help. They'll fix you up and get you back on the road, and that's what I need.

Not too friendly..I came to your shop about my truck a few months ago..asked if you could look at it ..you never stopped to consult with me you just stated yal were already full..and continued your task.Then i called you a few weeks ago asked about a battery being changed..you stated we dont deal with those and hung up..I run into you in public alot!!.and you dont speak when I smile and speak..so I just figured your not a people's person..that's my opinion. I'm sure you maybe an awesome guy I just seem to catch u maybe when your frustrated. I too have those days..but myself as a business owner I make sure I try to be friendly because that may be a customer in the future or if I cant help my or customer I'll do my best to steer them in the right direction of others who may help..but like I said,that was MY FEW EXPERIENCES I ENCOUNTERED WITH YOU..

I was there to pickup my husband Michael after his unfortunate car accident. I'm glad that he wasn't hurt. The car is totaled but we will move on and regroup.
