These guys are super nice and very honest!We had a issue with our car 2009 Pontiac G6 sounding loud it was a small part missing . They could have lied and said it was the engine or transmission because the car wouldn't go faster than 30 miles an hour.. it was a small part in the muffler that some crack heads tried to get our Cadillac converter I guess but failed. Thank God these guys were honest and helpful. Went to the store themselves to get the part needed. Good, Honest, trustworthy people. Thanks guys for everything!!

Our F250 was jumping gears and the AC wasn't working. We thought for sure this would cost a fortune and definitely wasn't safe to tow our RV. Kings Auto sent us to Cole at TriCounty Transmission and we were so, so happy and relieved that he diagnosed and fixed the issues fast, affordably and professionally. I'm certain that would have gone differently at a Ford dealership. We've decided to hire TriCounty to do a full tune up. Thank you so much for your straightforward and honest approach.

Very good service! Was traveling through the area and had transmission problems...they diagnosed the problem. Explained the issues and repaired my transmission at a very reasonable cost. Unlike other shops that automatically tell you that you need a total rebuild. 200 miles on repair so far mostly pulling my boat and no issues. Good as new!! Thank you Cole!

We moved here just 3 years ago and after having been ripped off so many times by Ford Dealership repair centers in Western North Carolina we were VERY scared to call anyone near Old Town.Both our Ford trucks have some issues (thanks to Ford manufacturing taking the low road) so the only thing we could do once we moved here was to pray and ask for His guidance on where to go.We went to Tri-County and was amazed at the kind, professional and most importantly the honesty of Cole and his team.Months later we took our other Ford to them and had the same experience. We've now been to them at least 5 times within 3 years for assorted issues with both vehicles and always found Cole and his team to be the most honest and thorough repair center that we've ever worked with.You can rely on Tri-County to be honest, respectful and experienced. These guys know what they are doing. Took my new 2022 ford to Park ford in Gainesville, they said nothing was wrong with it. Took it to tri County since it was getting worse, the diagnosed it within 30 min, they don't do warranty work but pointed out what was wrong. Took it to Tampa ford dealer who said the diagnosis was spot on. I will definitely go back to tricounty with my other vehicles.

Sent my brother here due to not having the time to do it for him and in the last year he s had nothing but trouble between leaks and the whole adapter between the transfer case and transmission coming apart while doing 60mph down the hwy! I spoke with the manager and he refused to pay for the parts to repair it and blamed it on drive shaft vibration even though there was non at all and it had new U joints installed right after we got the truck back. I have multiple friends in the tri county area that have had multiple issues with this shop.. stay clear

I Am Naturally distrustful of all auto mechanics, but the guys at Tri-County transmission came highly recommended, and seem to be on the up-and-up. I had to have the transmission in my 2005 Ford Explorer XLT replace. It cost about as much as I expected it to, and the guys were really good about letting me come in and get a follow-up check-up before driving it home to Georgia. I now hope to get another 120-150k miles out of my vehicle.
