Darry is who we go see. He s nice, dependable and has been there many years. I m not saying the other people that work there don t help but my husband and I have been going there for many years for not only parts for our vehicles but also other people s as well. We have also dealt with Tom, Pat and a couple others and they are great as well. They have what we need more often than not and if they don t they have it they get it as fast as they can or direct us to the best place to get it. The items we get are great quality and if for any reason we get a non-working part for whatever reason, they fix our issue right away.

Just drove almost an hour to this location in Chiefland because they told us they had a certain item in stock, not only 1, but they said they had 4! We made sure to double check that it was the exact item and they said yes we have it. Well, we just got here and they do NOT have it!! Not only did they waste my time, but my gas money too. I don't know who manages this store, but this is UNACCEPTABLE, and I will Not be coming back if I can't depend on what is told to me. I mean at the very least they should have offered to ship my item free to my house or give me store credit or something for them telling me incorrect information and wasting time and money I didn't have to waste. I only wish I could leave zero or neg stars, Napa needs to do better!

This NAPA works hard to get you the best deal on the parts you need. They have parts you would think no one would have. Remember they don't just sell car parts. Give them a call or stop by, they have some really great people working there.

I have a very great experience here , every time I come and need something they are very helpful and friendly! Most especially my boat or the engine for my boat , I m very grateful and thankful Dennis did a very good job , the motor has no power before I bring it to Dennis but he made it and now it runs great and have that power that I want to be ! Thank you Dennis you did a very good Job , and thank you Napa !

We live 45mins from this store my husband called to see if they had a certain pipe he was told yes we get there they don't have it. Tom the owner was very rude said they don't cut the pipe but he did have 3 pieces that we could put together that was not a option. If they dont cut the pipe how is it they had 3 pieces that totaled what we needed.We will not be going back to any NAPA that Tom ownes. Very poor customer service.This was the Napa in Chiefland

Had a broken tail pipe on arriving in FL from the terrible roads coming down from New England. Kevin at NAPA Cheifland went out his way to find me a muffler for my Toyota Tundra and finding me away to install it. Thank you again Kevin.

The customer service is AMAZING here. We came in for a part that we were having a hard time finding (brake master cylinder for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Lorado 6 cyl 4.0). They went out of their way to find the right part by researching online and in the store. All of the people that were working today were so nice and helpful. I recommend this store for sure! The prices were a little higher than some other auto parts stores, but Napa stores in general can be pricier. The price was definitely worth it because of the service. I think this location is a multi-generational family owned business. Extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service!

One of the best machine shops in the whole state. A1A customer service. Prompt and affordable. Talk to Dennis for you machining needs.

Not recommend...owner argues with what ever your looking for. Poor customer service . It's unfortunate as we have spent a lot on money there....never again.

Good selection of parts, very caring people. If they don't have it, they can get it. Would be five stars but the interior of the store is not the cleanest :/ but hey it's a car shop. Thief prices for repair work are slightly high though. For the parts themselves they are good on prices though, if you do your own work they can't be beat.

We were on our way to Cedar Key to fish when our vintage Jeep had an issue with the crank sensor .. We were able to get the part from our town but in the process of changing it my husband dropped a bolt and we could not locate it . There was a very nice lady associate who went above and beyond trying to find the correct length to fit our Jeep ... She even called a local machine shop to see if they could cut one down. Kudos for excellent customer service.

If you come here, you'll get the best prices in the tri county area and further. They are very great. All the ones Tom owns. Know they are so very reasonably priced it's not even funny, just amazing.

I've dealt with NAPA Auto parts people in there are very informed very helpful and I even got a air filter no an oil filter for my lawn service tractor by then cross referencing numbers had a good price so give them a try they're good people

You can get parts here for older model automobiles and trucks that no one else has in stock. Would of been a five stars but wasn't told about a core charge so we had to make two trips from Newberry to Chiefland

5 people behind counter and one working and finally after long wait one of them picked person that just walked in and we had been waiting 10 minutesand waited on two more that just walked in before she asked to wait on us hopefully there is another Napa Auto Parts store closel can go to

Very helpful employees. My upper radiator hose broke. I was traveling and desperately needed another one. I had called Advanced & Auto Zone, neither had the hose I needed. Napa didn't have it either, but the guy that was helping me said he might have a hose that would work as a substitute. Sure enough, it fit! I don't know what I would've done without his help! Thank you Napa!
