My new to me 1990 something Kubota L2500D needs a lot of restoration. Right now it needs a new clutch to get working again. Tom has been a Wizard helping me source parts for this old Craig's list beauty. Some parts you just want to see in person...to match it up with a part in hand...i just cant do that on line...I find comfort knowing I can rely on Tom and the rest of the team there to help me get my little stinky tractor back to work. Thanks Tom! I look forward to a long and happy relationship with both my little pepe-le-pew and the folks keeping him alive at Crystal Tractor!

Tom in the parts department was/is very helpful. Took the time to help me figure out what parts I needed for servicing a Mahindra 3215. Very pleasant person to talk with, I would recommend Crystal Tractor and Tom in parts to a friend. Thanks Tom!

Great customer service. I bought a CFMOTO from a dealer in Gainesville, and they were not able to do a software update. Crystal Tractor to the rescue. Made an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived, they got me in very quickly.

I work for Crystal Tractor of Madison FL; however, I want to take this opportunity to write a review on Courtney Settle and Daniel Teckenbrock of our Chiefland location. I believe in providing the highest level of professionalism and selflessness whether you're providing a service to customers or providing service or a helping hand to other co-workers under the same company. When you experience this, it makes all the difference and it helps serve our customer's overall, much more efficiently and effectively. We strive to exceed expectations here at Crystal Tractor, and that's exactly what Courtney Settle and Daniel Teckenbrock has done! They assisted me without fail when I asked them to help me with serving a customer that's from Chiefland but had invested in a tractor from our Madison location instead. The tractor had been delivered to the customers place of residence in Chiefland from our Madison location and needed an extra part after the sale had been completed and delivered. I called Chiefland Crystal Tractor and within that week they had a service technician sent out by Courtney to service and install an instructor seat for our customer! This is a great example of a business of co-workers and different departments from different locations working together to achieve a higher purpose, to obtain a goal, and to serve our overall customer base to the best of our ability with complete selflessness. When we work as one, this business flourishes and I can't thank you both enough, so here is a review! Thank you!

I would like to say thank you to Tom at Chiefland store we had an issue with some equipment that a family member purchased so I contacted Tom and the issue was resolved and was done quickly I greatly appreciate this store and Tom for handling this problem I recommend anyone to purchase from crystal tractor in Chiefland flThanks

Just Wow! First time buyer and I was so nervous at first! But the sales team was amazzzinngg! They made me feel so comfortable and the process was easy and painless! I highly recommend them for any outdoor equipment. It truly blew my mind how much stuff this store has to offer, I had no idea! Come check them out!

My husband and I came in to the Chiefland location to look at a zero turn mower. Matt was very helpful and polite with no pressure. Our new mower will be delivered on Tuesday. Thanks Matt! Update love our mower and the fact that crystal tractor keeping there promise.

I just bought a SXS from them and couldn t be happier with it. The whole experience was great the sales team and delivery experience was top notch. They drove 5 hours to deliver it at no extra cost and made sure everything was how I liked it. I ll definitely be recommending anyone who s interested to check these guys out.

These guys are so great. Best customer service of all time. They took great care of me, they were priced very fair, and worked quickly so I wasn't without a tractor when I needed it. I was so impressed. I hope they are around for a long long time.

I highly recommend this awesome dealership ! My husband and I got there 10 mins before closing to a very pleasant Daniel who went out of his way to get us our Vehicle. We were out of there in 45 minutes! We were in a rush, he wasn't! Such a pleasant person. I absolutely love my CF-Moto 500s! Thanks so much!

Sales is excellent, service is slow, warranty is non existent!!!! My tractor broke thru the bell housing, a non moving part and they don't cover it under warranty!!!????
