The hospitality here is immaculate. The manger Mrs. Jennifer was pleasant to us, as well as Mrs. Jessica, and Mr. Chris. They were both very generous and offered us amazing service. The technician Mr. Billy was also very professional and did an outstanding job. Overall an amazing experience.

Talked to Jake the service manager yesterday. Said he would give my VIN to parts dept to check on availability and call me right back. Never heard back from him at all. Called today, jake was not there so I had to talk with another. Gave him my VIN 3 times and he still couldn't get it right. He was a total idiot and wound up hanging up on me. Called back and got another moron who wanted to give me attitude. Wound up telling them to stuff it. Absolutely no customer service at all. Total waste of time trying to deal with the handicap.

Our Rangers electronics on the dash went nuts. We pulled off the road and turned it off. Wouldn t crank back up. Took a second tow company and three hours just to get started to Chiefland Ford. Once we arrived they were professional and showed honest concern for us which made me feel better and confident they could fix our truck. Electronics can be tricky and Chiefland called for corporate assistance to help locate the problem quickly. They were understanding of my concerns and needing our truck back as quickly as possible. Every time I called they were professional and gave me honest answers even when the answer was we don t know where the short is and we re getting help from Ford support to find it. They never made me feel I was calling too often or being a pain which I appreciate. I recommend their service and repair team and all the staff who made us feel understood and valued as we tried to also be patient and understanding as they searched for a short which required the dashboard to be removed to reach it. Couldn t tell the dash had been pulled out and put back when we got it and we were excited and thankful to get the call just before closing on Friday afternoon and them saying it s ready! They are very creative inventing fees in addition to their advertised prices. Be prepared to pay several thousand more than you expect. Do not trust their advertised prices.

Went last week for an oil change and to diagnose a possible transmission problem due to some noises and vibrations. Waited three hours in their filthy lounge with my infant to be told they drove it and didn t feel or hear anything. They just suggested a transmission service due to being close to 100k miles.Made an appt for the transmission service with Ford in Ocala instead, and come to find out, the issue is stemming from the recall on the drive shaft coupling which I was unaware of. It is so bad that the Ocala location will not let me leave and they are working on getting me a loaner until the part comes in.How did Chiefland not realize this was the issue?? I highly doubt I could have gotten a loaner from them also. The grossness of the facility is unlike anything I ve ever seen - the Fords I ve always been to are nice inside and out. Needless to say, they did not earn my future business. I ll drive twice as far to Ocala.

I was down visiting family and had a car issue. I called them to see if they could take a look at my car. I will mention my car is a Honda but I do see other car types in their parking lot. I spoke with a very rude man that told me my car was to new to look for them to fix and dont I realize they are a Ford dealership not honda. Wow. Well that was a big mistake since they work on commission. My son was with me and he was looking to buy a new Ford truck. We went to another Ford dealership was treated wonderful and my son bought himself a brand new truck..I would highly recommended if your not a people person maybe you should work with different type of career. I wonder how many sales this man has lost the company..

The oil change was done on time. I inquired about tire rotation and was told that it wasn t needed until the 20k oil change. I checked with Ford and it should have been done at 10k. Do not using them again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had my regular oil change and tire rotation. After a few day I was in Gainesville and an employee of the place I was doing business, brought it to my attention that I had loose lugs. Two lugs on the passenger side rear were just before coming off. I tightened them as much as I could and the use my tire tool and finished them. I then checked the passenger front and all lugs weren t tightened. I tightened them and then tightened the driver side rear . Each nut was at least a 3/4 turn on my tool. The driver side front was ok.

My van was brought in to have an alignment and check the motor mounts on the 4th of August I thought they were broke. After they look at it they tell me my struts are broke. Okay so I tell them to go ahead and replace them, before I left I made sure to clarify that they would also be doing the alignment because I knew the van needed that. The man informed me they would do it. When I got my van back the steering wheel has to be turned to the side to go straight the alignment was NOT done, nor was it on the paperwork. I called twice about it needed this to be fixed due to me thinking it was going to be done I had new tires with warranties put on my vehicle. They were suppose to call me back by Thursday 10th or Friday 11th, I waited it's the 14th and I still haven't heard from them. So my new tires does get anymore damage and im not driving my 3 and 5 year olds around in a vehicle that badly needs an alignment I have an appointment with another repair shop tomorrow.

Excellent service from the moment I walked in for my appointment. On time and very professional . The service manager is efficient and professional. He was attentive and helped me with a cat stuck in my car as well. I hope he will stay there as he is the best I seen since I bought my other escape in 2017 . The work was done promptly . I spent over nine hours having the 150k mile fluids change, belts changed, and the diagnosis and repair of a "check engine" light problem. Although I checked the day before and they said they the necessary belts and parts I had to wait for the delivery of the transmission filter from Ocala and they ended up not having the second belt.While I gave them the correct code, which was later confirmed by O'Riely Autoparts and a different mechanic, they came up with a different code and performed an induction service that did not help, to the tune of $290. The following day I noticed oil on my drive which turned out to be transmission fluid from a leaking seal which was caused by them changing the transmission fluid, for the fee of $627. . I took my Ford F250 in for a warranty repair and they completed the job in about an hour. The only issue I have is that they only do warranty repairs on Friday. This is inconvenient and would result in them keeping the vehicle over the weekend if parts or other issues came up.
