Working with this team on our commercial fleet has been a pleasure. No one likes auto repairs, but we like when the people working on our vehicles are honest and professional. I've also taken my family vehicles here and they have never let me down. They don't do unnecessary work. They don't rip you off. They don't do what they don't do, either. Call them, try them out, you will not regret it.

Had them evacuate my car's AC system so I could do an at home repair and they from when I parked to when I left I was there for less than half an hour.Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful. The mechanics even listened to a few questions for my repair and provided some feedback.They were extremely honest with me, and I'd definitely suggest them to anyone in the area looking to have work done.

Not sure how it's taken so long to review these guys. We've taken 3 different vehicles here for service on a myriad of issues for about 6 years now. They have done right by us and our vehicles every time. No up charging, no gotcha fees, or guilt tripping into more work, or selling stuff that isn't needed or relevant. Just good ol fashion blue collar honest to God hard working people trying to put food on their table and make a living. No frills just some friendly cats in the lobby.Keep up the amazing work and great service!

I'm so glad I found this business. When my AC stopped blowing cold in my older model Kia Forte, they were able to immediately identify the problem, find me a used part (since they don't make them anymore), and get it installed quickly. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. They have comfortable seating for those who need to wait and some shop cats to keep you company.

I d like to preface by saying I have always loathed going to the mechanic. As a young woman I m truthfully taken for a ride every time I go and am typically spoken to like a child. Due to this (and my own procrastination), my car was SEVERELY overdue on maintenance. I went to casselberry auto service with a car that hadn t had an oil change in way way way too long. They didn t make me feel like an idiot for procrastinating on something so serious, they just explained to me the importance of car maintenance and didn t charge me for anything extra, nor tried to. I will be taking my car here from now on.These are genuinely good folks.

I have 2 grandsons with older vehicles that seem to need repair frequently. Regardless of the problem, minor or complicated, Casselberry Auto has always provided prompt professional repairs at a fair price. Work completed for my families automobile s includes, replacing brakes, a differential, replacing engine components such as O2 sensors and motor mounts, replacing a starter and repairing an A/C system just to name a few items. They always respond promptly to our needs explaining the problem and the repair options completing the work authorized at a fair price. If we could give 0/5 stars we would. Came here on a recommendation/referral ended up leaving very disappointed. Customer service 0/10, overall mechanical knowledge 3/10. Ended up leaving keys with them to perform a heater core service on a ram 2500 1/02/23, shop ended up locking keys in vehicle with windows rolled up and truck running. Shop refused to call a locksmith and told me to deal with it. Called back 45 min later(after being told we'd receive a call back momentarily) to see what the resolution was and they told me they had it handled after we already re-arranged schedule with kids to attempt to meet locksmith on site. Ended up refusing service when I showed up because of my "attitude" after being told to deal with the problems myself. Keep in mind I was about to spend $2500.00 on service can't imagine how they'd treat a smaller ticket client if this was the service we received. Owner ended up threatening to call police after denying service without allowing less than 2 minutes to get in vehicle and leave. Extremely disappointed, posting this on other socials aswell.

I have had work done here four times now and every time I have had Class A service. Excellent work, friendly people, reasonable prices and always honest! Kim at the front desk and Walt the head mechanic are great and always a pleasure to deal with. And they are animal lovers! I trust them 100% and will return when I need any more repairs! I brought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Van here on a Friday with the AC blowing warm. They very quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking AC evaporator. This was a big job that required the entire dashboard to be removed to replace. They quoted me a very reasonable price to the work required. Even with a shipping delay on the part, I was able to get my vehicle back the following Tuesday morning. They had no issues working with the newer R1234YF refrigerant unlike some other shops I called. Customer service was top notch and I was notified every step of the way.Casselberry Auto Service saved me $1000's over the dealer, got the job done faster, with better service, and even provided a better warranty. I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and professional people that put people first, not dollar signs. Kim and Jim were nice enough to work me into their schedule in the morning when everywhere else said it'd be a week long wait at a minimum. 1 hour later my AC Works again and I'm no longer sweltering in the heat. Can't recommend them enough and will certainly be back!Service: Air conditioning

Good and fast service. Jim was the tech that worked on my vehicle and he was honest and went to great lengths to get a drier put in my vehicle instead of tearing more pieces out causing more labor and cost to me. Waiting area was comfortable and reception was warm and welcoming, good family vibe here. This is my new place to take my vehicles for repairs.

Great honest service on my daughter's older car. Didn't pull any punches. Gave me an honest assessment of the main issue, and possible other issues which we are waiting to see if they manifest. Offered an honest estimate for the potential repairs, and some alternatives. Will go back.

Came in about a week ago with hot air blowing out of my vents. I believe it was the owner who tested it and let me know my evaporator was leaking. Gave me a price and let me know they would take off the initial charge of the dye they had to use to test the A/C if I decided to go with them for the repair. A week later I was desperate. Brought my car in, picked it up later that afternoon and my A/C is so cold now I have to turn the temp up! Thank you guys so much! Definitely can't survive the Florida summer without my A/C working!! The woman in the office was great too!!! Definitely worth the price it was considering I didn't have to make an appt. to get it fixed and it was done CORRECTLY within hours of me dropping it off. Love them!

They are honest. Most auto repair shops told me I need a whole new AC. Went to them, it only needed a little coolant!!!!We've had many things repaired there & they are always the lowest price. You cannot make an appointment as it is first come first served!!! I highly recommend them.

So I traveled from Winter Park to see if I could get an estimate on my broken a/c. I saw good reviews about this place after all. When I went inside and told the receptionist that I was just trying to compare prices she asked if I had any coolant in my car. I told her I wasn't sure. She said I probably didn't and let me know that because of that an a/c check would be anywhere from 50 to 60 dollars. She said that it could be a number of things wrong with it, including the compressor.I let her know that yes I was told it was the compressor and asked her if she could give me an estimate. She then replied that it would be a few hundred bucks probably. To say I was disappointed with this discussion and the service is an understatement. I don't want to generalize but, maybe because I was a minority she didn't want my business. I know nowadays people are a lot more brazen then they used to be.The only thing that was Ice Cold was her attitude. So I left and will not be returning. Fair warning to others.

They blacklist checked my Dodge Dakota truck for A/C leak based on the information I provided. They did not see the leak but advised my least expensive options for adding refrigerant with dye for further detection and even offered a future free recheck if I bring it back after recharging and allowing time for leakage.No pressure, no expensive gimmicks or tricks to add on charges. He even explained the pros and cons of different types of additives such as dye, sealant etcI will definitely be going back.Honesty, respect and no gimmick pressure is a winner.We'll see what the future holds after recharge. Hoping for another positive visit.

Paid $750 last week to get my radiator fixed . I ve been there twice already because a hose from the radiator disconnected. Went there a third time because I noticed there was a leak and one of the mechanics got very rude with me and told me there s nothing he can do( even though I have a one year warranty). Here I am for the fourth try car is still over heating and the radiator is leaking coolant. Do not go here they are very unprofessional and don t know how to treat customers that just basically handed them $750 for nothing to get fixed!! I may have to file a law suit

My car ac has been dying off and on for years. Other mechanics told me that there was no problem & they couldn't fix it. Within a few hours they found and repaired my ac. The car hasn't been this nice to drive since I bought it. I am so glad I went to them. The pricing was fair too & I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman.

This place is great. They do a lot more than just AC. Very trustworthy (no swindling here). Priced very reasonable. The only issue is their hours of operation. Expect to have to leave your car there.

Took my car there with my own parts and they had no confidence in 2 little wires. Worst part is they charge me $192.00 and didnt do a thing but tske out compressor and put it right back in. Yeah they're honest but incompetent.Stay outta trouble and go somewhere else. Ended having a shadetree mechanic do the job in 1 and a half hours. By the way their labor rate is $96 / hour.

Fixed my air conditioner quickly and very reasonably priced! A year later and no issues at all. My air had been fixed elsewhere previously and that only lasted a few months so it was great to have it fixed here correctly. Thanks!
