Top notch mechanicsAccurately diagnosed the problem!Excellent customer serviceHonest, quality work at a fair price!We were towing our camper to St George Island when the check engine light came on.Found Merrell Automotive in Carrabelle,Check the reviews and stopped in and set up an appointment.They accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it with quality parts!We re very happy campers, definitely would use them again and highly recommend them!!!

They did a fantastic job coordinating with us to get a replacement rear end from PCB. The work was completed just in time to get back home for our Jeep to be in a local parade! Great work, fast, and super nice!!

Our brake line broke during our trip to the USA. We had excellent service from the two mechanics on site. They were very nice and professional! Thank you very much from the two French Canadians.

Most polite people. Efficient and knowable. We were on vacation at St. George's Island and in dire need of a brake job on our Honda Pilot. They got us in their shop and performed the work in a timely fashion. Truly wonderful people to work with. Their prices were very reasonable.

Tommy and his guys were fantastic. We were on vacation and had to replace all 4 tires on our camper. He was very helpful and more than fair on his prices.

We blew a tire on our Fifth wheel on a recent trip to Carabelle. Merrell Automotive was recommended by the campground. They ordered a new rim and had tires in stock.Friendly, fast service that saved our vacation. I highly recommend them.Service: TiresService: Tires

Stuck with a coolant leak while on vacation more than 20 hours from home. Merrell Auto had our truck fixed in no time, even though it s not a repair they generally do. The nearest Ford Dealership (in Tallahassee where we noticed the issue) had told us it was a four to six week wait to have them even look at it. Brianna, Tommy and their staff couldn t have been more helpful and kind to us throughout the process.

Merrell Automotive was good for getting an emergency oil change. Brianna was very nice and told us we could get an oil change when we came right in. They got the job done quickly and well. However, they were expensive; we paid $60 compared to the $27 we pay in Gainesville.Also, the guy in Gainesville looks over our whole car.

You will not find a better person and mechanic than the owner Tommy Merrell. I am a retired Air Force mechanic and he runs a top notch shop. He will tell you what you need to fix and what you may want to fix and why. He is a man of the highest integrity, and you can trust him with your children. I have bought a boat and now a truck from him. My family of seven brings all of our vehicles to him, and we always will. His wife Bre always has a huge warm smile on her face and will make sure everything is squared away in the office. His staff is the best!

On a recent trip in our Motorhome we arrived at Merrell Automotive on Monday morning, without an appointment, because we had a coolant leak. The owner was kind enough, though extremely busy, to come out and attempt to diagnose the issue. He slid under the Motorhome and in just a few minutes found the leaking hose.He was then thoughtful and accommodating to pull one of his technicians from another job and have them repair the leak in the hose.The Motorhome ran flawlessly on our 1,200 mile journey home.We are humbled and grateful for people like these who extend such kindness and professionalism to total strangers.Kudos and thank you. I hope we meet again.

The owner went above and beyond doing the emergency repair of our Air condition so we could get back home. Great job. The mechanics and staff where very friendly. I woul highly recommend this great local shop.

I'm from New England traveling with an RV and needed an oil change. Pulled in and was immediately asked if I needed an oil change. Within 15 minutes oil was changed and I was on my way. The guys were very upbeat and professional
