Not on a tour. Rented bicycles and took our own tour. Staff was pleasant and helpful. She made renting and returning bicycles after hours easy. We will do this again for sure. Stopped Sunset Grill and Bowman's beach.

We rented a golf cart for five days. Upon returning it, they pinned minor sratches on us and charged us $100 for damage which was previously there on the plastic panel. Make sure to take a video of the entire golf cart before taking it(if you decide utilize them), so they can t pin previous scratches on you. We also were not able to pick it up on the original day, due to flight delays and they charged us for that missed day and a late pick up fee. The employee proceeded to badger me in questioning the legality of their process. I recommend you rent a car as it will cost the same.

I rented a golf cart there on 2 separate occasions during my recent week stay at South Seas Island Resort. First rental was smooth, friendly staff, efficient and no issues whatsoever. 2nd rental was not as pleasant. Did a walk around to check for damage initially. No damage noted. Upon returning the golf cart 24 hours later which I literally only drove from the rental spot to our room and parked it for the night due to the fact I was traveling with my elderly aunt who decided she did not feel like going out. So now I have spent $143 for a golf cart I didn't drive which is no fault of Sunny Island (although I do find that price extreme) but on return the next day they found 2 almost undetectable scratches on the plastic bumper that they said was not there before. I assured them I did not damage the golf cart, did not drive except there to my room and back , did not hit anything and where it was parked there was no way someone could have hit it. Needless to day, they charged me $65 for the scratch that was already there when I rented it. Long story long, I would recommend taking pictures or doing a video walk around when you rent a golf cart from them so you have evidence of damage. Frustrating experience for sure.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Sunny Island Adventures!! Located conveniently next to the shoppes just outside the entrance to South Seas Island Resort, with another location within the resort as well as one on Sunset beach. We did parasailing and it was a blast!! We also rented a golf cart for the week, which was super fun. Pete and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

EXCELLENT experience. My 2 daughters and I went parasailing with them and had so much fun! They handled everything very professionally and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The driver and the assistant were fun and friendly. Everything was super clean, organized and well-done. I loved that they took fun pictures on our phone, no ridiculous additional photo package charge. You don t get to stay up there too long but we still loved it.

We went parasailing through this company during our stay on Captiva Island and it was SUCH a wonderful and memorable experience!! It was my first time ever and I was nervous. The crew, two young gentlemen, helped us to feel safe and light hearted, making our adventure that much more amazing. They were professional and safety oriented, explaining to me very clearly and thoroughly what to expect and what to do. I felt supported and also entertained! They were hilarious and are very good at what they do!! I definitely recommend Sunny Island Adventures!

We rented a golf cart for 4 days while we were on the island. Great customer service at check in and check out! The golf cart was great to get around. I would definently recommend getting one while you are staying at South Seas. It makes the stay SO much better and easier to get around!

DO NOT RENT GOLF CART FROM HERE! My family and I visit Captiva every year and we normally use Sunny Island adventures for water sports. This time we decided to rent a golf cart to get around. We rented 2 and went over the policy and requirements. When you stay at South Seas across the street they have golf cart assigned parking, they have signs every where. While parked I guess someone hit the golf cart and made a scratch. The manager asked that we go look at it. We explain that we did not hit anything and parked at the assigned areas. To what he answered oh well you should not park there...really? Then where is it that we should park....worst part they charged us 350 dollars! For a scratch! Not to mention the cart was already beat up and had dents ....this place is a ripoff, and the manager was rude about it. Im sure that they collect extra money from people and don't fix the carts.

The boat rental experience was a bit disappointing. Our family rented a pontoon for the day.While the boat itself was nice, the staff was a combination of understaffed and underprepared for our arrival. We were missing a radio, life jackets, and the fire extinguisher was inoperable if we needed it.The check out process ran 30 minutes longer than it was supposed to, and while we were promised compensation for the delay and missing items, that did not happen.While the time on the water was still great, Jensens and Tween Waters will provide better service and quality next time.

My husband I went and stayed at South Seas the weekend of July 4th! We found Sunny Island Adventures and knew we just had to rent a golf cart from them. Among arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable guy named Mel. He gave us so many tips and tricks about the island and helped us with getting a golf cart. We enjoyed our interaction with him so much the next day we saw him at their Motorsport section inside the resort and knew we had to stop by and see what else Sunny Island Adventures has to offer. Mel got us on a jet ski and it was the time of our lives. He really made the whole trip and experience memorable for my husband and I. 10/10 would recommend !

I went para-sailing with sunny island adventures my wife and I loved it. The staff were professional, funny, and kind. But later that day I went to rent a jet ski from them on the beach. The guy in charge of the shop told me to come back at four they should be able to fit me in. So I waited until 3:40 and showed up. The same individual then looked at me and said in a condescending tone "rentals are done for the day".

Really disappointed. Rented a pontoon boat to have for our vacation. Don't own but have casual boating experience. Got a call to verify a couple days after reservation, and didn't get any indication of concern. Then stopped by day before picking up to complete paperwork, and it was determined I don't have sufficient "points". Therefore unwilling to rent. Funny since my neighbor was here 2 weeks ago and didn't have issues. He has less experience but maybe is a better liar. ;) Anyway, ruined the tail end of our trip since it's too late to arrange something else. Take note..

If you re coming to Captiva for a good experience, go here for a good time. Hands-down the best experience we ve ever had anywhere! We travel all over and this is personally the best; most attention to detail experience we ve had in 20+ years. This is how you run a business! They treat you like family and never hesitate to go the extra mile! Do not bother looking at YOLO. Those folks literally told us we don t have to rent from them when we inquired wave runners.. The staff at Sunny Island is excellent and will do anything to earn the business. Melvin is awesome and so is the girl.. wish I could remember her name. We got a golf cart, boat and parasailing adventure with them 2 months in a row. Cheers!

Highly recommend choosing Sunny Island Adventures for all your activities on Captiva!! We did parasailing with them last week and it was so much fun, and they helped create the fun! The boat was clean, they played fun music, and had great jokes! When it was time to go up, they were very descriptive with what we were supposed to do. They even drove us by where we had family on the beach waiting to watch us! We are all so satisfied with choosing them to help cross off parasailing on our bucket lists!! They helped to make the memory unforgettable!

This was such a wonderful find while we were on the island for vacation. They offer lots of things to do and all of the staff could not be more pleasant or accommodating. We were given so many great options of things to do and they were so quick to take care of us with all of our needs. The location itself is very easy to get to and depending on what activities are going to do, they have some fantastic scenery to look at while you are doing the activity. Absolutely loved my experience with this company and will certainly come back again when I am on the island.

I took my friend from NJ parasailing with Sunny Island Adventures and she loved it. She stayed here in FL for a whole month but parasailing with Sunny was the highlight of her trip she said. I was extremely satisfied and impress with the entire experience and the staff were amazing and funny. I would highly recommend it and I will be back for more fun. So happy I found a play to entertain my visitors!

We rented a 20 ft pontoon for 8 hours and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and personable. We appreciated the time they took going over the intercostal map with us. We headed out and anchored at a small sandbar and found amazing shells. We had the sandbar/island all to ourselves. It was wonderful. Our next stop was Cayo Costa where they told us an alligator hangs out on the beach. We found the alligator and about 30 manatees hanging out in a little cove. We witnessed the alligator attacking one of the manatees (yikes!). We planned on going to Cabbage Key for lunch but ran out of time. Such a great day. Wonderful memories.

Called and priced out Sunny Island Adventures at $570 + gas for a 25ft deck boat day rental. After renting the boat and returning it in good condition including gas my bill is now $789.76 on my bank statement!!!!! Sunny Island Adventures never helped out with this outrageous cost, not to mention out of the 8hrs we had at $789.76, 5 hours of the day was wet and cold when originally told the weather would be clear after 11am. This is not professional and wouldn't recommend renting here. Hopefully this helps!

DON'T USE them. They tried to scam us charging us for days we didn't use so we never even picked up the golf cart. They wanted to charge us for the day BEFORE we got the cart. The people working there were lazy and rude and the owner told the employees to charge us for the day before. Go to YOLO Watersports instead they were polite professional and helpful.

Me and my friend had the best experience parasailing today. Captain Jay and Crew Colin made our time an unforgettable moment. They were informative and made sure our safety was their #1 priority next to #2 giving us a fun time. They were kind enough to take pictures with our phones while we were up in the air. They even gave a little humor with some of our pictures. Prices were very reasonable and the most beautiful spot in Florida to parasail from. Choose Sunny Island Water Sports you will not be disappointed!

We rented a gold cart for two days. Staff was very professional and made for a very easy check-in and check-out process. Golf cart was in excellent condition. Driving around the island with our family was one of the highlights of our trip!

Melvin jordan , asst manager. made my vacation a success. We were able to get a golf cart rental for my ill family member. A true delight to do business with such a personable gentleman. The cart was great but Melvin was the best. Do business with Sunny isle.

Captiva is beautiful and it is so nice to get around by golf cart. The crew at Sunny Island is super nice and the toys are so much fun. I highly recommend the jet ski tour. Pretty awesome and can't wait to do it again!

We were staying at South Seas Resort so I rented a golf cart from Sunny Island Adventures even though we were the highest priced vendor. I rented from them because they were the official vendor for the resort. MISTAKE. The cart that they gave me should have been retired from service years ago. It was beat up looking, had no rearview mirror and the gas gauge was inoperable. When putting the cart in reverse the cart would lunge suddenly. I took the cart back to exchange it for another but they said they had no other carts available. They put on a makeshift rearview mirror for me. The carts I observed from other vendors were cleaner and newer. Next time I would use Yolo Carts.

Kaitlyn and the staff at Sunny Island Water Sports are just terrific. From the very first phone conversation all the way through the parasail trip, they excelled. We had a great experience, a flight to really remember. Kaitlyn took photos for us and emailed them right away. Everything was really awesome and we will definitely be back.

I don t normally write reviews, but I feel as though I should recognize great customer service when I see it. Our family spent the Xmas holidays in Captiva Fl and used Sunny Island Adventures for some of our recreational actives (Parasailing, paddleboarding and kayaks). We had a blast! The weather and water was amazing. The staff at Sunny Island Adventures was awesome. One of the employees named Sean took the time to explain everything, you can tell he s done this for years; he was extremely knowledge and patient. We have a special needs child named Kevin, and Sean really made him feel comfortable with trying something new and made sure we were all safe the entire time. I would highly recommend Sunny Island Adventures to all my friends and family.

They way overcharge for golf cart rentals!!!! i wish i had called around ahead of time to compare prices but just assumed they'd be all the same. not true!! sunny island charges for a 6 person golf cart. $175 for first day teh $110 additional days vs other places charge $125 for first day then $50 for additional days... def worth calling around!!

The parasailing guys were absolutely top notch. Their photos were professional (even on my phone). The boat and equipment appear new. They were the perfect mix of professionalism and fun! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Can t wait to go again.

Highly recommend Sunny Island Adventures for your water sport and golf cart needs! No better way to get around the beautiful island of Captiva! Ask for Melvin... Extremely helpful and efficient. Can t beat quality customer service!
