I have been a customer of Wilsons for quite some time and I will never be back. I took my car in due to an oil leak. I paid�over $700, they replaced my oil feed line from the turbo and valve�cover gasket,�the serpentine�belt, and I got a new�battery. When�I got home I popped my hood which I always do after having work done,� and I noticed�an epoxy/resin like material all over the side of my engine cover and where the hose was connected (see attached pics). It looked awful like someone just blindly poured/splashed something in a hurry.�Wondering what this is and why is this there, I called the owner of the shop Paul and even texted pics to him and he said that the engine cover was cracked and that they epoxied�it to save me money on replacing it. My engine cover WAS NOT cracked before bringing it there. I said that I should have been talked to about this, that I get home and popped my hood and to see that mess, that this looks horrible. I took the owners word that what they did would hold up and be fine.Fast forward several months and my car was taking a long time to turn over so I popped the hood and wouldn't�you know that the hose they replaced was sticking straight up in the air (see attached pics) . Who knows how long it had been like that. I drove back to Wilsons and popped the hood showing�Paul the owner that the hose that was replaced by them was sticking up in the air and not connected and showed him the epoxy and told him how it was having trouble cranking. He said he would call me, well he never did. I went to another mechanic recommended by a friend, and he said that they broke the cover, put epoxy on it to hurry up and cover it up, hoping I wouldnt�pop the hood and notice. I heard this from 2 other mechanics that�you could clearly see what they�did.Well I learned today when I went to get this mess fixed, as a result of Wilsons negligence my engine cylinders�in a compression test are no where�near the minimum numbers for my turbo engine and I have to replace the engine or get it rebuilt.� The mechanic I went to today said that because that hose was loose for who knows how�long this affected the engine. Also I had to replace the battery that wasnt even that old that I purchased at Wilsons. I cant�tell you how upset I am. I wish I never went to Wilsons and I hope that this helps someone else�who might be considering�going there.

Wilsons crew is excellent.Trust these guys to fix your vehicle right at a fair price and in a short time.You might wait a week or so for an appt.... BUT as the saying goes...the guys that are busy are the best...thats why they are busy .If you are looking for an honest..friendly. ..local family run automotive shop to take care of you and your vehicle...WILSON'S.. Is the place go . Theyvwill even provide a ride when you need oneAddition to recent visit with just purchased Cadillac Escalade. Wilsons Automotive is Top Shelf. Front man Paul is a pleasure to deal with..professional and detailed with repairs scheduling and parts....local rides home if needed and excellent communication. All said and done.... vehicle repaired and running great. Fair pricing...the most important thing at Wilsons is honesty..trustworthiness.local and dependable.Again..5 STARS. .... Highly recommended.

I usually go to the dealership. I went to wilsons in October for servicing. What a great experience. They were professional and pleasant. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on. Wish I would have went there a long time ago.

Paul and staff were excellent. Fair price and the work was completed in a timely manner . I will definitely trust them with my car again. They looked at everything and gave me a heads up and did not push extra sales on me Highly recommend. Thanks so much.

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Be advised they are very busy for good reasons and you'll need to make an appointment. They also are a full-service shop so I will be going back if any problems arise with my vehicle.

It's sad that I am writing this because I've dealt with Wilson's for a long time. I've known Paul and the mechanics just as long. The starter went out of my sons car, I called Wilson's to come and tow it because AAA dropped the ball. Me not wanting to crawl around on the driveway I chose to have them fix it as well. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Last year I had to fix a heater by-pass tube that had rusted through, so to do that you have to remove the intake manifold. This does give you access to the starter as well. When Paul called to tell me it was done, he said they removed the intake to change the starter. Well, me being me I checked their work and sum beach, he lied. I know for a fact that the intake wasn't removed. So I get charged $175.00 for a lie and battery charge that didn't need charging. Then $47.91 for an intake gasket set. Funny thing is the receipt has no hours of work performed. One bright thing is I do get my $90.00 tow bill reimbursement in 3-4 weeks from AAA.

I have been using Wilson's for years, as well as other family members. Customer Service is awesome, fair prices, and the service is reliable. When I drop my car off to Wilson's, I am leaving it in trusting hands.

Outstanding Service and Prices! Paul and his team were Great! They took care of our Truck, and the price they fixed it for, was, Unbelievable! Their waiting room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the service was the best we've had here in the Cape, and we've been here for over 13 years, and have tried a lot of other places. From here on out, we're only going to Paul and his team.

Paul is the nicest guy I met that came and towed my trike yesterday when the rear end ceased up. And today I went there and he helped me check the rear end to see if there was fluid. And than he helped load it on the truck that came to take it to the shop . If you ever need a tow call this company , worth the money .

I was worried about noise my brakes were making. Paul did an inspection and said everything was fine. Why can t everyone be this honest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Andrew was so professional and sweet to me. Also the mechanic outdoors, seen that I needed a screw driver to take my tag off. He took it off for me. How Awesome is this?Thank you, Wilson Automotive, 5 stars plus

My mazda is running much better. It wasn't cheap (what is), and we had to wait for an appointment...BUT, it's worth it knowing that the repair will be done correctly the first time! I will return, as a repeat customer.

I am so grateful to Paul and his crew. I am down here from Wisconsin and my alternator went dead. I called a few places and Wilson's was the best bet. He was so understanding, very professional. He had my alternator replaced and I was up and running within a few hours. He also had the best price to go with the great service. Thanks Paul.Dennis

This company is horrible they mess up things on your car and don t even want to help you fix what the did wrong instead they choose violence . Be careful when you come here my family has had bad experiences

My experience with Wilson's Automotive was phenomenal I have tried other shop's to have my inoperative vehicle towed without my presence due to my hectic schedule. They even offer you the option to have your vehicle towed there before and after hours. I found Paul to be honest and a man of his word. He said it would be ready in the morning and it was right on time, and he even took time to observe something that I asked him to on my phone and he did. No matter how buisy he ideally was at the time he took time to address my car needs. That's what I call customer's needs at it's best. Thanks to all that serviced my vehicle at Wilson's Automotive You Guy's/Girls Rock!

Got my car towed here and the car was totaled out. Insurance company asked me to make sure I have my plate before they take the car so I called and asked the guy if he can remove my license plate and mail it to me since I'm am hour away. He said sure so I told the insurance company they can come get the car. Two weeks go by and no reply from him so I contact them. They never removed the tag and the car was taken away with it and destroyed shortly after. If you're going to say you'll do something, do it, otherwise just say no. I would have just driven to come get it. Instead now i'm out $300 for a new tag when it takes 10 seconds to remove two screws and take the plate off.

So I took my Ram Truck to this pace to have repair work completed and 4 new Tires put on. Then a few months later I took it to the dealership and found out that I was charged by Wilson for work that I was told was not preformed. On my way home I took the truck on the Highway only to find out those new tires I put on are out of balance. I just called Wilson s and some rude woman hung up on me while I was trying to explain the problem! In short, I d never go back to these clowns and plan on calling NAPA corporate and then go to the Dodge Dealership to get the work I already paid for completed!

Code was thrown on my car, took it to AutoZone they told me what it was light was still on when I took it to Wilson's Automotive they ran the diagnostic again and they couldn't find the problem they said that part was working but yet the check engine light was on and that code checked again at AutoZone on their computer and it said the same thing I was disappointed to say the least I still had to pay for the diagnostic SMH
