I got a flat tire and somehow I was able to drive 5 miles to my appointment safely. I utilized my AAA and scheduled a tow truck to drive 5 blocks from my appointment to Walmart. These guys are great!! They had my new Goodyear tire mounted on my car within 35 minutes! The tech Effrain took the time to explain to me the maintenance needed for my car. I paid only $10 extra and I got roadside assistance for that tire they replaced. Since Lee county is full of nails all over the roads and so many of us get nails in our tires -this is a smart investment to ensure peace of mind. I am going to Walmart Auto Center from now on in because they are honest, helpful and so reasonable. I highly recommend this Walmart that truly exceeded my expectations!! Thank you Walmart Auto Center!!

I randomly chose 4 stars to be nice like Mr Rogers. In reality, I didn't even get my car worked on because they were closed at 4:30 when I got there. No big deal, I went somewhere else close by. After driving there I would have been pissed if it weren't for the other place I went to near there. According to the hours on Google, they are open till 7 but the sign says 4 when you actually get there.

I had a nail in my tire.The auto center was very busy, and the store was experiencing power outages, butthey were able to squeeze me in.While waiting for my repair, I was able to shop in the sometimes dark store. All the employees throughout the store were very polite and accommodating under the circumstances. They were also polite to some very rude customers.Thank you for being there.Bob

They made mess on my Armada, has no knowledge. forgot to put some screws back on my engine top/bottom. I just did an oil change. Never change oil here anymore. It will cost me to find the OEM screws.

Awful-service and work. Condescending and rude to customers. Don t hold appointment times. Manager has ZERO interest in working there apparently. Literally doesn t care about losing customers. Highly recommend staying clear from this place.

While getting ahold of walmart auto on the phone was difficult ( after talking to the manager they are understaffed) when I did get ahold of them the lady that answered the phone was VERY helpful & kind & when I got there Jose helped me and was also very polite. Mike put my tires on & was very respectful & did good work. The tires were a great price- 88$ each & I have a large SUV & the installation came in at 75$. I have been shopping for tires for weeks and you can't beat walmarts prices. The staff at Walmart tire and auto was very pleasant and had new tires put on, paid and out the door in an hour & a half. I did buy the tires ahead online & have them shipped to the store.

8+ hours waiting for 4 tires to be replaced. Excuse after excuse. Manager Juan has very poor attitude. Approached us with attitude and defensive when asked what his official title was and wouldn t give it to us. Name tag is covered with pins. Brought car in for a tire plug before and ended up with an oil change. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! STAY AWAYService: Tires

The store is clean and kept nice with plenty of self checkouts. None of which helps the auto dept. 3 employees, 1 being the auto manager saw me come in thru the garage and to the counter inside. Then 2 of them walked by me standing there waiting for someone to help me. They made no eye contact or anything. Or bothered telling me they were taking people outside. Come on... it was more work to avoid helping me then to just let me know. Smile at me or something. I'll find out tomorrow it the work being done matches the show. I hope not cause my appointment was canceled 3 times and the website won't book, so I had to drive over seeing as the phone doesn't get answered.

Walked in really late because we had a storm roll through that cancelled a boat trip. It was about 8:30 and the hostess had a bad attitude because how dare we show up near closing time. Our waitress however was great. Food was mediocre which is why RT is no longer up north in my home state. Only thing that was really open which is why we went. 2 stars strictly because the waitress didn't care what time it was and treated us like humans.

I bought a new battery from Walmart 21 months ago and it died, it had a 2 year warranty so walmart replaced it for free. The new battery only has the 3 months left from the old one so I will have to pay for the next one.Got an oil change today, took about an hour and a half.

Typical to most things Walmart, the price of the services here are cheaper than most other places. This particular location seems to struggle with keeping a full staff, and often closes early. Also, scheduling an appointment is highly recommended, but a pain to do, as you can't do it online.

I came here for an appointment, I waited 30 minutes because no one was there helping anyone, after asking me wait so long I was talked to by a man maned Jose, he was very rude arguing with me and not helpful

I've been waiting 40 minutes just to pick up some tires I ordered online. Cashier running late then showed up and said he's be right back but has disappeared now. Really poor service here, unorganized.

I liked I didn't have to wait long for the car to get changed. They staff were friendly enough. No complaints, I like to call before going to get an estimate on how many people are in front of me. I know it can change by the time I get there but getting an idea of how long I could be waiting helps a lot.

Customer service (Rosie) was excellent. I had an appointment, so one service tech told me it will only take 30-45 minutes to install 4 new tires. However, the technician who was working on it took his sweet time. It took 3 hours to finally finish.Service: TiresService: Tires

The service is fine the speed left to be desired had 4 tires put in a appt of 3 and as of this message it is 5pm and there just getting the tires in I got here at 2:30pm for a oil change for spending almost 500 dollars at one go I feel a little let down at the speed of the sevice

Poor service. Had an appointment for 10am for tires with them knowing I needed it by noon. Pre bought my tires. Was told time wasn t an issue. Didn t have it on the lift till 11am and they called me to tell me the tires are not the right tires.

Went to get a tire rotation but they refused to do it. Said my one tire looked too worn. They tried to upsell me a tire by refusing to rotate them. Tires only have 30k on them. Plenty of life left.

Absolute disgrace today. Handicapped driver couldn't unload wheelchair from car due to pun turned tire and wheel in vehicle from yesterday. Waited at sign that says don't enter attendant will come to you for half an hour. Several Walmartians saw me there and ignored my waving etc.After a while I drove round to back doors where a Walmart mechanic was mooching about and I politely asked him if I could get help to find out if they could sell me a new tire.He barked at me "I'm on my lunch and walked away.I added up the purchases we have made in that store last two months.its just over 1200 dollars.There won't be any more !!!Service: Tires

It was hard in the beginning ( previous coordination to the service ) but it didn't took too long for the tires replacement. Nice people and good prices!

When we arrive for an oil change the tech checked our oil and wrote up the oil change order. Informed us to come back in 45 minutes. When we arrived they said that the oil was now over full and they refused to change the oil. Did not attempt to contact us. I spoke with the original tech who said he believed the oil level was fine. What a joke and waste of time. With no apologies.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Called ahead of time concerning a tire for a 1995 Lexus LS 400 for my son. Asked if they had a tire for his vehicle. They looked it up and said he had 2 options. 1 was $57.00 and another was $86.00 both were in stock. Informed me that we could not make an appointment. We drove there and spent 15 minutes answering questions and trying to get the service writer to spell his name correctly. Told him about my phone call and the tire I chose. Allowed myself to get talked into an oil change. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and a tire. Get the bill and the tire is not $57 liked I told them and he repeated the tire back to me. It wasn't even the other $86 option I was told. The bill had the tire at $108. They said they would correct the issue. Waited another half hour go to the restroom and comeback. One of the techs was in a yelling match with a customer concerning putting the wrong oil in her car. This goes on for 10 minutes until finally a manager comes back there. Then another technician comes to me and says "We made another mistake, we don't have a tire that rated for your car " so 3 hours later a tire put on and taken back off then told they don't have tire in stock. They can order one for tomorrow. This is what they do for a living! Walmart has truly dropped the ball in customer service at this location. I will take the extra drive time to go to a Walmart in Fort Meyers when I cannot avoid using Wal-Mart's services. When I can I will forgo Walmart all together.

Went in for 2 tires and was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. Waited 2 1/2 hours and my car hadn't been touched. After I asked how long my wait would be the tech told me I was 2nd in line and that they had only 2 techs working. After waiting an additional 30 min, i asked for my keys to leave. Car still wasn t moved. So disappointed that I waisted 3 hours for nothing. Had I read the reviews prior to going to Walmart I would have NEVER came. I will never come back here and will gladly pay extra money for tires elsewhere. Walmart should be ashamed

3:45pm arrived and couldn t find a service writer so went inside and waited in line. At 4pm I was told they could not preform oil change or tire rotation because they have 4 jobs and 3 employees and only 2 hours to complete. If you re going to be open until 6, staff better... Decided to not only have my service done elsewhere, but my grocery shopping as well.
