I don't typically write reviews, but I had a great experience with these people. I took my 2019 BMW 5 Series for a brake job (rotors, pads, sensors). They were kind enough to take pictures of ALL the new parts from the BMW Dealership and took pictures of the before and after results. They sent me a link so I can see the progress of their work in real time. They have great attention to detail and are very organized. They are nice people, they take the time to explain to you what they did and answer all your questions promptly and concisely. Definitely will be coming back for future repairs. 5 stars.

All in all the service was excellent! Very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Sabrina was absolutely great and would recommend this shop to any of my car friends!! Replaced my engine, turbo and clutch and the car has never ran so smooth!

These guys saved me $1600 on a simple fix.Was stated by other mechanics that my ECU ( computer) had to be replaced and was quoted $1600.Brought it to these guys, they found the issue and solved it without the need of replacing ECU. Car needed a simple ground wiring clean up.A week has passed and car is driving smooth with no issues.Highly recommend these guys. They are honest, transparent , and friendly .

My car was damaged during a rain storm and required an engine replacement. Venemex did an outstanding job finding and replacing the engine quickly and in budget. The car has been running great and I am even confident enough to allow my daughter to drive it.Sabrina the office manager kept me informed and worked with my insurance company to make this happen with no stress to me. Thank you!

Brought it in late on a Friday afternoon with my window stuck in down position. I asked if they could store it inside over the weekend until they got to it and they did, free of charge. Great friendly service and good work. They replaced the regulator motor and a cheap aftermarket switch I had put in at a very reasonable price.

I hope all I want to say fits here! I cannot say ENOUGH nice things about Sabrina & Venemex! They went ABOVE & BEYOND with kindness to us when we most needed it after my car broke down over 200 miles from home. I recently had an exceptional experience at Venemex Auto Body Shop, for the installation of brake caliper covers on my Tesla. Sabrina stood out with her wonderful, bubbly personality, making every interaction a pleasure. What truly impressed me was the shop's unique approach to customer service, providing text updates with photos of my car's progress from start to finish. The quality of work was top-notch, showcasing their skills and attention to detail. I am always amazed and grateful for their extraordinary and fast service. I've been in SW Florida for 20+ years and have finally found the Auto Shop to handle all my needs. Sabrina and the team are fantastic. Extremely professional, kept in touch with the progress of the work. Even took me out for a test drive when I picked her up. I needed service on an 1982 Corvette. With that said I would highly recommend anyone with an early model vehicle to check them out. They will also be servicing my primary vehicle moving forward as well. The staff at Venemex has been very professional, supportive,and informative. Pictures of the repair process are provided along with explanations of diagnostic codes. Repairs were done as quickly as possible with availability of necessary parts. Their service is very much appreciated and I will continue to five them my business.

Relatively quick work with fair prices. Mechanics were friendly and thorough office assistants were friendly and very communicative throughout all my times I had work done with my car there. Had multiple parts and repairs done to my 1999 Lincoln and now it is running perfectly. They care!! Sabrina walked me through the process of what they were going to do to diagnose the issue with my vehicle. They were right on with the time frame it would take, and she again walked me through what they did to my vehicle. They also care about follow through and if anything occurred with my car afterward to take it in right away and they would take care of it.
