Awesome staff, fast and never left my car. Got great coupons if you go to the website. Even the kid I thought was just a punk, too young to know anything was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and helped me narrow down some issues I had going on. Place was great!

Says 4.6 rating? Was told about 40 min. Was waiting over 1.5 hours just to get into the bay. Extremely slow watched workers taking cigarette breaks going to gas station etc while we waited. They changed someone's oil and didn't have an oil filter to put in for them.

Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided. Staff seemed knowledgeable regarding products. I was not pressured and was completed in about 20 minutes. I'd recommend this place.

Couldn t have been more a worse experience, as I am writing this. I have been here for more than 2 hours to just get my oil changed. Multiple employees would come in and out just taking breaks eating and smoking as they pleased. It just doesn t seem like anyone here has the strive to get cars in and out. I just don t get it, I have places to be and money to be made. Coming here thinking this would be a quick and enjoyable oil change, has just turned the past now 3 hours as I am still waiting here in bay 2 for an employee to help me just absolutely miserable.

Instant oil change? I have been waiting for 3 hours without previous notice. You want to waste your day? Come to this place. Staff was nice and friendly, but many other places get your oil change done much faster. I m never coming back to Valvoline.

Don t ever come to this Valvoline oil change center in Cape Coral on 12 NE Pine island Rd. Apparently, it takes them an hour to do an oil change and. them come to find out ( and that s only because I had to get out of my car to find what the hells going on for them to tell me that they are waiting for a part. They didn t even have the freakin courtesy of letting me know this ahead of time so I didn t have to waste my time ( which I waited (1 1/2 and that didn t include the time I waisted waiting for them to finish the car I was behind of. That place is a joke!

I would rather drive to a further location than this one. I waited over 1 hour, I had two cars in front of me. I do not know why they advertise "oil change in about 15 minutes, when thstd not true. They took 25 minutes with me. The guy with the glasses was talking on the phone while pitting oil in my car. Really bad costumer service. Also they wanted me to get off the car so they could reset the maintenance setting for me, I have never got out of my car in other locations. Also, they over filled my tires.

These guys are great. Even three cars in front of me, I was in and out in an hour or so. They are informative, kind, and good conversationalists! I highly recommend for a good, quick, easy oil change

Very convenient drive- thru, and staff always accommodating.. They go above and beyond. Last week, I needed cabin and engine airfilter.. They changed them In the parking lot instead of making me wait in line.

Came here for an oil change, and got my air filter changed as well, and they didn t even hook up my air filter took me 2 weeks to figure out why my car was running weird and why my check engine was on. Maybe pay attention more when you re changing air filters! I truly hope theirs not alot of debris in there now.

They always are very friend and very quickly, but this time they had a lot of vehicles, but not too many employees so I had to wait about 35 minutes to go inside the garage

I came here for power steering flush due to a family member putting oil in my power steering. It very quickly caused my truck to sound horrible and I could barely steer without having to fight the wheel.I was quickly taken to the front side of the Valvoline by a man named Tat, and flushed multiple times to remove all the oil. He was super friendly and welcoming! He genuinely looked concerned for the truck and was very attentive on repairing it, by the time he had finished repairs on the power steering, it sounded like brand new! I'm super impressed and have been coming to this Valvoline for years now. I've never had a problem here and the men who work here are always the nicest people you'll meet! Very knowledgeable and quick!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Very disappointed. We have been costumers since they opened. The older male worker was very unprofessional and rude. He placed us in an unsafe situation with another costumer just because he didn't take the time to talk to us. We will never come back again.

One time they tried to use the oil i didn't want and tried to hide it. The 2nd time they tried to use an old oil filter because they didn't have it. When I told them I had been waiting over an hour and wanted to leave they told me they had already drained the oil, even though they didn't have the oil filter, and now I had to pay or "push the car out". Defarris is beyond rude and is on his phone the entire time.

I had a very bad experience here. I wait 3 hours for an oil change. The staff was very rude, they wanted to over charge for services. I will never go back to this place.

Busy location! I first went on a Sunday but left after 1hr waiting with 4 cars ahead of me still.I went back on Wednesday at 12pm and left at 1:42pm. 6 cars ahead this time (2 lanes).Service started after 45 minutes waiting.I got an oil change, AC serviced and filters replaced so more than just an oil change. They also check your lights, battery, wipers etc. Good team there - everyone was friendly and helpful :) Happy customer overall, just waited a long time to get everything done. Will remember that for the next visit!

These guys are very efficient, very quick. Um, very noldable, and if you have any questions, the one that answer your questions and help you out and then weigh very, very friendly, very welcoming, very understanding.

Went to Pine Island road location near Cape Coral Florida. Had checked oil just before going to oil change. It was full. They said it was 3 1/2 quarts low and could only get a quart and a half out on drain. After they finished, it still feels dirty to the touch and is dark colored. Total rip off. Charged over 100 dollars for a quart and a half of synthetic oil. Will never use them again. SCAM!

Waited for over an hour to even be asked what I was there for. Staff walks around instead of working, spends over 30 mins per car, I don t understand how this is instant oil change. Won t be coming back to this location. I have never taken this long to change my oil, not even on a conventional oil changing place.

The shop was opened at 8 am and I was 2nd in line. It didn't take the guys long to get to my car. Everything is ran smoothly and communication between the workers is excellent. Will return for my next oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to the Valvoline on pine island road. Got there around 9:05 am 5 minutes after they opened. There was two cars in front of me. Patiently waited and it was 9:35 and they were still working on the same cars that were in front of me. Place is a joke, it s slow and it takes 10 minutes tops to do an oil change. Last time I ever go there.

Used to love coming to this place for oil changes. They went from "Instant" to "we'll get to you some time this year". EXCEEDINGLY SLOW service. I finally got serviced after three failed attempts waiting for over 40 minutes in line. Will not come back. This is bloody ridiculous. To make matters worse, they don't pay attention to the order in which people arrive. There were 3 vehicles that got in way after I did that were serviced before mine. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Waited in line for 2 hours only to be told to let the people in the other line go ahead of us because they had run into trouble with a vehicle brought in to be serviced. It was bad luck on their part they chose that line. We were there about the same length of time, why should I wait? Left and will not go back. Went to a shop on Chiquita and will use them again. Service was awesome!!First come, first served is the response received. They missed the sentence we were there about the same length of time. This is why I will use the other business in the future. Customer is wrong.

I usually don't write reviews, but good service deserves it! I've been multipletimes at this location, but this time, I felt satisfied with the food service. Carlos was very diligent and checked my tires and windshield washer fluid. He demonstrated professionalism even though they were packed up busy.
