I have been a long time Tuffy customer at this location. I recently had a bolt in one of my tires, and they were able to fix it quickly, and cleanly. I so appeciate the fast service, and will be going back for my additional auto maintainence.

Outstanding service and I am just floored at how these guys consistently surpass my expectations. Without and appointment, I dropped 2 cars off on a Sunday and they were done on the following morning. It feels so good having auto service professionals I can trust. They are super friendly and do a great job of explaining everything. If you're looking for auto service you can trust, these guys will blow you away with their outstanding professionalism and service.

Came in today after MONTHS of neglecting car maintenance on my vehicle. Richie and Sean were super professional and accommodating. Hats off to Jayme, who was the one who worked on my car. He not only had me in and out, but he also had the patience to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain everything. I will be returning my business to this location thanks to him, his knowledge and above all the fact that he made me I can feel I can trust him. This is one of the most important things as a woman that doesn t know much about cars. I definitely know no one was trying to get one over on me today. Thanks guys!!

I stopped in Sunday to have my tires checked. They checked them, put air in them and said there were good with no issues. Richie was very helpful and professional. They did not charge me and said to stop in anytime. I have 3 vehicles that they service for me on a regular maintenance schedule and I have always gotten excellent service here.

Best tire and service place in Cape Coral. You may have several places to pick from however this is home. The customer service, the quality of work, their prices and knowing that you will be taken care of without having to worry is priceless. Highly recommended. I would not go anywhere else. If you need anything done for your vehicle you will be glad you came here!

Professionalism Fast service Knowledgeable Honest Brought my daughter s car to get her tire fixed from a screw. The guy at the front desk (his name escapes me apologies) was very professional & personable. He even took his time to educate my daughter about the laws in Florida on fixing a tire and explained to her about the difference in oils when she s ready for an oil change (her first car). We were in and out in record time. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced this is definitely the place to go! Thanks again.

I went to Tuffy tire & auto in Cape Coral to get my tire fixed. They found the nail right away. They were very nice and fixed it quickly. I really appreciate the great service and the service manager Richie. . I ve always had great service there Thank you.

Call Tuffys this morning and talked to Mike. He told me to bring my car right down and got four new tires on my Escalade. Best price in town. Best service!!! Thank you Mike and thank you Tuffys

I came in for a flat tire to get it plugged, they explained how they don t plug tires because it s a temporary less reliable option and they offer another permanent solution for the same price. Richie helped me and they checked my other tires for free and after finding a second tire with a roofing nail in it they fixed the second one free of charge!!! They were fast, professional and very kind! 10000% reccomend them, pricing and service quality is out of this world :)

I usually don t leave reviews at all for businesses but after both of my experiences at this place I will NEVER be returning here again. First time I went was for my brakes just to be told that my hood latch was broken and that I needed to pay $150 for a new one so I did and he said he would call me back when the part came in and I never once to this day received a call about that part being in. I went in a couple weeks later a second time for my check in engine light, this time they fixed the hood latch, but one of your employees must ve broken the button to the hood of my car because no one else touched that button and you guys were the last people that had access to it. I tried that button out before the second visit and it worked perfectly fine but after I leave your business suddenly it doesn t open and now looks like this when it never looked like this before. I avoid this place at all costs now because I don t trust anyone at this business being left with my car

This is the only auto repair shop I go to whenever I need work done. They have always treated my family with respect and do the same with anyone I've recommended to go here as well. The prices are always reasonable amd you understand what's going on with your car. Don't bother going anywhere else.

I visited this business back in October while visiting my parents. I realized I needed to get my car serviced before taking my family back to Indiana. I'm very grateful they were able to fit me in, and will be back should I need anything while I'm visiting Cape Coral. The staff was personable and I enjoyed my experience. Thank you gentleman.

If I could give more than 5 stars - I would give 10 stars! Absolutely! I just had my car worked on today after yesterday car not working and was fixed in one day! Manager Brian A and his Store Manager Tiffany even took the time to explain the details what was wrong with my car and explain what they did to resolve the issue. Drove my car off the parking lot today 150% BETTER than it was even before the issue occurred. Not only do I trust Brian and Tiffany at the Cape Coral Tuffy Tire and Auto on Del Prado Blvd with my car - this will be the ONLY place where I will take my car for now on to get it repaired. Service Quality = 150% and the Friendliness = 200% GREAT MANAGEMENT! Brian A and Tiffany are the BEST in town! I am very appreciative and grateful was able to find people like Brian A and Tiffany who knows about cars and what they're doing! Phenomenal service! THANK YOU MUCH!!! I am a VERY SATISFIED customer!

I arrived about 15 minutes till the closed and Mike greeted me with a warm smile. He was very professional and helpful! I was just there to pick up my tire and the guys were kind enough to put it on my car and even check the air on the rest of my tires!! It s the little things that make a difference and that s the reason why I always bring my business to Tuffys.Service: Tires

Car did not start. They said I need to replace a starter. Charged about $1000. Next day when I picked up the car it did not start. Later they said it was something else. No refund.

Awesome people. I thought I had a problem with my tire, however it turned out to not be one. Didn t charge me for checking it out. Super friendly people, would recommend coming here for sure!

they refuse to do some work because they are lazy. an hour before closing he refused to accept the car. He said it would take 40 minutes to fill out the car details. waste of time.

The gentlemen in the office and garage were very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This was my first visit and I will keep using this shop for my car repairs. This Has to be the best place in Cape Coral to have your vehicle worked on. I ve been dealing with Tiffany now for four months. She is amazing.
