The best customer service in Cape Coral, professional and courteous staff. They help me before closing to get my new tires, the store schedule is perfect especially if you work the whole day, the store closes at 8:30 and I don't have to request time off or use the weekend to change tires. Thank you again and I'm now your loyal customer.

I love this place,Travis the service writer is so great, no pushy extra sales pitch, my new mechanic, Tim is extra special, talk about going through my truck, I have high mileage. Over 300 thousand miles..the waiting room is very comfy..when other mechanics were done with their job, they would go help another mechanic..outstanding placePam

They are very reliable here and honestly I even enjoy just sitting in their lobby. They are honest and always have an answer for me. I needed new brakes and they got on it without me even booking an appointment. Realized I needed an oil change and they didn t mind taking my car back and getting it done. Highly recommend tire kingdom off skyline.

Came for a tire rotation and Engine Oil Change with Wife's car. Probably one of the nicer shops I've been to (new) and staff was pleasant. However, they refused to rotate the tires due to front being worn and rear being good (point of rotation) and indicating alignment and new tires needed, but still had life left (again..point of rotation). Car sat on hoist for 80 minutes (yes I timed it because it altered the timing for the remainder of my day) prior to finish for the oil change and still charged $84.00 for Blend. Couldn't help but to wonder if I was being punished because I refused purchase of new tires and alignment. Either way, I drove into a competitor with my car 2 days ago and got same synthetic blend change for $49.99 and i was in and out in under 10 minutes. Wait time for a simple oil change was unacceptable and I know because I worked in a tire/service shop performing these services for 2 years between schooling.

We drove to Cape Coral from Michigan. Hot a big rock a mile from rental house. Went to Tire Kingdom. They are the nicest professionals. Explained all options. Ordered tote. We should have tomorrow. They were great trip deal with

Very friendly n knowledgeable staff, let me see what was happening with my vehicle, answering all my questions I asked about my Kia, Sedona van. We had previously had all new tires on her GMC Denali done at Tire Kingdom. The staff is awesome, THANKS AGAIN.

I came in close to close and I was welcomed with nothing but kindness and a willingness to help. They hooked me up with a new tire in less than 15 minutes total. Incredible experience, definetly coming back

Condescending, smug and ineffective.While in town for business, I drove my vehicle three subsequent days to and from Naples (about an hour each way) on the morning of Day 3 my right front tire had a very noticeable vibration. Since I will be soon traveling solo back across the country, I wanted to get it checked out. The man I had to deal with said they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire and told me it was just abnormal wear. I explained again the nature of origin and he told me it must have happened on my 20 hour drive here and that's why it was rough. I explained again that it was not a rough ride it is a very distinct vibration on the right front tire. Further, that was was 3 weeks ago and I relayed that I have been driving the vehicle a lot including a recent trip to Ft. Lauderdale with no issues. He doubled down that it was wear on the tire. Short of my singular tire detaching itself on Saturday night and going out to party hard, this explanation made zero sense. When I continued to try and reach something other than this lame answer, he became mocking and sarcastic, repeating what I was saying in a totally unprofessional manner. There's another chapter to this story that involves a rock in the tread but I'll wrap this up by saying that I ended this frustrating experience like any self respecting bad a$$ woman would, with a cry in the parking lot. It is rare in my professional or personal life to run across this type of interaction, but the counter guy/manager was a real throwback treat, ladies. The mechanic was kind and respectful but unfortunately, he's not the one you'd normally be interfacing with. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

This store has great customer service. I went in to swap a boat trailer tire onto another wheel that 3 other places said they couldn t do. Then, the price was well below what I anticipated. Less than a week later, I m back in because of a roofing nail right in the sidewalk on my front. New tires and an oil change and I m back on the road. I got the same great customer service. No matter who I ve talked to at this location; courteous and professional. What else do you want? My new go-to tire store.

Made appointment two weeks prior and was told I could come in anytime after 7 am. Doors don't open until 8 am, and when I finally got in, the machine to fix my abs light had been broken for days. Never received a call. Wasted my time and now have to wait another two weeks at a different company to get it fixed.

Very professional, did a great job with my new tires on my Toyota Tacoma. The technician pointed out other service I needed and was understanding when I said I had to wait. Highly recommend this location!

My tire light came on as I was heading to work today; I tried unsuccessfully to reset the sensor. I got new tires about a month ago at the Tire Kingdom on Skyline Blvd. and I pass there most days on my way to work. I decided to pop in to see if they would take a quick look. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They took my car right in and put it on the lift. Within minutes the tech came and got me and showed me the screw that was in my right front tire. He said he would patch it and it'd be good as new. He also said he would check all the other tire pressures. I had purchased road hazard coverage so there was no charge. While I waited, the manager looked up my records and already had a receipt/record printed out for me so when my car came out, I was good to go. Very nice place, awesome customer service. A+++

Freddy , Tony and Ray took good care of me. I had a screw in my right front tire. I was not sure if the screw went through and would leak if removed. Tony ordered a replacement tire, just in case and had the tire delivered the following day. I returned to the store and Ray checked the screw and found that removal of the screw did not result in an air leak. The staff at Tire Kingdom was careful, provided good service and most of all, honest- I could have been buying a new tire for $200 that, in reality, I did not need.Thanks guys.

4:30 on Monday afternoon and they close at 6. All the bays are empty and there are no customers. Was told couldn't fix the nail in my tire because they are run-flats. This place will be a Spirit Halloween before next summer.

I brought my own tires to them, they mount it, balanced it n did the alignment. No issues took 2 hours, nice customer service. Going to bring Ford there for oil change next week. Price is very reasonable. No additional charges, insurance rip off. Very honest
