Wayne the manager is the man! The whole team got me in and out timely, they were straight to the point and (hopefully) didn't fluff me too much on my cars needs. Wayne sat with me directly and we discussed my cars issues and needs. He was easy to talk to, understand, and explained the technicalities well.The entire experience has been streamlined and comfortable. Thank you to the whole team!I did not know prior today they are a full service car mechanic shop! Highly recommend

I brought my classic car in for new tires. I was able to watch from the waiting room and the installer was very careful with my car. He didn't just drop the tires to the ground but lifted them down so there was no chance of damage to my chrome wheels. When all was said and fine, he did a very nice job.Today, a week later, I returned to have the front end aligned. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment. They had the alignment rack open and mentioned it was available right now, so I took the opportunity to have the work done immediately.This shop is well maintained and clean, I will return to this shop again when tire work is needed.

The worst service ever! I came in with 1 nail in my front right tire and they found two total. They finished in less time then originally told and I wasn't charged at ALL for either one of the nails, because they didn't completely puncture through the tire. GREAT JOB GUYS and to the manager who took care of me.

I went for a tire alignment and the guy Fidel helped so much. They received me with a smile and took good care of my car and me. I m blessed because it is the closest to my home and the best customer service. 100% recommended.

Brought my car in to get a nail removed from the tire, and they provided excellent service. They were able to get me in as soon as I arrived and worked carefully and efficiently to patch it up! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

This is a wonderful location!! It was beautifully built and the waiting area is spacious and not closed in which is nice. I was greeted by Freddy, he had a great personality and was very accommodating. Then I met Tony! He helped me get checked in, he was quick and thorough and had a calm demeanor. I also want to thank Wayne for his kindness and sensitivity to my situation, and for working with me! Everything about this experience could not have gone any better. It is hard to find good customer service and people who are passionate about helping others but everyone here is outstanding!

The team here has been nothing short of amazing to me. They always get me in right away and are very straightforward. In the last 6 months I have had to come in 4 different times for tires, breaks, battery issues, and headlight replacement. They are always very timely and have the best prices in town. Special shoutouts to Freddy and Wayne for always being so helpful! I ve never felt better about bringing my car in to get worked on!

I was greeted by Freddy who was extremely nice. I had an apt at a different location but he said he could take care of me and asked what my car needed. Extremely grateful for that! I then received a call from Wayne who has GREAT customer service skills! Verythorough with what needed to be done, very kind and professional. I will continue to keep coming to this Tire Kingdom location! Thank you for excellent service!!!

Great location with competitive prices to any of the other shops in the area. The customer service representative, Geo, was very helpful. He was able to order me tires and get me set up to have a mount, balance and alignment next day. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back.

I came in today because of a flat tire, and I was not disappointed. I met with Wayne, and he took excellent care of me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained all my questions and concerns in detail. He gave me a good price on a new tire, and he advised me on other work my car might need in the future. I will definitely be back to this store. Thank you for your services, Wayne.

While traveling with my RV trailer my tire pressure sensor activated indicating that I was losing pressure. After arriving at destination and checking tire found out that valve stem needed to be replaced. Took it off and dropped it at Tire Kingdom since it was the closest repair shop. Was informed that the tire would be ready in about an hour. It was ready when they said it was going to be and to my surprise I was informed by Freddy who was friendly and professional and that there was no charge even thought I was expecting to be charged as a flat tire. I was able to reinstall the tire and and remove the jack within a couple of hours. Thanks to Freddy and all those involved with getting me back on the road.

Called 4 places this week and these guys were the only ones ghat provided great customer service and were able to order my tires within a day. Despite my tires not being delivered on time for my appointment, their customer service and honesty were great. I appreciate Milo and Gio that took care of us at check in.

Fantastic service! I went in for a tire change, Wayne helped me out and was incredibly helpful. They were quick, efficient, and super friendly. The prices were very reasonable, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was back on the road in no time, with a smooth ride. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing tire services!

This is a very well managed shop. Clean, professional, and efficient. They exceeded my expectations when the manager honored a deal that was misrepresented through no fault of their own. I highly recommend visiting this specific location. With an appointment, I was in and out in a timely manner, and my vehicle was properly inspected as well. You guys did great and should be proud of your performance. Keep up the good work!

They were really cordial and quick with servicing my car! They really care about you and your time and get you in and out as fast as they can, so I really appreciate that. I'd recommend coming here to get your tire serviced! I know that I'll be coming back again when I need my car serviced!

Freddy was absolutely amazing! He took the time to check all my tires after one had a nail in it and proceeded to explain my options for repair or replacement. Will definitely be back!Must add to this list since it won t let me write a new one. Freddy absolutely took care of me here once again! I needed new tires and not only did he show me what he could get he got them in within 24hrs so I could make my trip up north. He also got me a new wheel key in case I encountered any trouble on my trip and went above and beyond to make sure my jeep was safe and reliable. Got new brakes since mine were shot and even did an alignment. He pulled out all the stops and I ll be a customer forever with him.he treats you like familia.

Came in at 8am for a tire instillation and was the first one in and first one out. Staffed worked fast and everybody was super helpful and nice. I ll definitely be coming back. They talked to me personally about what they noticed about my breaks and about when I should start to look at replacing them. 10/10

Had an emergency at work and needed a tire fast. Went into Tire Kingdom and Geo helped me out big time. Not only did he get the process moving quickly, but he was super professional about it. If you re in a pinch and need a tire fast, Geo over there has you covered.

Tire kingdom was a life saver ! I found out my tire had a nail as I was getting leaving to run errands. I called and Gio answered super quick and informed me I could come right away. Gio attended me super fast and was extremely nice. Whole process was about an hour.

It s been over 2k miles since I bought new tires here and they are still amazing. It took about an hour for them to be put on and everyone was friendly. Paid about $550 after tax for four new tires.

Tony and Freddy were both very nice, Freddy showed me the cause of the tire problems, explained everything to me, wasn't pushy about anything. Provided me with options that I was comfortable with. I will recommend them to anyone who asks about automotive service and I know where I can go for oil changes when my warranty expires in a few months! Very pleased with this place, very happy with the service.

Only shop in the area who seems to have no issues getting work approved on my work vehicle from the managing fleet service. They fought and justified for everything My vehicle needed. I Have been unable to complete the work anywhere else. Highly recommend. The manager is awesome.

I had a blow out and had another tire I needed put on. The guys did a great job, they were fast and productive. I originally wanted them to patch the tire but Freddy showed me the damage and explained it in a way that I could understand instead of just trying to upsell me something. As a woman it s difficult finding reputable car maintenance places that won t take advantage. Thank you!

Excellent and quick service. I appreciate them being open until 8:30 pm on Thursdays. We had a flat tire and the car was looked at right away. The waiting room is new and very clean. I will definitely come back to this location for my cars needs.

Don t go anywhere else! While waiting for my rear tire to be repaired I watched Freddie and his team serve those wanting a full set of new tires and troubleshoot tire problems recurring following a customer s unsatisfactory visit elsewhere. The team is Courteous and friendly to all. My repair was completed in the time promised by Ray, a tire service legend. I recommend Freddie s team at Tire Kingdom.
