I've had my fair share of visits to various tire shops over my 26 years of driving, but Tire Choice stands out as the absolute best among them. Before I start this review, I have to say I ve never been so surprised the level of incapability witnessed at this specific tire choice. I originally brought my vehicle in to have break pads and discs changed. I was told by one of the employees that they could do the work on the side, cash if I bought the parts, which I did. After dropping off the parts, we exchanged personal contact information so I could be informed once the vehicle is ready for pick up. I got that text message a few hours later only to arrive back at tire choice, and Be advised that my vehicle had no brakes because they couldn t figure out how to make the sensors work again.The advisor told me that he did not recommend that I drive the vehicle so I then had to have my vehicle towed to a dealer to fix the mistake they made at tire choice.A few weeks prior to all of this, we took my wife s vehicle there to have the thermostat checked, since it was causing her vehicle to make loud noises. I was told that the sensors needed to be replaced so we paid $400 for that to be done. After my fiasco with my vehicle, my wife s car started to have the exact same issue of the loud fan. The SAME advisor told me, It was no longer the sensor and that I needed to replace the thermostats. I was reluctant, but proceeded with the work being done. I also asked that they change the brakes on my wife s vehicle because they ve been squeaking for some time now. Today I got a call saying that the vehicle is ready for pickup Only to see on my service receipt that no one had ever touched my wife s brakes.I am certain that I m not the only one who has experienced this low level of service. I would recommend that you find any other tire choice to deal with Because this location lacks follow-through and possibly leadership.

I went to Tire Choice for an oil change and tire check. It ended I needed 4 new tires. They had been losing pressure for quite some time. I suspected that I needed new tires because of the age of the tires. Ralph, the manager, helped guide me through what was best for my driving situation at a good price.Everyone was friendly and courteous. I diffently will be returning for any future service needs.

What a sales scam. One of my tires was losing pressure so I stopped in at Tire Choice to have them look at it. I was told they couldn t find anything wrong, but the tread was so thin on all my tires and I needed new ones so they didn t leak air. The tech never even removed my tire from my car to look at it. My tires have less than 20,000 miles on them. Left and went to Firestone and they found a nail and fixed my tire, said the tread looks great.

set up for 4 tires online and appointment next day. Showed up on time. tore was dirty, no coffee for customers, trash laying on floor, etc. Kept caller on hold while telling stories about Disney and Universal, etc. Tech watching videos on phone. Only 2 tires available. Asked to put them on the front wheels as one was about flat driving in. 30 min later noticed back wheels were off the car. Told tech that wrong wheels pulled. Then they put the one good wheel/tire from back on front and kept new tires on rear. This took 1 1/2 hours! Next looked at bill. Was more than what was shown online. Service tech said "prices online may not be the same"! HUH??? Tech said he'd order 2 tires, should be in same or next day. Will call me once in. 5 days later, no call, I had to call them. "Tires just arrived today..." DONE wtih them.

Made an oil change appt which included complimentary tire rotation. Picked up my truck, got home and realized my tires were not rotated. I marked my tires to make sure they were rotated and they were not. 2nd time this happened. After rotation I now have a grinding sound. Realized they put tire balance beads on inside of rim and it s rubbing the brake guard. Now I have to go back a 3rd time.Click to

Excellent shop! We had a flat and the front counter mgr was honest and advised best to get a new tire. He found a good tire at a good price and even got us in and out quickly! Thank you!!

I made an online appointment for a wheel alignment. The system confirmed a 3:30pm appointment. I received 2 texts confirming the appointment. I arrived and Tire Choice told me their wheel alignment guy leaves at 3pm. Brilliant. I won t ever try this place again.

I came in an hour before closing. Only two guys there and they got slammed. I was in my work van, picked up a screw and barely made it in. They got right on it and replaced (screw was on the sidewall/ edge and couldn't be repaired) the tire and I was finished and out the door in a very reasonable amount of time, under the circumstances. They were also very polite and professional from beginning to end even with getting so busy near closing time.Thanks guys!

Helped with a 2019 Kia that I brought in on a donut, Ralph (I think that was his name) was amazing in getting it taken care of. I highly recommend coming here as I ve ONLY been coming here for the past 2 years.

I called this store looking for a hard to find tire size and unfortunately we needed it ASAP (Saturday). The manager on duty was amazing! Not only did he locate the tires and offer to have them at his store TODAY, but also installed within a couple hours! And....he had the best price around! Great customer service at check out by the young man who mentioned a military discount and gave us an even better deal, all done with a smile. I will refer to you as long as this level of service continues! Great job!

Got and oil change here the other day. Tried to sell me a cabin air filter i dont need and tires i also dont need i bought the ones i have earlier this year.I wasnt gonna say anything but then i find an oil leak later on the week that they didnt bother to tell me about. Maybe try and sell me on a repair i need instead of things i dont.

We've taken our vehicles here for a few things. The gentleman are always nice. My husband got his tires here and I just took my trip to get my truck checked out for an issue. Now they did not find the issue and recommended me take it to the dealership because it's finding a wire problem which is understandable. I believe I spoke to Ralph and he was such a nice guy. He didn't charge me and very informative. I will always try to take my service there first before somewhere else. I'm writing this because I've seen some negative reviews for them and I don't know what the issue is but we've been there on several occasions and have gotten nothing but great experiences.

Third time that I post a review here! This company is a big company, pricey and not honest! I took my daughter vehicle to the store in Caoe Coral, FL, for a new battery, new wiper blades, and oil change, I paid for e everything and 2 days later my daughter's car died on her because they didn't change the battery that I paid for! I called the store and told them and with some attitude the guy and the mechanic just told me that "was a mistake" and that I have 2 options get a refund or go somewhere else and get a new battery. I feel that my money was stolen because how come the mechanic didn't check the paperwork to see what kind of work the car needs. I am afraid now that they didn't do the oil change either. Their customer service sucks, and the guy from the store has no manners to treat customers, and I let him know when I went back to the store. They forgot that without us, the customers they don't have a job, they forgot that the store is open because of customers like me that go there to get their cars repaired. I suggest anybody to stay away not only from that store but also from Tirechoice. I am going to make sure that my friends and family members never go to any of their stores! That's an Error and Omissions claim!!

I had a great experience at this Tire Choice the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the Bald Guy, that's his nickname, he's bald and has a beard. I had to go back have the tps checked and the lug nuts re-torqued, excellent customer service and an added bonus they're close to where I live. Thank you to all the staff there your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't recommend this place go somewhere else.They're a ripoff and would tell all kinds of craze stuff like it's because of your engine and why your alignment is out after they just did it. Also leaving one wheel in red and saying it's the new shock problem

the couple of times i ve had to come here, i ve been disrespected by the staff. there s one guy here in particular, i don t know his name, but he tried to tell me i never set an interview with him, after 3 days of setting an interview with him and online. there s one guy here i like, his name s josh. my most recent visit involving the rear passenger window not rolling back up and getting stuck, i had to bring the car in on 3 separate occasions (needed my car for work) and they didn t even fix the problem. told me the motor was bad, had to order a new one. motor arrived and was broken, so they ordered another. after the install, they re now saying the switch is bad, so i bring the car in again, they don t even install the switch, and they kept a screw, telling me i had to come back on monday (today) to retrieve them. each time i came to get the car, my door was left in pieces, screws and parts strewn about my back seat. charged around $420 and change, didn t fix the issue, and when i drive the car the next day, there s a nail embedded in the rear passenger tire. i will be taking my business and money elsewhere, this business scams. multiple lawsuits on public record back my experience. if you want quality customer service, and quality care for your vehicle, go somewhere else

Stopped in for a tire rotation on a Sunday and they were able to help me out on the spot. Josh is great, and the price was definitely fair!
