I just picked my car up from this shop yesterday after bringing it in to repair my brakes and to my surprise there was noticeable damage to the interior of my vehicle - animal droppings, the seal around my front passenger window was chewed through and so was the back driver side seatbelt. i then brought up the damage that happened to my vehicle while it was in their care and Ivonne claimed no one had been in the car or noticed the damage at all, basically refusing to take accountability for the damage. then, she had her husband call me to ask how he can help... only to then talk over me and make jokes about "catching the rat and charging it for the damage." I asked that they either repair the damages or reimburse me for the damages and he didn't agree to either of those things but instead tried to come up with any possible reason as to why it isn't their fault. He, just like his wife, was basically saying none of it is their responsibility and he even tried to imply that i caused the damage myself or i brought a rat to the shop in my car. He then said he doesn't know what's right and wrong when it comes to my car being in his possession because he's not a lawyer and i told him he may need a lawyer because i'm considering taking legal action for the damages. After I mentioned that, he became clearly bothered and annoyed so he continued to make jokes and speak over me instead of offering to rectify the situation. Regardless of who caused the damage or how it happened, the point is my car was their responsibility as long as it was in their possession and they refuse to acknowledge that. It was an EXTREMELY unprofessional exchange and I'll never recommend this shop to anyone nor would I go there again.

Got an appointment to get my car fixed, the very next day. We have taken several of our vehicles there and they do an awesome job fixing them. They are very honest and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend The Garage Total Car Care...

It is not often you can find a trustworthy shop to take your vehicle to for any kind of service. The Garage Total Car Care and all their staff are the exception. They are top notch all the way around. Great team! I highly recommend them!!

Not all garages will help you to understand what s going on with your car but here they take the time to make sure you clearly know what is needed. They will send photos or videos to show you their findings. They have been busy but it only means they are trusted and hard working. Affordable for what the vehicle requires yet they have financing to make sure you can get the car fixed. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them because genuine mechanics are hard to find. The front office receptionist is friendly and courteous. Thank you Garage. Manual vehicle. Wouldn't go into gear, just had the clutch replaced months prior. Had it towed to The Garage to diagnose, which they said they were able to drive it just fine somehow. Requested they take a look regardless- they told me it was the clutch and Flywheel. Was skeptical about the flywheel since it's not a component responsible for the application of actually changing gears but agreed to follow the experts. They were courteous enough to both to let me order the parts myself and hold my car in one of their bays for over a week until the parts arrived, which was very accomodating. The day after I ordered the flywheel and clutch they told me I also needed a new slave cylinder. Sure, ordered that too. Week and a day later I drop off the parts, had the wrong slave cylinder, they get me a new one over the weekend. Picked up the car Tuesday. Without running it by me, a tie rod end was replaced and charged for, no big deal but just would have liked to have been asked first. The only issue with that, my steering alignment had never been adjusted to compensate for the new part and was slightly off. Furthermore the clutch pedal felt extremely soft and was getting stuck, figured new parts needed breaking in so I didn't contact them immediately. A few days later after experiencing the issue still I called them asking about the clutch and steering alignment, they got me in for the next afternoon, and I dropped it off. After looking at it, they told me I also need a new clutch master cylinder. It is insane to me that they did all of that work, diagnosed multiple issues on different days, and somehow missed such a crucial component, maybe someone in the shop is a little confused as to what's going on? To top it off, the steering alignment from the part they installed without permission was never fixed. I do not believe their intentions to be malicious towards unknowing customers but rather just a lack of communication or knowledge as to what needs to be done. As far as customer service goes they are great, courteous, and Dina at the front desk definitely tries what she can and is willing to work with you, but just be wary of the work done.

Great Mechanics. Responsize and honest. They take care of me and are one of the few places I will allow to touch my vehicles. Give them a try. They are a small shop so they can take a bit sometimes but, it's worth being patient for the quality work. They won't try and upsell you on things you don't need either.

Great Service, moved the fender forward so we could open the passenger door. reshaped fender and bumper to original shape and corrected wheel well cover. Almost brand new. I am a big fan of Jose and his team.

Awesome customer service, this is what most car repair shops strive to be. Dina was very professional and got my Ford F150 repaired 3 days ahead of the anticipated completion date. I would recommend this co. to my family and friends.They were very professional, knowledgeable, did a fantastic job from an oil change to body work.Their shop is very clean.The employees and owners are very pleasant and go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.After the repair, my car was detailed. OMG, I love this place. They are honest and they know their stuff. The Boss, Yvonne, knows her way around an auto and she will not steer you wrong. I am impressed with their desire to solve your problem and not just present you with a bill. I met the master mechanic, Angel, and he is also wonderful. They are honest and I would recommend them to my family and friends. They are not like so many places today, where you go in for an oil change and they mysteriously find $500 worth of little problems that don't really need fixing, but they want you to know about them. If Yvonne cannot help you, she will refer you to someone who can. THANKS MUCH!!

Great service! We were stuck in Cape Coral coming from Orlando and although it was a Sunday, he still came to help us out just because he said he knows what it s like to be stuck somewhere. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a repair on their car. He seems highly knowledgeable, a quick worker, but also a perfectionist, and he charges a fair price. Would not hesitate to call him again.

Had such a wonderful experience. They did everything right, treated me with kindness and respect, and also were very reasonably priced. Got the job done fast, and let me know what needed to be fixed in the future without pushing me to get everything done at once. The only place I'm going from here on out :) Thank you guys for making getting my car fixed such a pleasant experience.

I stopped on Jan.3, 2017 because of a noise in my right front wheel. He was recommend by a relative of mine. His greetings right away made you feel that you came to the right place. He looked at my car right away. I was just going to make an appointment. Within 15 minutes he figured out what the problem was, but he continued to check to make sure he was right. His service and prices are the best around. I will definitely bring my car back when service is needed.

Gave them a call they quoted me on a price for installing a starter. When I get there they tell me it s twice as much as they told me over the phone and then claimed no one there told me that price. Very unprofessional place. the owner replied back to my review and basically called me a liar but she was the one I talked to on the phone. She was the one who pulled the bait and switch scam. I would recommend staying far away from this place. If they act like that to your face imagine what they do with your vehicle when you re not around. SCAM ARTISTS AT WORK!!

Took my car here to get looked at and maybe repaired if possible. Had my car there for 2 months didn t get a call or nothing. They did nothing didn t even help me jump start my car when I went to pick it up. not even a apology or a reason. The previous person I spoke with went to the back and didn t return to avoid talking to me! Smh so unprofessional it s ridiculous!! On top of all this the only reason I was doing this is cause step father died from Covid and I had to give my daily driver to my mom!!

Great service!!! Came out on a Sunday after he offered to come on Saturday evening even though it was already after 7pm. He gave this offer without having any previous customer relationship with me. I told him that I didn t like the price and that I would have Firestone look at it. He assured me that they would be much more expensive. Guess who had to call him the next day and say that he was right? He saved me money and completed the job. He even checked my fluids and noticed that I needed oil. Too bad I didn t find him 2 1/2 years ago because I could ve used a dependable mechanic. I wasted so much money going to Firestone because I didn t know the area. I have to get an oil change prior to my move next week and even though he s in Cape, I will be going there to get it done.

Very impressed. Jose was able to help us straight away and did an excellent job. Especially impressed with his troubleshooting that saved us hundreds over the dealership (and was done in 20 mins rather than a two day wait). Definitely will call again when we have any issues. Thank you!

What a absolutely great experience!My wife's range rover had the wheel bearing go out and it was completely undriveable . I work out of town and needed it fixed in a pinch. I called 8 different mobile mechanics this morning and all of them had 10 different reasons why they couldn't make it today or were super overpriced.When I called " The garage total car care"He said I'll get it fixed today and I promise i'll have you back on the road. What a refreshing conversation after hearing all the others with the same answerI can't help today and some saying not until next week.He showed up on time, very friendly and professional,Has a great set up with any tool you could need and got right to work and did a fantastic job and was not rushing but completed the job quickly.He is a very good mechanic and takes pride in his work.He will with out a doubt be who I or my wife call for any future repairs.Thanks !

SCAMMERS!! I wish I read the review first. They have a track record of bad installs when the customer brings their own parts. I had a 4 wheel brake job done by their mobile mechanic services. A week later the pad was worn to the metal and grinding into the rotor. How incompetent does the mechanic have to be to install the pad incorrectly, or do they do it on purpose so you have to go back and they double charge you for the labor. Either way, they are horrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

There s a reason their prices are cheapTook my son s car to have the AC compressor replaced. I provided the part, all they had to do was install it. Sounds easy enough for a competent mechanic, right?They installed the compressor using only 2 bolts, one of which was too short. A month after the compressor was installed, the bracket broke, which also threw the belt and caused the car to overheat.Pay a little more and take your vehicle to a reputable shop.

Yvon did an outstanding job of diagnosing and then fixing an oil leak on my BMW. She then cleaned up all the spattered oil underneath my car--all at a very reasonable price. I have found my car mechanic for all future car repairs, both foreign and domestic, as well as for my oil changes. Mike Johnson

I have an "oldie-but-goodie" Olds Cutlass Wagon that had a constellation of problems. At one time I really thought I may have to "have it put down". But with only 77,000 original miles on it, that would have been very sad. Jose was like a super hero flying in from above to save the day. He had patience and expertise beyond any mechanic I've ever met. It took a lot of elbow grease and trial and error but in the end he and his lovely wife came through with flying colors and got my girl back on the road as good as new. All this without breaking the bank! Fair and honest. Explaining every step of the way. This business has a new lifetime client. I will never go anywhere else!!!Looks like I am unable to add a new review. But I have more to say about this excellent auto repair team! We have a second 'oldie but goodie' vehicle that we had a problem with and as before, Jose came to our rescue with a big smile on his face. We are growing to love this gentle, thoughtful person more each time we meet with him. You will never find a more sincere and honest mechanic with a bigger heart and generosity beyond measure.

They were fabulous. Not only curious, they were friendly. I actually saw how they replaced my belt that had snapped just a few hours prior. I will going back so they can make an assessment on my vehicle to make the necessary repairs.

Because I have a background in electronics and mechanics, I typically try to fix most things myself. However, sometimes it becomes a matter of time versus money. I own a Kia Spectra, which they no longer make. The starter on this vehicle is in the location that is difficult to access. I purchased the starter online as I typically do, but while searching the Internet I found that people were complaining about how difficult the job is. So, after a few weeks of wasting time and money, I decided to look for somebody professional who could do the job. I got some referrals, but no one would even answer their phone. Finally, I came across Jos�, who was advertising on the Internet and decided to give him a crack at the job. Jos� came to my home with his van that is a rolling workshop. I negotiated a price with Jos� to do both the starter and the valve cover gasket that also needed replacing. He quoted me a price which was exactly what I wanted to pay. To my amazement, Jos� got the entire job done in less than an hour. I don t think there s many of these cars left on the road, but Jos� did the job like he had done thousands. Jos� is extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I plan to do a lot more work with Jos� in restoring this old Kia that I bought brand-new back in 2004. Thanks again Jos�. I have found Jose, Julian, and the rest to be very trustworthy and honest. We have been working through some difficult issues on my car and I have found them to really try to work through all of them, even sending me get my issues further diagnosed at a dealer.
