A co-worker referred me here because I have an 04 Honda shadow and as seen in the pictures, I had a slight leak coming from an unknown area and I was only getting about 50mi to the TANK. It s a 3gal tank incl. reserve. I dropped her off Tuesday, 12/13/22, and was told it most likely needed a carb rebuild which could take up to two hours. I did a follow-up call the following Tuesday, 12/20/22 after not hearing anything and was told it was currently on the lift and would be ready tomorrow at the latest. When I picked my bike up, I was told that 4 spark plugs had been replaced, the fuel line was flushed, and new gas was put into the tank. This added an additional hour($120/labor) and $37 in parts to the total cost which was unexpected since I didn t receive a phone call asking if the extra work was okay to do. I m satisfied with how my bike runs, sounds, and feels now, just disappointed I was not given the courtesy call in case the extra money wasn t feasible. On a positive note, the cleaned the residue off of my pistons and while I was there I inquired about ordering new foot pegs and Chris said they just had some donate/dropped off (Don t remember exactly) so I asked if they were for sale. We went to my bike to check the fit and he gave them to me free of charge. Overall, I m satisfied but will be hesitant about future business.

Found this establishment while I was searching in the neighborhood and decided to bring my wife's H-D Fatboy for some repair work. The red engine light was on and I knew it needed some maintenance. It would start then the engine would shut down. So I visited the shop and talked to Pope who works at the counter, he said to speak with Chris who was able to schedule an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the motorcycle, I will return to this shop again in the future for any other repairs or maintenance issues. Chris also tossed in a couple t-shirts for us being patient with the repair work and time.Update:Wanted to give some credit about this mechanic Austin that works here. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he made sure that I knew what services that he performed on the motorcycle.

I noticed a rattle coming from my exhaust on my 2012 Limited, looking under the motorcycle I noticed a bracket supporting the exhaust had broken. I called Soul Rebel and asked about bringing the bike in for repair. I then decided I could just take off the part myself and I called, and they told me to bring the broken part in and they would see if they can repair or replace. I took the part in and a few hours later they called and said it was fixed. I went back over, and they handed me the part and told me NO CHARGE. In this day and age, that type of service is rare. I sent a text this morning thanking them again and letting them know they have a new customer.

From my first phone call just to go in & get some primary oil, they were so nice I scheduled a installation of a backseat & sissy bar. They scheduled it for the next business day & I got it back the same day. The prices are lower than everyone else as well. I referred my Uncle there and he showed up same time I dropped my bike off & he called to say "they are awfully nice in there".. I give them 10sstars & will be a frequent customer

Took my 98 Heritage Springer in for a complete check. Bike was leaking oil and running rough. Pope kept me informed about progress and findings. Two days and it was ready and running better than it has in years! Very grateful for the excellent service and quality work. It is not easy to find a place that will care for your bike as much as you do but Soul Rebel is the place. My highest recommendation if you are looking for a reputable place to get your bike serviced!

Would highly recommend! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely thorough!! Made my bike sing and ride better than it ever has. Completely ON POINT! So happy and safe on the road now thanks to Pope and his fine staff!!! Thank you Soul Rebel Cycle!!!

Sole Rebel Cycle is my one stop to keep my motorcycle on the road and a joy to ride. I recently purchased a 2009 Rocker C. Unfortunately, as I looked for a certified Harley Dealership to look over my purchase, most dealerships in Lee and Collier County told me that bikes over 10 years old won t be worked on. I even had one call me two weeks AFTER I left them a message to say 6 months till they could look at my bike!The knowledgeable sales staff at Soul Rebel Pope, Chris and Eric were glad to step in and help after I explained what I needed. They reviewed with me what my bike needed first and suggested preventative maintenance that the previous owner had not done.What makes Soul Rebel stand head and shoulders above all other dealerships is that they stand behind their service. I had to bring my bike back in for a slight adjustment. The staff had me in at the first available time that was convenient for me and out the door and back on the road the next day.I have been in Customer Sales and Service for over 35 years myself, and having a team of professionals you can count on to take care of your investment is priceless. I don t work on motorcycles for a living, they do...and they do it well. Was having some front break issues on my 2006 Electra Glide and they got my bike right in and rebuilt both front calipers. I dropped it off around noon and picked it up at 4:30PM. I ll be going back.

Had my kickstand cut and welded for my ninja 400 by 2inches and they did an amazing job!! My bike has a perfect lean and the kickstand looks amazing! I will be brining my 2nd bike once I lower it. Great service, knowledgeable staff. Great pricing! Quick turn around. Thank you!

Needing a o ring looking all over autoshops and not finding one. I had passed by and turned around. Luckily they were nice enough to help me even though they were five minutes from closing. Searching the whole shop they found me the exact fit! I appreciate there help now I have my bike uo and running. Thank you Soul Rebel Cycles and the employee who was persistent in helping me, your the man!

My son brought his 2013 Softail Slim in for tires, came back the next day, they could not find the key for the bike, they test drove it told us to leave the key with the bike left it on the brake lever, they did find it in the road, but we worked out a deal so chalk it up as oops. Had the front tire put on, rode it to Tennessee, on the way home the tire went flat, called them they said sorry about your luck you drove it 600 miles, we are here at a Harley shop they said the tube was pinched when installed and that was the issue. 2 strikes. Won t bring any bike we own here. Idk how these shops can charge what they do and not do things right the first time. Word of advice, yes Harley dealers are expensive but they stand behind their work. I know there are good bike shops out there but my experience with two non Harley service shops has been bad.

While riding to Florida to visit my dad, I began to have an issue with my bike.When I arrived to Cape Coral, I proceeded to take my bike to Ft Myers Harley dealer to fix the issue. They refused to work on my bike because of the age of it(05 Ultra Classic). I was recommended by someone to Soul Rebel Cycles. I advised Soul Rebel Cycles of my issue and time frame. They advised me to bring it over and they would get it fix before I needed to go back Illinois. Soul Rebels Cycle finished the job two days before I left. I wanted to thank them for great overall service. I will proudly promote their business. Thank you again

First time going there looking for parts fo a 2004 road king that I was having trouble finding. They treat you like they known you forever and helped with all my questions. Great bike shop for the brotherhood

Took my classic Honda in there a few years ago for some $1k valve work. I provided a complete gasket set they used all but the bottom most gasket cutting corners in the job resulting in the most difficult gasket needing replacement at the bottom. They only agreed to redo the job after I threatened them with a law suit. They promised there could be issues with the pistons or something going back in. I'm not sure exactly what the blond/orange owner was talking about. Sounded fishy. Well low and behold they return it to me with "issues" resulting in noises. I gave up on the bike til eventually had someone dig inside to inspect and guess what they found in there? A Harley bolt just hanging out in the cylinder head. The black haired co-owner in the back probably just "oops" dropped it in there accidently. Even if... Here's your review of their work and service

Soul Rebel Cycles is a great motorcycle shop. They always have awesome stuff to check out and work with some of the most amazing talent in the area. Professional customer service and expert mechanics are the culture here and the owner is a trust-worthy example of how to run a garage. Kudos guys! Thanks for all of the help!!

Had 2 different Bikes worked on here both times they did a great job and get you in and out same day. No holding your bike for weeks waiting to look at diagnose it. Fantastic shop. I figured it was gonna be a typical HD Indy shop that doesn t wanna wrench on anything that s not a cruiser, but I was totally wrong!Pope helped me get some new tires on my Honda CB1100, and a spare tube for a rare/unique rear tire size.Thanks, and you guys will be my one stop shop for maintenance I don t dare try and do myself.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

I wound up here from a recommendation from a friend. I had some problems with another repair shop, American Cycles on Pine Island. Soul Rebel from the start was very helpful and informative. They repair the bike quickly, afterward they took the time to show me a few things to check on the bike just for knowledge base. I had to go back a second trip a week later because I did something to the bike. Again, no different, VERY helpful, informative. This place has EXCELLENT customer service. I live in Naples and drive over an hour to take my bike to Soul Rebel cycles and I have been going to this shop for over 5 years! They always do a great job and you will not beat their prices. Chad and Erik treat everyone like a friend, not just a customer. I tell everyone I know that rides to take their bikes to them.

Chris and his team took care of the first oil change for my 2022 Royal Enfield Meteor. They did a great job all around. The guys over at Haus of Bikes in Fort Myers recommended these guys without hesitation (I didn't want to venture all the way over to Fort Myers service since I am a beginning rider), so needed to find a reputable Cape bike shop. I'll be taking my bike to them for the second service too. Lucky to have these guys here in the Cape!Service: Oil change

These guys are great. I ve had my 2005 Sportster there twice. They are more reasonably priced than a dealer and do just as good if not better work. They are polite, professional and respectful and they explain the work they did. As a fairly new rider, Chris took the time to explain to me things about my bike I did not know. I had these guys work on my bike they were great so when it came time to look for a new 1 I came here. Worked with Zack on my new 2020 sportster and love it. The process was easy as pie. They charge 120 for full hour of work, so expect at least $60 for repair. But they don't scam on parts or materials it seems. They answered everything I asked on the phone. Always available to answer. Helped me find a tow. Helped me find shipping. Friendly service from Chris and Pope

I moved to Cape Coral 2 years ago and don't trust a lot of people to do the work on my motorcycle but I found these guys and they are the real deal and the best ...will not take it any where else but Soul Rebel Cycles...they work on any make and model ...love it ...keep up the great work guys :)

They are different than the typical small motorcycle shop, they have a good vibe (all are welcome) and the young guy, forgot his name..longer hair, seems to run the place is great, great vibe! They did a great job on my tires and quickly fixed a small error. As a small business person all my life I get the issues. However, to improve the vibe even more I would ditch the negative signs they have up. If you have to point it out its already too late. Do the job of avoiding it with simple procedures. I will go back and am happy I found them. Good people!!
