If you value your time, do not bring your car here for service. I waited 2 weeks to bring my 2018 van in for 60,000 mile maintenance. At the time of the appointment they gave me a 2:30 pm time. I had stated that I didn't want to leave it overnight because I live out of it for travel. When I questioned such a late start and would they be able to finish in time. They also said their mechanics leave at 4:30.I spent 2 days rearranging everything so the mechanics could do the work to be done. When I arrived, the person Lisa I was to check in with was nowhere around. When she finally showed up and I explained that I scheduled the 60,000 mile maintenance, she had me down for an oil change and rotation of tires (which I had already done at COSTCO). When I said what about drain and fill engine cooling system and replace brake fluid which is recommended, she said it could wait till the 72,000 mile schedule. If you do bring your car in, make sure the scheduler understands and listens to what you are asking for and also communicates with the garage what the job entails.Because of their stupid mistake, I have to start this process again, which has seriously affected my travel plans and reservations with no compensation!

Quick turn around to get a senior the care back after the two. Good size job to replace the Master Brake cylinder and car was ready next day. Parts were in stock. Expensive, but necessary. Very happy with this dealership and will return for any and all future reasons. Highly recommend!! Plus picked us up and took us back to get our car. Utmost best customer Service from beginning to end.

I was shopping around for a while and came to Roger Dean and was very satisfied right away with how their customer service was. Brent helped me through finding the right truck for the price I wanted. He made it a very enjoyable and comfortable process compared to a lot of places I checked around at. I would recommend them to anyone in the market looking for a new car, Brent s the man!

From the moment we met Ben in the showroom until we left new Corvette owners the experience was so easy and pleasant! Ben was absolutely terrific. He was so helpful and pleasant and kind. He even offered some of his lunch to me because I was hungry!! We have been buying cars for over 40yrs and this experience was the best. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of the other's involved in our purchase but everyone provided exceptional service. Thank you!

I have been here more than I would have liked over the past year. I believe 8 visits to date. New car problems. Depending on who you get from service you may or may not get a response at all. There s been several times I feel like they just forget to follow back up with me. If you are calling in for sales you will get called/texted asap but for anything else good luck. Over all they have taken care of me over and over again but I feel like it s been with an attitude.

I came in to get a diagnostic to see if I was able to qualify for a recall letter I got in the mail. I was upfront about having a branded title and was not told that that would disqualify me for this part. I wish I would have been told that as I had to pay for a diagnostic check for nothing - while the tech already knew I wouldn t qualify. If I had known I wasn t qualified I would never have scheduled an appointment and paid $133.

We purchased used 2021 High Country Silverado from Roger Dean. The sales manager, John, and our salesperson, Sam Spencer, were amazing. We are happy with our truck and the purchase was fair and easy. I would have rated the experience with 5 stars if not for the fact that when the truck was purchased by Roger Dean, the previous owner only provided them with one key fob and no keys for the bed cover. Roger Dean had 2d key fob for us but we had to schedule appointment with service department to have them "program" the fob was going to be 2 weeks after we purchased the truck. That seems ridiculous. Fortunately, the dealership was able to obtain the 2d key FOB AND the bed cover keys from the original seller. Unfortunately, I had already ordered replacement bed cover keys. Other than the issues with keys, we are VERY VERY happy with the dealership and our experience.

I requested that they inspect my vehicle in order to determine if there was any water damage from hurricane Ian. Insurance company was trying to save as much money as possible. I begin experiencing all kinds of electrical issues the day after the hurricane. I paid these folks a couple hundred bucks and was told that there was no intrusion. I begged to differ and requested the inspection paperwork, so I could see what all defects (and areas inspected) they had found. I was told that the service advisor who had assisted me (Billy) no longer worked there (this was a week later) and that he would be the only one that could provide me that information. I laughed, thinking it was a joke and the lady on the phone hung up on me. I would recommend going elsewhere. The reason I am giving three stars instead of one is because they were able to get me in pretty quickly and were prompt in returning the vehicle. Insurance company walked away happy, service department walked away happy and paid, and the customer walked away with a sore poop shoot.

I ve been in and out of the dealership for the last few years slowly making my decision, he s always made me feel valued and he helped me work through my trade in seamlessly. He was very helpful and quick to work through a few issues the car had after delivery. He knows his product and business.

Around 5 pm went down there to get information on a shop truck due to lost records. Once I showed registration Lisa was very helpful and printed out everything I needed. Also she was able to give me a last minute estimate on the timing belt for the truck. Nice to see a place that has been around for ever still have great people who work there.

Absolutely awful experience in particular Mike. Dropped my car off on Thursday night. The appointment was Friday morning. I called around 3pm to get an update waited for 20 minutes and then sent to Mike voicemail. Call again at 430pm and waited until I spoke to someone and this individual sent me to Mike voicemail again. I heard nothing back that night. Saturday I called around 2ish and heard nothing again. Requested to speak to a manager around 3pm, Lisa was very helpful and gave me an update and followed up again at 2pm. Parts were needed to be ordered I was told maybe Monday or Tuesday. Heard nothing either days and finally received a text Wednesday PM stating it was ready. I picked my car up on Thursday. I had no explanation or apology.All Mike had to do was keep me updated as what the latest so I can make plans to get a ride to work or what was going on. I will never deal with him again and probably will not use this store again. Very disappointing, An apology from him would have gone a long way but nothing.

Friendly staff. John in-service communicated with me very well. They had the car ready sooner than expected. They sent the shuttle to pick me up and take me to get my car. I ll definitely bring my car back to Roger Dean for servicing.

Everything went smooth but my only minor issue is to do better with determining time it will take to complete service. I was told it would take about an hour but it ended up being 1 hr 40 minutes.I had no problem waiting and Lisa was wonderful

Lisa and Rich in your service department were fantastic! We are snowbirds from Indiana. Our brand new Traverse died in traffic near Costco in Ft. Myers. GM towed it to your dealership. They got the vehicle repaired quickly, and, provided us with a loaner. We can t say enough good things about Lisa and Rich. Great to work with. They made a bad situation fun!

We have purchased several vehicles through Roger Dean, and every experience has been amazing. They get you through your paperwork and into your new car/truck faster than other dealerships. We dealt with Vinny on multiple occasions, and he is extremely great and easy to work with. He is there for the customer, not the commission. I would highly recommend Roger Dean Chevrolet to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicles. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

I called and made an appointment to get a check engine light looked at. As well as an outlet in my truck that stopped working. They were doing an oil change while it was there. When I showed up the gentleman informed me that his guy only did oil changes. It was a waste of my breath to plead my case with him. This is not the only bad encounter I have had here. I feel they could do a lot to train their employees better in customer service. As this gentleman was very rude and would not let me speak to let him know I made the appointment specifically to look into my issues. The oil change was just a bonus to me.

Absolutely horrible. Dropped my truck for a 9am appointment that I waited over 2 weeks for. I had to call at 3pm to find out what s going on. He says we have 7 techs out for being sick so we can t get to it today! So I leave for overnight as requested and noon next day I call to find out if it s finished and he states he is sorry but they do not have the transmission fluid to do a flush as scheduled! The other guy says yes we do it s back here, we ve been using this. Apparently not the proper fluids so I will not but returning ever with my vehicle.

My review is specific to service. I've been to Roger Dean 3 times for service. It seems like a sweatshop compared to what I'm used to in Colorado. The initial appointment call was too simple and cookie cutter. The initial in-person appointment (and follow ups) the service person is just figuring out what I need while I stand there at the counter. I've had multiple visits due to a simple task not being completed correctly. There was no sense of accountability for lack of quality and wasted trips. If you ever had the sense that the "service" person is only keying in on a few words and the rest is just noise to them, this is that place. My next trip to have service performed on my car will be at a different local dealer. I'll post a review on that one when I experience it.

Brent was amazing help from the first call. Always responded to my texts or calls when I needed anything and did his best to take care of me anyway he could! Everyone involved made it a quick transaction to get me back on the long ride home which was such a relief. All in all, awesome truck, great deal, and would recommend y all to anyone that asks in the future.

Honestly would rate 0 star if it would let me. Everyone in the service department is beyond rude and miserable. They clearly hate being there and make it known they want nothing to do with you. One of the employees actually said and i quote "i don't want anything to do with you right now." To be fair, i wouldn't be here if my brand new truck wasn't having problems. Each person i spoke to on the phone claims they know nothing. Very unprofessional staff and quite embarrassing for the dealership. If i was in sales there and knew my co workers treated my clients this way i'd leave immediately. I will NEVER buy a commercial vehicle from this deale5rship again due to the service departments level of disrespect, lack of empathy and unprofessionalism. Disgusted that i ever bought this truck from this dealership. Im also forced to have more interactions with them because my warranty isn't up for another 20,000 miles. Avoid them at all costs.

Had an issue with my 2018 Chevy Silverado that I bought 4 yrs ago from Rodger Dean Chevrolet. They have always been amazing. This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from them and my farther has purchased 4 or 5 here. The 2018 Silverado's transmission failed with only 57000 miles on it. I know this is not their fault as I purchased it used. I took it in and they put in a new one for a good price but didn't change the oil and rotate the tires like I asked them to. I called the same day as I was driving home, left a message about this and they never called me back. I know once I call they will take care of it but I'm a little disappointed that while the vehicle was there they didn't take care of this request for me. Other than that everyone at Roger Dean has been amazing. Especially Mickey in the used vehicle dealership department. I highly recommend this business and if you're looking for a used vehicle, ask for Mickey he will take care of you.

I came in for my first service on my 2023 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax, the sign states in your waiting area that all fluids will be topped off and DEF Blue would be topped off as well as tire rotation. When driving to my house after the service, I scrolled to DEF Blue on my screen, it was low, wind shield wiper fluid was low, no tire rotation. The driver seat was adjusted and never adjusted back to my height. The sales staff when I bought my car was great. Service writer was great. I realize it s hard to find good help. I m hoping they actually did the oil change. Your reception at the check out desk was rude as well. I will not be going back unless it s something for a warranty issue. I ll do the oil change and service the fluids myself. I wanted so bad to trust a local dealer.

Had the pleasure of purchasing my First Chevrolet Silverado from Brent at Roger Dean. This was the best car buying experience I personally have had. Brent was courteous to myself, my wife, and even helped entertain my kids during the finance contracts. Brent was such a pleasure to buy a vehicle from, after having the worst experience at a near by chevrolet dealership. Brent and Roger Dean have earned themselves a loyal customer!
