Extremely pleased with the service provided here. Gino was accommodating and knowledgeable. He was juggling multiple tasks and taking care of many customers at the same time. He does a great job, go see him. The work was done in a timely manner and done well! I will absolutely be back when my vehicles need any work done. Thank you

The guys were nice and helpful. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need (which was a huge relief) and they even got a good story to tell from my interaction and handled it with such grace! (Sorry for the trauma but thank you for removing the rodent!). I will hands down recommend them for anyone needing car maintenance!

Deno was at the desk. Very courteous and polite as well as helpful. They test drove my car and figured out the issue and fixed it within hours. Fair and truthful. Recommend them to everyone now.Thanks for your honesty

I highly recommend Rapid Tire and Auto!!I was visiting family for a week and I had an issue with my drivers side under body splash guard shield cover coming loose. I m from Indiana and had a 14 hr drive ahead of me. I was concerned to get on the road without having someone check my car out.The gentleman at this business were very pleasant. They were able to get my car on the lift. He observed the damage, then stated part of the plastic piece broke and he made sure it was secure. I was in and out in 15 mins.I will definitely return if I have an other issues with my vehicle. Thanks again!!

Rapid tire and Auto is always to my rescue. From tires to my oil changes. Their prices can't be beat. Friendly staff and always done in the time frame they tell you. I love these guys and I dont trust just anyone with my vehicles. They are Top Notch. If you go, Tell them Christine sent you.

I have complete faith in the staff at Rapid Tire and Auto. I needed an oil change and wanted my belt, tensioner, and idler replaced. I also asked them to find this mysterious coolant smell. It turned out to be loose clamps. They were kind enough to address this small issue. Additionally, they are just unbelievably nice. In the end, I recieved great service at a fair price. Thank you Geno, Johnny, Chris, and Doyle. You guys are awesome!

I can not thank these guys enough. I was in a quite the predicament with my vehicle. As a disable veteran and single momma of 4, these guys went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them. I am most certainly making them my home from here on out.

Took my truck in about a year ago for a flat tire , geno had it fixed for free. I have been waiting for another opportunity to bring him some real business. I brought my 73 super beetle in to swap out the stock rims with some custom wheels. I failed to realize that I needed some wheel spacers for the front disc brakes. My mistake cost genos guys some time and labor but he didn't charge me again. I finally got all the right parts and the job was completed at a great price. You don't find this kind of great customer service around anymore. I would highly recommend Rapid tire and auto to anyone. Several of my friends use them. Thanks to Geno and his crew!

These guys are the best!!! When no one wanted to take care of a flat tire I had in my Mercedes, these guys didn t even hesitate, and took care of the problem right away. They are truly no nonsense, don t sugarcoat the pill and their business is truly to take care of your problem and get you back on the road.I know I have found the only establishment that will ever touch my car!!!!Consider me a customer for life, and will recommend it over and over again!!Service: Tires

Woke up this morning and discovered a screw in my tire, so I decided to try Rapid Tire and Auto. What a great experience! Not only did Gino and Doyle immediately take my car in but they offer the patch service free of charge. When I asked why they did that, Gino said that it's their way of supporting/giving back to our community. I also admire the fact that they extend discounts to veterans and first responders. This is a clean, professional shop that actually cares about it's customers. Highly recommend!

I m used to changing oil on my own but figured with a place that had all 5-star reviews, I d give it a shot. Well, it s easy to see why they have all 5 stars. They communicated clearly about all expectations of the appointment and got a synthetic oil change, oil filter change, and tire rotation for my truck for $90. Did not say a single thing about other services or try to upswell. Friendly staff and was in and out quickly. Can get rid of my oil drain pan, funnels, and old oil sitting at my house. I ll be going here for all future services.

Amazing experience the best people around! Would highly recommend. I come here for all my tire needs. Their customer service is amazing. The guys here are awesome, very knowledgeable and informative. They get the work done at a reasonable price. Went in for an oil change and they discovered 2 other issues, showed me exactly what was wrong and walked me through the cost for repair. No gimmicks no extras, straight forward and honest.

Stopped by to get my tires rotated and I had 2 tires with nails in them from work. I made an appointment for the for the followingday. I came in 30 min.early and they took my car right in. It took maybe 30 min. Came out and handed me the keys and said have a good day. Asked well how much do I owe you he said nothing.That it was their way of take care of and helping of our community. Well I was speechless.What breath of fresh air... How thoughtful is that.The waiting area was also pleasantly nice and comfortable.
