Always had good experience with Jason, but this past Saturday March 30th, went to have a tire checked before going out of town for Easter. I bought tires from this store 6 months ago and they keep losing air pressure, nothing in tire, so possible bad valve stem or tire lost its seal. Mind you I have road hazard for the tires and warranty. Manager on duty refused to check my tire and told me I would have to come back on Tuesday. I guess my coverage I paid for meant nothing. Also was told I had to have an appointment. In past when this has happened Jason said to just bring it in and they would get it taken care of. So I made an appointment for later that Saturday when it showed online availability, wouldn t you know, manager on duty called and left message that he moved it to Tuesday. So made another appointment for 8am Sunday morning, first of the day, and again that same manager called and moved it to Tuesday. Don t recall managers name but shouldn t be hard to check schedule

Great experience. Was able to get me in and finished in same day. Jason was very pleasant and openly talked about my car and showed great customer service. My next experience will no doubt be here again. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks again Jason.

These guys have given me the VIP treatment. I have had several visits and recently my car need more work than they could give it, but Dillon and Austin have been so helpful to me that I won't take my care anywhere else. As well as being great ambassadors, the area also knowledgeable.

horrible experience. my car was there FIVE AND A HALF HOURS for an oil change and simle tire repair. THEY NEVER got to it. they said i could wait for it, after an hour it was still in the parking lot. 4 hours later still in the lot. you have a hundred other choices in cape coral for car repair. go there before you go to pep boys.

This is truly the only place I feel comfortable taking my car to for maintenance. The staff is awesome, super friendly and they never make me feel pressured into spending money to fix unnecessary issues, which has happened to me before at other places. I took my car for an oil change a few days ago and I didn't know I had a nail in my tire and they patched it up for me for no extra cost. I will always take my car here for repairs- thank you guys for being amazing!

There was an issue with my order not being available in full but I accepted an alternate set with lower warranty. Was compensated for the difference with road hazard and a discount on installation. Worked out favorably. Highly recommended. 2nd time purchasing tires here and would use this shop again. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Going in, I had always avoided Pep Boys, not sure of their quality of service. However, when I needed a front end alignment in our 2012 Cadillac, my MOST TRUSTED auto mechanic recommended Pep Boys - so I went with them. And the experience was excellent. They were pleasant and efficient. Would now recommend Pep Boys in Cape Coral for their quality service.

Went in to see what was wrong with my car since the engine light came on, paid for an inspection and full diagnostic, after getting my car back they said that the serpentine belt was cracked so I had paid to get that fixed, after they said everything was fixed I left the shop and not even 2 hours went by my engine had cut off while I was driving . Came back for them to say there was a little dirt inside the intake/exhaust I barely understood be careful they will try to use big words to confuse you and make it seem like they know what they are talking about. I ended paying up to $1424 because I wanted my tired and brakes changed too. Mind you i come to find out after that I needed my rotors replaced which know one had told me about which caused my vehicle to shake and vibrate when I started braking. They made me pay $353 for that even though they should ve told me beforehand. This place is a government scam operation DO NOT TRUST THEM my first red flag was when I came in and the window blinds were FILTHLY! Dirt,bacteria, and dust everywhere LISTEN TO YOUR REDFLAGS! this place needs to be shut down immediately

Very bad experience again. It has been almost 2 hours since they received the car and even though there was only one other car it has been more than 30 minutes since they offered to finish the job. There was another very nice worker, really the only nice one in that store. He was not in charge of anything and they did not provide the service to him. I don't understand.

Well Done, great staff and professional set-up. thanks, TrentFOLLOW-UP VISIT; DIFFERENT ISSUE:I ran over a nail / screw yesterday evening; low air pressure light came on and I drove straight to the Pep Boys on Del Pardo in Cape Coral. I arrived late and they were busy but they pulled my truck right in and fixed my issue. Amazing level of customer service! Thank you All! great People, from the store manager to the tech! 5+ Stars! The guy who helped me was a jerk from the second I got there. I asked how long it would take and he said it will take as long as it takes. I said I saw a lower price online and he gave me an attitude about that too. I had a 10:00 appointment and I waited until 11:10 when I just gave up and left. I'm not sure why they bother making appointments if they're not going to honor them. The other guy who was waiting on people seemed quite a bit better at his job but unfortunately the guy who waited on me had no idea what customer service is.

Absolutely don't go there. I went there for a screw in my tire. I asked if I could get a oil change also. He took a picture of my miles. I showed him the screw.While I was there an elderly man was asking about his car. The manager said we had to give his person a lunch break. This wS 3pm. The elderly man said it was supposed to be ready. It's been an hour. I asked how long would mine be . He said 30m. I received a call it was ready for pick up. I was charged $80 my first time going there that is with 25%off. I drove off all of my warning lights were on. So I brought it back. They never fixed the tire. The mechanic said the lights were on. I said they weren't on when I gave it to them. The manager took the picture of my dash. And said he didn't notice any warning light. I told him there were no lights. He denied witnessing any lights. I said just reset them. Already along story. I ask to speak with the manager. All e of the employees refused to give me the supervisors work phone number to complain next week. I told them I was recording their responses of refusals, due infractions. They refused to fix my tire. (Plug) it was on the tread not the wall. A am a military man of 28 years. I would not send any person there. Everyone needs their jobs I get that. When I left. 2 men were laying down doing nothing and 3 were in the office doing nothing.Don't go there

Tires seem fine, guy at front was nice but the back was ridiculously slow. I scheduled an appointment and was told 1:30 minutes, after 1:45 minutes, only one tire was mounted. Now 2:45 minutes after my appointment I am being checked out and told that they didn t have time to get to the free alignment check I was promised and it would be another 45 minutes if I wanted to wait. I m sure that would have really been another 90 minutes. For what I am paying for four tires, this experience should have been much easier and with my time considerations respected.

I'm very satisfied with my visit to Pep Boys. I was a little early for my appointment but very soon my vehicle was taken in and serviced. The two managers Jeff & Jason were very friendly and professional. By opening a Pep Boys credit card I was able to save $50. from my Synthentic oil change service and I had another coupon for 25% off. I was very happy especially since my Lexus dealer quoted me $180.00 more for the same service. My next service will be done at Pep Boys in Cape Coral. Thank you!

Got here for a 9am appointment at 8:45. Front door was locked despite saying open. Several staff standing in the lobby looking at me, nobody bothered to unlock the door. So I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting to be let in. Up walks an employee coming in to work, opens the door, and goes right in. The staff inside never bothered to let me know they unlocked the door, just let me stand outside waiting.Once inside I was treated as if I was a bother, not a customer. I waited 30 minutes (not terrible) and was told my tire couldn t be patched and had to be replaced. He asked if I had the roadside warranty to cover the cost. I wasn t sure, so he told me to call the other store and find out myself. He told me that most people are too cheap to get it so I probably didn t have it. I called and found I did have the service.When I came back inside the store to let Jose know, he was out in the bay assisting others to build shelves. I know all of them saw me, but they continued to work on the shelf. I have a photo of this I went and stood by the desk and waited 10 minutes while they built the shelf. Jose looked into the office and saw me standing there several times, as did other staff. It wasn t until I stuck my head out the door and asked for some assistance that Jose came in.With him came another employee who was kind and explained everything (no name tag). Jose spoke to several people on the phone who were asking for service. He made it abundantly clear that it would be an all day wait and if they wanted to drop the vehicle off, just be here to pick it up by 5 because that s when they close. Jose has a serious lack of customer service and needs coaching on this or a non-customer service role here.I don t normally write these reviews, but this experience left such a bad impression on my that I had to share. Even though I purchased my tires here before, I will find a local mechanic with a good reputation going forward.

Staff here are very professional and very knowledgeable. The service assistant manager Jose goes the extra mile to assure you get the best quality care for your automobile with fair and reasonable prices on mechanical repairs and tires. The atmosphere is always friendly!

Very very busy store i came in one day and was told it would be a two hour wait, so i left and then made an appointment. i got in finally and the workers were very nice and willing to listenonly thing that really annoyed me was they checked wrong tire and said nothing was with the tire when i finally said oh the back drivers? then they were like oh yeah we did front driver. other then that friendly, always keeping updated on what"s going on. after two hours (due to red tape with rental company) i was back on the road

Just had a great visit today, yes Sunday when they are packed out.Jose handles the customers like his own, and hope management knows how good he takes care of people. It's a shame that many management to know how to build up I stead of breaking down the ones who matter.Thank you for your help and direction today, this is a very different experience that the other Pep Boys close by.

The guy working on my car was very rude from the start. Nothing got done. I Will never come back here again worst customer service ever!
