I Love this store #5033 in Cape Coral Skyline. The Manager Jason Gaul IS THE BEST. Always caring about his clients and is superior with getting you a product that he doesn't have in stock, the very next morning. I cannot say enough about Jason G.

Helps me out every bit of the way when it's AutoZone they didn't know their heads from their tails The guys over here in O'Reilly they pointed me straight to it no I'm not wasting any money no I'm actually fixing the vehicle

Alex is an amazing every time I go to AutoZone it s overall a lazy customer service compared to O reillys but Alex was on his stuff helping me find the stuff I need great guy and great place 10/10 O reillys you have a great team.

These people suck I went in for a drain plug, couldn t find the right one. Anthony opened and gave me two different drain plugs and told me if I didn t fit I can come back and return it. I went back today, and Ernaldo didn t let return the plug because he says I used the drain plug. I did get a little bit of oil on them but they did not fit so I was not able to use them. He told me I used the drain plugs and would not let me return them. Horrible service. They tell me to come back and no problem to return it. What a lie.

Stopped by on 6/7 for a Routine Diagnosis.Alex performed it for me. He then went beyond the simple diagnosis and checked my Battery, Alternator, Fuses and Ground wire.He was very Professional and very Helpful.Totally appreciated his service!Thanks Again Alex !!

Usually top notch service, quality and prices. This time, the desk guy gave me two out of three "wrong" items. Wrong battery for my vehicle and wrong filter. The battery issue was caught by the mechanic I used for the installation. At least the wiper blades were correct! Returns were dealt with quickly.

I had the rotors of my SUV rectified at the Oreilly s Cape Coral, great service and communication, the guys were very professional and I had them back within couple hours. I honestly recommend this location even though I live 20 min away, cause they have always steer me right and provide quality service with a smile.

Another Great experience at O Reilly s ! Alex took great care of me. I bought a battery a year ago and it started to fail. Alex came outside and tested my battery and sure enough my hunch was correct. So the battery is under warranty and Alex installed a new one no charge then tested my alternator to make sure that it was working and was charging the battery. It s working perfectly. There s no way I would ever go to any other automotive store ! O Reilly s is the best, period !

This is the best auto parts store, great staff, great service, they show you how they preform repairs and explain it really well, especially if you don t know anything about your vehicle also worker named John deserves a raise, was a great guy.

Went here for wiper blades & to find out if they carry a replacement part for our rear wiper assembly. We ordered one & were able to pick up the next day, even though it was Easter Sunday! They are conveniently located & always friendly and helpful.

Jayson and his team are so helpful. They are quick, efficient, and have a no b.s. approach that I love. Honest opinions, phenomenal customer service, and they are great all around. This Store is always tidy, bathrooms are immaculate, and I have even brought our little ones in while Dad ordered rotors and pads.Search no further for great prices and GREAT Customer Sevice. Was at Publix on a Sunday came out and car almost didn t start-cranked and cranked. Finally started-went to O reillys and Alex came out and put new battery in for me-and it wasn t an easy install. Car started right up and on my way! Great service

Bought an alternator today with some wipers for my windshield the guy that helped me out was on point all the time never said no and I asked him for three different things my mind was toasted from hard working day and he still patient took care of me his name was Andre thank you buddy I really appreciate that help today

Horrible Experience again. Already went there once upon a time ago. Won't ever go back after giving them another chance. As soon as you walk in expect not to be greeted they seem to have no customer service experience what so ever. After trying to help my self I asked a question and was told what we have on the shelf is what we have. RIght off the bat I see there was no intentions to helping me out. Why even come to work give someone the job that is willing to help and fulfill their job duties. These times are crucial many people are unemployed willing to work and make a difference. After checking one more time I found what I was looking for and proceeded to check out. I was not offered a bag for my merchandise after asking for one it seemed to have bothered the cashier and I was told it would be easier to put in the bag while they held the bag open. Horrible service.Will never go back .

The young guy working 3/2/2022 at 730 p.m. Needs to be trained better. He had the gull to inform me there was no such thing as a power steering pulley puller, reason given was he had been working at the store for a year and a half. After showing him what a power steering pulley puller was, he had that deer in the the headlights look. I let him off the hook and subjected I go to Autozone. At that moment, he commented they probably could help you better. The young man was at least right about that. Walked in Autozone, got what I needed in less that 5 minutes.

Great Experience. They had the Motorcraft battery I needed in stock. Sean was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. He had the new battery installed in no time and I was out the door in about 15 minutes!

Took my car there the other day for a new battery The service was great and very helpful installing the battery. However, upon completion, my car's check engine light came on. I had multiple issues starting my car after installation. The employees tried their best to diagnose the problem and came to the conclusion that they did nothing wrong and the problem existed before I arrived. I had to have my car towed to a mechanic and they still insist they did nothing wrong. I will NOT be going back to this or any O'Reilly's ever again.

Always available 7 days a week for our automotive needs. Helpful and professional staff who we feel give us a great deal of respect. They have a wide variety of brands at great cost. We highly recommend oreilly auto parts to other chains.

I had purchased a battery for my vehicle from O'Reillys a while back and was still covered under warranty. The battery had gone bad and I stopped in and they helped assure me it was the battery giving me problems. They replaced and installed a new battery for free! I know that's what the warranty is for but the level of service I received was phenomenal. I am so thankful to have this O'Reillys right around the corner from my home and work! Thanks guys!!

The guys were very helpful. They have a lot of parts for older vehicles. If you need to order something it usually comes in the next day. They also have an array of tools that you can use cost free I believe. Double check that one :). I prefer over other places

Went into the store at 12/15/2018 at 9:47 to buy a bulb for my tail light, I realized my reverse light was out as well so at 9:56 I went to go buy one before they closed at 10 and they locked the door and denied me service. I understand if I came at 10 but I was there in the parking lot fixing my truck. Very disappointed in my experience.

I dont know why there is bad reviews, maybe its the older employees? I dealt with the younger guys, and they helped me with checking my battery and letting me know what i needed to do, along with the options. I however did not purchase anything but was still treated like a good customer. I am satisfied with my experience.

Horrible service 30 minute wait to return the wrong part they sold me the day before. Another 30 minutes to get the wrong credit for the wrong part. If you see Brandon behind the counter, go to AutoZone. I will never ever purchase anything at oreillys again.
