These guys are simply AMAZING!! They did a magic trick really, got a new transmission from Ford and installed it in less than a week... we are beyond grateful for the service we received everyone is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to!! Thank God for Morgan's Auto they deserve 1 million stars.

This guys are awesome ! I had one of my vintage rental convertibles there for a transmission rebuilt. They did a great job, he did it for the amount they told me before, which was not expensive, and they did it in just 7 days ! It's a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado, on this car it's really a big job ! This business is a rare find. I expected my bill to be double of what I paid. I needed a serpentine belt as well as a PS belt (a difficult repair on a Ford Edge). We were referred to Morgans from another shop for a transmission repair on our work van. We found TJ and Ronnie to be professional and honest, and workmanship seems to be exceptional. Communication was excellent, they kept us well informed about diagnosis and ETA, and the cost of the repair was honest and fair. It seems like they have loyal customers, and now I know why. We were so impressed with the van repair, we left a Jeep for a repair as well, and was ready next day, again greeted with professionalism and excellence. I can, without hesitation , highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs an good honest mechanic/technician.

These guys are top-notch excellent mechanics! They know what they are doing and are the best in customer service. I have had my truck in there twice, a car, and soon-to-be my Jeep! They have diagnosed problems over the phone without a charge and have more knowledge than most dealerships I've had to deal with.

Excellent service and professional approach to all customers. I've been going to Ronnie and TJ for over 8 years now and will not let anyone touch my car for repairs or even routine service. I've recommended Morgans Auto to all my friends and they are glad I did. Great work and prices! They go above and beyond for their customers.

One of the best auto repairs shops I have come across in my life. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and their workmanship has always been to the highest standard on every vehicle i have brought to then to work on. I would recommend them over any repair shop in the Lee county area. They have earned my respect and my business for years to come. And I would like to say thank you to then add well for it is not easy to find a great mechanic that you have the utmost trust in in this day of age where companies don't care about customers. Well this company does care and thet will earn your business for life with how they conduct their business. 5 star service all around!

I was initially refered to Morgan's Auto Repair by another repair shop that was not capable of completing the repair I needed. I mentioned my experience and satisfaction to some friends only to discover that they have been dealing with Ronnie and TJ for years. I have since been back for additional repairs. Ronnie and TJ are straight shooters, no BS, they stand behind their work and use quality parts at a reasonble price. They have gained another customer for life. Great job translating trouble codes. Was very experienced from talking to him and by the replacement of the part that turned my engine light on. I don't know but I would guess that he's an excellent tuner.

Great service! Ronnie and TJ are the best. Truly empathize with you and care about your car. They are very fair when it comes to the costs of repair but make sure you get here early because this place is always packed!

After being pushed to the side for 3 weeks at another repair shop I did what I should have done to begin with and went to Morgan's I was told to drop my truck off on Thursday and I should be able to pick it up Thursday evening. I received several calls from TJ informing me of the situation and what should be done. Long story short it took a little extra time to do things right and will save me money in the long run! Not worried about the extra time its done right that's what matters!!

TJ is great! I was due for an oil change. Got me in right away. Places like this feel more personal than bringing it to a dealer or national chain. Highly recommend Morgan Auto.

This is a great place. We take our work trucks here and personal trucks. Tj in my book is the best around. He is always kind and very informative. I wouldn't take any of our vehicles anywhere else. Thank you morgans for your honesty and great prices.

Last year they messed up my Jeep transmission. Wasted $800 plus. They'll probably say I never went there, that's apparently what they say about all their other bad reviews. But I most certainly did go there, I regret it, and never will again.

If you'd like to be treated rudely, go here. Otherwise, run away. Will never go back here. Took what should have been a simple job and tried to put one over because I am a lady. I notice someone else had the same problem awhile ago. Wish I knew then what I know now.
