I do most of my work but anything requiring special machines or labor intensive lift required stuff goes directly to them. Used them on 6 or 7 vehicles I ve owned over the past 2-3 years. I drop off on the weekend and pick up before the week ends. Always easy to deal with and no complaints here.

My best friend recommended Mitch's Firestone 4 or so years ago. I recently brought my car in because of a catalytic converter code when my check engine code prompted me. I had previously had this replaced less than 2 years ago. They put a new one in and my car seems to be running very well. Thanks again for getting me in during a busy time and the replacement part was under warranty. .I have really had a great experience here for 4 years. I would highly recommend them for tune ups and repairs. Thanks so much .

Recommended by my tire supplier for tire installation. Tires were sent directly there, made my appointment, dropped the car off, picked it up later in the day. I asked to check the wheels alignment and if needed to do it but I was told it was good. The wheels are balanced perfectly at any speed. Very pleased. I will be a regular customer with the household cars maintenance. Happy to support a small family business.Thank you Mitch!

The guys at Mitch s repaired all my lighting problems at a very fair price. I was impressed they were able to get the work done because they only had two techs working that day. I have been using Mitch s for 15 years now and have never been disappointed.

I have used Mitch s Firestone for service on my vehicles for over 10 years. Always courteous and the mechanics do excellent work. My recent visit was no exception. Oil change was completed in a timely manner and they also replaced a faulty tire pressure sensor for me. Finally, they always follow up via a text message to be sure you are satisfied with their service/repairs.

I take my truck to Mitch's for everything on my 2002 ford f250. They have always treated me with honesty and respect. Even though it's not what I want to hear, with repair and cost. But they do not cut corners and do what they say. Would highly recommend them for everything from general maintenance to more indepth repairs.

I have been a customer at Mitch Firestone for about 3 years. When I take my vehicle to them for an appointment they get me in the shop sometimes the same or next day. The employees are very professional, courteous and work is performed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Great service and quality, everyone was super friendly and great to find a shop who has a diesel mechanic working there who actually drives a diesel truck himself. Called them for an issue with the DEF system on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday. Couple days later all good and at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend Mitch's to anyone looking for a quality mechanic who is honest, upfront and good value!

Rob and his crew are courteous and friendly. They complete the repairs on time and are reasonably priced. They follow up to make sure you are happy with their work. Highly recommend him.

These guys were great. I had some work done on my truck by two other shops and they don t come close to these guys. Rob kept me informed of what was going on and even saved me over $800 in repair I was told I needed by another shop. Mitch s Firestone will be my go to mechanic from now on.

They were fair and honest with me and as female that is hard to find. I had a gotten my oil change at Tire Choice pick it and had an oil leak by the time I got home. They said they had no responsibility. Took it dealership they want 4x the amount to fix it. Came here and they took care of the car, fixed and explained everything. GREAT SHOP!!!!! The only place now I will take my car. (Adui Q7)

Mitchs garage is the place to go ,as a single woman who s been ripped off by many other car places. This place is very honest. They do not try to sell you things that you do not need. I ve been going here for several years and one time I thought I needed tires and they told me no I did not need the tires and I just had a problem with my air conditioner not blowing right thinking that I was gonna maybe need a whole new air conditioner and they came out and told me that something got stuck and was blocking the air filter and they came out and showed me the item that was stuck and blocking the air filter, so all that I needed was a filter. Many other places would have lied and tried to sell me a whole air conditioner unit and try to sell me a whole new set of tires but they re very honest and they don t rip you off ,their prices are very reasonable and they don t try to sell you things you don t need ,which is what I ve had happened to me so many times in the past with other Auto repair places. Mitch s is the place for honest reasonable car care. They even check in with you afterwards to make sure that everything went well.

Do not go to this store. A few months ago I was here for oil change & tire rotation. When I left I heard noise coming from front axle. All 10 lug nuts were not tight. This week I was there for same service. After I drove off I checked my wheels & noticed that they had not been rotated. I went back, they rotated the tires but when I got home 3 lugs on 1 wheel were not tight. I will never go back!

Everytime I have been there, everyone has been so friendly and explain my opinion to resolve my issue. They always try to help the price affordable. They are honest and I would suggest them to anyone.

I got an alignment at Mitch's. I made an appointment a few days before, and showed up about 15 minutes early. My car went to the alignment rack a bit ahead of schedule, and I was done within 45 minutes. The staff is friendly and professional and they did a great job for what I think was a reasonable price.

We called on Tuesday for high performance tires and they were installed on Friday, they even took care of our front end alignment. Price was right and services was even better. They even reached out to us today to make sure we were happy with the service. Definitely going back here for all of our tire needs.

They do excellent work, have very reasonable prices, and top notch customer service! My girlfriend took her car here to have the AC compressor replaced, and not only did they do a great job with the car, they even followed up to make sure that everything was working fine. We highly recommend Mitch s Firestone!

I took my 2014 Rav4 to Mitch's Firestone on a recommendation from a friend. My CV joint began to leak so I called for a quote and made sure they would be able to do the work. All in all it was good work for the price and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is how long it took to complete my repair. I called days in advance and was at the shop before they opened like I discussed with them on the phone... 7 hours later and a few phone calls I finally got my car back. They said the it was the part delivery person's fault but the long delay caused me to miss a doctor's appointment. If I need a repair in the future I will bring my car back to this place but I will be persistent and diligent in ensuring that they have the part before I drop my car off so that it does not take longer than discussed.

I had a tire problem (from a previous tire company) and needed 4 new tires for my camper. Mitch s Firestone found the perfect tire for me and were also very accommodating. I was able to drop off my camper in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. I took a trip a few weeks later and everything went smoothly! So happy I chose Mitch s Firestone and would definitely recommend them to everyone!

This is very good place of service. They have been very good with my vehicle. Highly recommend !!! They just went over and above to fit me in for four tires to get me on the road for my grand daughter's graduation in Georgia. Thank you so much guys!!! I just had more work done and they fixed me up nicely. I have a brand new battery and they fixed my signal light. Again wonderful service!!

Mitch's Firestone has always done a great job on all my vehicles. Rob recommends a tire to fit my needs and so far the tires have worked out well. I have had AC work done and alignments, never had any problems.Thank you for always doing good work.Ted
