Leading Edge repaired the trunk of our SUV. They repaired it quickly. At pick up they showed us the warn part & explained exactly what they did to make the repair. Their prices were reasonable.

This place is great! What i look for when i have a problem with my vehicle is HONESTY. The owner David was was always available to answer my questions and the man is ALWAYS there working. Much respect! Definitely recommend

My exhaust pipe disconnected/broke in the middle of running errands due to extensive rust! I brought it into leading edge auto and within a couple of days my vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up! They never disappoint

I highly recommend Leading Edge Auto Care if you are looking for a place where you will be treated like a valued customer by friendly, professional, and honest people. Prices are competitive and you don't have to worry about being told that you need unnecessary work done on your car.

Recently had the transmission on my work vehicle replaced by Leading Edge with a new transmission. Traveling out of state, the transmission failed. Wife called Leading Edge and was told they would take care of it. The vehicle was towed to a shop, where it was found that Leading Edge had installed a used transmission, instead of the new one I had purchased. Leading Edge told us to tow the vehicle to different locations to find the lowest cost for the repairs. Once the transmission was replaced, Leading Edge wouldn't pay for the repairs.Leading Edge said, "they can't lose money on this."My wife reviewed the charges of the new transmission and found out the labor and services cost less near Washington, DC than what Leading Edge charges. She called them and gave them another opportunity to stand behind their work. They promised to pay. When picking up the vehicle, Leading Edge had refused to pay. I had to pay to get my vehicle released.Leading Edge substituted a used transmission for the new transmission they charged me, they refused to stand behind their work, told us they would cover the repairs, but didn't, and charged more than a similar shop in Washington, DC.

Excellent consistent service! From tire repair, to purchase of tires to as small but important as a Fob battery rescue!So grateful they exist just down on Falls Rd.

It s hard to find a good reliable business anymore .but Leading Edge was a breath of fresh air. My transmission went out on my 2017 Silverado. I have an extended warranty which I ve never used, so I was going into this process blind. Once I gave my warranty info to Leading Edge they immediately called and got all the information I needed to get the process going. I felt confident leaving my truck with them. They diagnosed the issue the same day as drop off, and communicated with me every step of the way which is HUGE in my book. My transmission was covered under warranty which they found me a very hard to find part this day in age and had it installed in a very timely manner. Upon pickup , the truck was washed and looked great but also ran flawlessly. I would absolute recommend this shop and will be doing business with in the future. Great clean lobby, large clean shop, informative friendly staff! A+++Service: Transmission

I cannot praise this business more. Had a bit of an emergency with my brakes, and this company was highly recommended-and now I personally know why. I called and they were booked and only had a small window to have my vehicle checked out. I got it over within minutes and David was awesome. He did not over promise me anything, but said they would try and take a look at my vehicle sometime that day. Long story short- they were able to check it out AND do the repairs by end of day. He was very busy, but nothing short of professional and friendly even a smile. (Which seems to be rare these days) . Customer service is a 10!! Explained what was needed, got my approval and got the work done. AND all at a fair price!! Didn t overcharge because of the emergency, and did an outstanding job. I can feel safe in my car again thanks to this team of amazing professionals. Will recommend them to everyone and will be a forever customer!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

So I ve been a customer since 2014 with the previous owner today was the first time I went with the new owner David I went in for a pitstop as they used to call it when you re going on a trip you go in and have all your fluids checked and your tire pressure checked and there was never a charge. They bring me my keys back tell me they just put some air in my tires and windshield fluid a little bit because it was already almost fall. Everything else was fine. Took about 15-20 minutes max. The girl says there s a half hour charge, proceeds to charge me $76.45 almost fell over. I m like what are you kidding me they ve never charge before oh well we have to charge now OK well if you re going to charge, let s be reasonable, you re not diagnosing anything. I mean I wouldn t have minded. . I mean I wouldn t have minded $25 but 75 that s absurd. I had scheduled to go in for an oil change and tire rotation August 8 and immediately turned around and told her to cancel it that I will not be going back there. It s one thing to be in business but it s another thing to have customer service and this is no way to treat your customers, if you want them to return that is, I would not recommend going there cause you re going to get a overcharged.Update 7/24/23 Dave the owner reached out to me and we discussed what happen and he apologized for what happened. He asked if I would give them another chance and I said I would. I think he cared and wants to have He is making it right and is going to do a free oil change. So I will surely go back, Dave displayed as an owner is that he cares, and he s concerned about his customers and that means a lot in this day and age.

I had a great experience at Leading Edge Auto Care. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The pricing was also very reasonable. I had the best experience with Leading edge, auto care , David treated me with respect and kindness, and understood my concern on my 2014 mustang he diagnosed my car & gave me a fair honest price and understood my situation. Great service and people. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable while you wait. Which I have to say didn t take long at all! Came he for the first time and instantly was treated like family. Told me what was wrong with my vehicle gave me a quick estimate. Before they do any further work they called and ask if I want any more work done to my vehicle. Price was reasonably fair, amazing consumer service come check these guys out don t sleep.

Owner was very adamant to make sure the issue I had was fixed after it initially wasn t. Even personally drove me to my job when I had to bring it back.This level of care for customers is rare to find around here and I will be coming back. Had a fuel system issue back in May. Problem was misdiagnosed at 1st, and I was in a tight spot. I got a 2nd opinion and brought in my friend fresh out of the hospital. Ultimately, the problem was fixed, and discounts were made. David was pretty courteous, for the most part. However, take their initial diagnoses with a grain of salt if you're a female car owner. You might need an advocate.

Went in with AC trouble and they did a great job. They were honest and fair and informative. I was even going to ask if they could pump up my tires because my signal was on and they had already done it. I will be going back and telling my husband.

2023 - I guess you can't add more than one review. So this is an edit of the first time I used Leading Edge. The 2nd time was just as great as the first. Pesky fuel leak above the tank on our F-150. The line that was leaking must be the most inaccessible part to change. But the folks at Leading Edge didn't balk, didn't gouge me for the dealer part or the labor. Top notch garage. No need to go anywhere else!2021 -Snarky engine fault code. Leading Edge fixed it promptly, no hassle, unexpected low price after researching code fixes online. Very happy, already referred 'em.

Definitely, one of the best car repair shops, I am definitely impressed, I took my Mercedes to have work done, they were very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for any further repairs in the future

They fixed my 2008 Accord and were very transparent on work and pricing. They did an awesome job. The mechanics are nice and the women at the desk is literally the sweetest person ever. Good and honest mechanics are hard to find but leading edge is awesome 10/10

David was professional and polite when we first spoke on the phone. He took the time to listen to the problems we were having with our vehicle. We were able to use the night key drop which was really convenient. They have plenty of parking and it was well lit. They promptly called with an estimate the next morning and had the car back to us in a day. The price was fair and the car now drives great. Appreciate the military discount too! Would definitely recommend these guys for your automotive repairs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Friendly, professional, and caring. Our AC went out and these guys worked hard on our vehicle to ensure we had AC, even though our truck parts are obsolete and they didn't need to bother. We are older and need our AC as the heat here in Florida can be brutal. Their premises are neat, organized. Their waiting area is tidy, clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. They have a coffee and water area and a beautiful fish tank. Their receptionist is a lovely woman named Trinity, who is intelligent, professional, and personable. Truly a lovely experience.

Leading Edge is outstanding. On vacation and had brake issues.Called and they had me bring it in. left it and they called within 2 hours had the issues diagnosed and told me how much it would cost. They had it ready within 2 hours! Got it back same day! Outstanding service and great pricing! If you live here or from out of town this is the car service business you want to use!!
