Even before arriving Paul T. Was very courteous over the phone and he was extremely helpful in working with my wife to find a car that fit our needs and budget. Yves in finance was extremely patient despite some difficulties negotiating with the banks and was very transparent about his efforts to follow through with what Paul had set us up with. We are happy with our Kia Soul and would recommend that you ask for these gentlemen when looking for a new car in Cape Coral or the general SW Florida area.

On Thursday, February 29, 2024, I went to Kia of Cape Coral to pickup my 2021 Kia Sorento that had A/C and 30k miles work done on it. I paid a total of $1012.81 for service which I expect to be outstanding and when I receive my car, I see a crack on the windshield about 5 inches long and the passenger seats dirty from what it looks like to be oil or some other substance. The car had been sitting at the dealership for approximately a week and I had brought it in without a crack on the windshield or dirty seats. When I asked the service guy Mike about it, he states that wasn t us completely denying responsibility for the issue. He then brings his manager in and he just tells me to take it up with my insurance and they would get it fixed. Why would I take it up with my insurance if the dealership caused the damage? How about take responsibility for your wrongdoing and fix the issue yourself. I have had other issues with Kia of Cape Coral in the past and I have given them the benefit of the doubt but this is it. I am not bringing my car here anymore cause all they do is take your money and damage your car. Kia of Cape Coral, you need to do better.

What a memorable experience. I have been through the car buying process quite a few times. Always looked forward to driving something new, NEVER looked forward to the process. Between pushy salesman, greedy managers, you're only seen as dollars signs and commission. Kia of Cape Coral was my first stop. My mother and I walked around the lot till we found something I liked. Entered the sales floor to be gracious and kindly greeted by URIEL. As soon as we sat down I knew he was going to get me in a car. Talk about a vibe! He made an instant impression on my mother and I. After a short conversation, It was time to test drive, 3-4 keys in hand URIEL ran back and forth and back and forth. 3 test drives in total and we landed on a 2021 jeep compass that I knew would be way out of my price range and my credit wouldn't help a scam artist... URIEL laid everything out on the table, no secrets, no surprises. URIEL, got me in something I never thought I'd have the privilege of owning. But now I do. If you walk in uninformed you will probably have the typical at buying experience, however if you read this review and ask to work with URIEL. You will get nothing short of the best car buying experience of your life. Thanks my guy! URIEL URIEL URIEL, go see him!I can't forget to mention Kia was closed by the time I left .URIEL ASSISTED IN DETAILING MY NEW CAR AS WELL SINCE EVERYONE WENT HOME.Forget being an incredible salesman it's nice to know there are still amazing people doing great things for people in need like I was and like URIEL does.

I m extremely pleased with the customer service at KIA of Cape Coral. They re exceptionally accommodating and genuinely strive to assist you, unlike Mazda of Fort Myers. Josh Reyes went above and beyond for my wife and I, staying an hour past closing without complaint on Easter Sunday. We test drove various cars, taking our time to compare and contrast. A special mention to the finance guy who also stayed late to help us close the deal. Kia has definitely excelled in the technology department, boasting the largest screens in the market. Ultimately, it was the outstanding customer service that convinced me to purchase my first Kia

First time buyer here, I had Uriel as my salesman and right off the jump I knew I found the right place. I walked in the door with an idea of my budget and he listened to me throughout the process of getting him to understand what I was looking for. He made me feel comfortable and understood the entire time. I took up a lot of his time that day and not once did I feel rushed to make a decision or pressured. I felt he truly cared about my situation and how he could help me get into a new vehicle without being stressed about money. I highly recommend this place, the professional feeling of the atmosphere from the moment you walk in to the moment you sign papers they truly make it as easy and quick of a process as they can. I was very happy with my experience after having so many unpleasant visits with other dealerships. If you do go here, try and find Uriel, he s a young man with a bright future in this field if he chooses to stick with it. I strongly feel he will take good care of you and have you feeling confident leaving the store in your new ride.

Can t say enough good things about my experience here while car shopping! I wanted to check out all the new models Kia offers, but didn t want the pushy Sales experience, so I hesitated to go, but boy am I glad I did! Wilmer Delgado was such a pleasure to have as my sales associate, was willing to let me see/test drive anything I wanted, and was informative and helpful without being pushy. THANK YOU!! And to top it off, his manager, Mario Dominguez walked me through all the options of my unique scenario, but again without being pushy, and just being helpful. They definitely earned my loyalty, and I highly recommend to go here for a great experience during your car shopping.!!

Update: why would I put my mother in laws full name on a public review? Another thing is you guys keep lying to her about handling her claim to fix her vehicle. She has no car and has not able to work for a week now going into 2 weeks. you guys can t provide a rental for a vehicle that has WARRANTY. You guys are not doing anything to resolve her issue.Mother in law took out a car a little over a month ago. Car stopped running due to engine issues. Dealership said she has to pay out of pocket. Over 800$ for a diagnosis. No rental can be provided either and still charging her for the entire car note. Horrible dealership to take a car out. Extended warranty said the dealership has to provide the rental. Dealership says that extended warranty has to provide her with rental. Nothing but back and forth. She is out of work now due to no transportation and she is also a care taker for her sister who suffered a stroke leaving her paralyzed. This dealership is the worst.

Just purchased a new Sorento here and it was a GREAT experience. Our salesman, Latee was the BEST. Not pushy or aggressive like other salesmen we've experienced. Ask for him if you go! Mario, the manager, and Kwiloo the finance guy were wonderful as well. Fastest and easiest car buying experience we've ever had.

Horrible company. I lost my vehicle when hurricane Ian came through and I have been contacting this company for almost 2 years now just to get the money I am owed from a warranty I have not had in almost 2 years now. Now I have pen fed credit union telling me i owe them 675 dollars even with my gap insurance. Kia of Cape Coral was bought out and I'm going to contact a lawyers office tomorrow morning because these people will not call you back. They will tell you that they have no way to get into the old system. I'm not going to allow this to continue. Absolutely Horrible place.

I would just like to start by saying if anyone is interested in purchasing a vehicle I highly recommend asking for Sam. He was very attentive, personable, outgoing, friendly, and an absolutely phenomenal help while I searched for my perfect car. He was patient while I went back and forth between many different vehicles making sure I found the perfect fit. He didn t push me to make a decision just to rush me out, he let me take my time. Couldn t be more grateful for such an amazing experience like no other! Thank you very much Sam!

My wife and I visited the dealership 2 weeks ago, to purchase a new Kia Sportage Hybrid. We found a car that we really liked and put a deposit to hold the car. However, the salesman never disclosed that because of the matte finish, the car could never be taken through a car wash, had to be hand washed, scratches could not be touched up, and the car would need to be totally repainted if ever in a fender bender. We cancelled the sale the very next day, and it took 2 weeks to get my deposit back. Very deceptive sales practice not to disclose important information concerning the car paint finish. Other dealers had stickers on their matte finish cars and their salesman told us up front.

In the beginning of February, I purchased my second vehicle at this location. Both times I purchased, the experiences were phenomenal when it came to sales ( Jack and Paul T.) both salesman went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted along with Jeremiah.Ok, now here's where everything blew up in flames, hence my 1 star review.When I received my first bill, I noticed that my monthly payment and pay off information were wrong. My husband and I brought the bill to the dealership to discuss this issue with Todd Dewitt in finance. He said it was definitely wrong and not the numbers we discussed but he would email Kia finance to find out what happened and said he'd have an answer within 48 hours and would call us with this information.48 hours turned into a week, then into 2 weeks, and finally 4 weeks despite the every day/every other day texts to Todd to see what the verdict was. He kept saying " we are working on it and it will be resolved by the end of today." ( I have text messages to prove this).On Friday April 5th, Angie from finance called me and said with warranties it takes 8-10 weeks to cancel. I was flabbergasted as this wasn't a warranty issue, it was a pay off/payment issue. I was confused and notified her and Todd that I would be in to discuss this being that it was almost 4 weeks.On Monday April 8th, my husband and I went into the dealership. Obviously we were already angry and wanted answers as this had been going on long enough with no clear answers. Angie approached my husband extremely rudely and unfortunately, my husband gave her a piece of his mind in a very loud tone out of frustration with this situation.Todd D from finance brought us into his office to discuss further. He then informs us that the difference in the pay off amount and my monthly bill payment were due to $4,700 in warranties that were added without our knowledge. In February when I originally purchased my vehicle, the numbers were discussed numerous times over that 30-45 minutes that we were in his office and no discussion of warranties were mentioned ( I specifically remember that conversation with the first vehicle I purchased there in February of 2023). My husband and I also buy new vehicles every 12-18 months so are very familiar with the warranty add ons. So even if it had been discussed, we would have declined them.Todd offered to CashApp me $390 to cover my April monthly payment due to not making my March payment or April payment because we were advised by Todd to not do so until this was all figured out. He stated that he was going to do this because he messed up. Previously in conversations with Todd ( again, all in writing) we were told that we would get free oil changes and a $200 gift card for our troubles. While we were in his office on 4/8/2024, Todd wrote out what we were owed from the dealership. We were also supposed to be issued a check for $407 to cover my March payment along with the late fees associated with it. He said that he would call us by 12:30 to let us know if we should pick up the check in Fort Myers and if it wasn't ready, he was going to have someone personally deliver the check along with the $200 gift card the following day ( today4/9/2024). We did not hear from Todd the remainder of yesterday despite calling and texting him to get information.Todd called today (4/9) around 11:30 to inform me that the person who was supposed to hand deliver the check to me was not in but we could either pick it up from the dealership or he would overnight it. I told him I would call my husband to see how he wanted to handle it. I texted and inquired about the $200 gift card and no response.my husband then spoke to Jeremiah and was informed that Angie said we would not be getting the gift card due to Todd paying out of pocket.We have since requested a meeting with the GM but no one has called us back since this afternoon.My advice? Stay far away from this dealership as they are sneaky and add hidden costs without informing their customers.

I am replacing my wife s brakes and rotors on her 2017 Kia optima ex hybrid. Due to the average hourly rate that dealerships charge (about $150-250 per hour for labor) I decided to do it myself. I do not know anything of this platform. I have done my brakes rotors on my car many times before and figured it would be easy.For some reason, I had a hard time getting the front tires off of the car after removing the lugs nuts. I thought there could be some kind of locking or safety mechanism. So I call Kia of Cape Coral to ask one question over the phone. I asked if there was a locking mechanism. The response I get? You re better off just bringing the car in. I said no thank you I can do it myself. But before I proceed. I just need to know if there s a locking mechanism. Then the guy tells me I can t give advice over the phone I told him that I wasn t looking for advice. I just needed a yes or no. I asked to speak to one of their service guys and get told that they are too busy. Is this really the world we live in now? Do better.
