I was stranded in Sarasota with a flat tire and Rae with K&W towing was AMAZING!!! He drove up from Ft Myers and picked me and my car up at 1030pm and got me home safely! Not to mention the conversation in the truck was just what I needed after a long day! THANK YOU ALL for the great service! I would recommend you all to anyone!

I was in a 5 car pileup & went to hospital by ambulance K&W towed my car via rotation. Even though I was extremely frustrated with everything, they did a great job with my vehicle. Then I had my vehicle towed home & Driver Edison delivered it on a flatbed. It was a wonderful experience. My experience was effortless & flawlessly handled by this Company. Kudos to them with deep Gratitude

Had my car towed by a fellow named Rae. Had my vehicle repaired at their shop he said they had. Come to find out I was out $879 and after a week my vehicle broke down. Contacted the shop again and then a Jennifer answered the phone and was very rude and said that the symptoms my car has has nothing to do with what we fixed when I took it to my mechanic they found the complete and utter hack job they did. Looks like the owner Rae was too busy with his pile of garbage race car to fix my vehicle properly. I m surprised that thing doesn t fall apart with the work that they demonstrated that they do. Do yourself a favor never come here unless you re into being played for your hard earned money.

Listen to me when I tell you do not conduct business of any kind with this company, I'm in the customer service business and the service they provided is just awful and I'm disappointed in Mercedes Benz USA for contracting them to pick up my Mercedes! Took over 5 hours to arrive to my location, provided no ETA whatsoever and the dispatcher made is seem I was bothering him and will talk to you like "not my problem". Driver was unprofessional, not dressed accordingly, and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Truck was falling apart, had no equipment and I had to step in and assist him.. When I say assist him, I mean he showed me how to move the level that control the truck like seriously! Drugged my front end of my vehicle to the point of almost ripping off my bumper, damaged my front lip and is refusing to admit fault and is not offering anything to repair or replace it. Read this review before dialing their number, it could have been someone who can't afford to fix something on their car and these people are out here damaging peoples cars with no care in the world.

My car had a flat tire post Hurricane Ian, when all towing companies are overbooked. K&W came to the rescue within a short hour after my call. Fantastic service. Was dealing with a flat tire for my girlfriend car she had screw in so now i im at work need someone to address the issue made one phone call they sent out some one prompt out to her to change the tire out so she made to work on time intill i could get the tire fixed i had my truck tow in the past with them always same great serive and there the first and only towing company i would call and trustServices: Car towing, Tire change

For a tow truck company, they clearly don't know the area and how to get around the very town they operate out of, they have the worst communication ever, where they either won't answer the phone or will tell you there GPS says they are 28 minutes out and still hear nothing after an hour. Maybe bringing your little kids along on a tow isn't the best idea.

One of our company vehicles sustained damage when hit by another car. K & W Towing was dispatched by the police department. Although going thru the process to get the vehicle relocated to a body shop is never fun, Ms. Rae was super helpful, understanding and made the entire process seamless. My truck had some issues and was not driveable. I had it for sale, and some fella decided to jump on the offer.I towed the truck using K&W, and I had NO issues with the service performed from start-to-finish; from Cape Coral to Lehigh. He was careful and conscientious of the height, width, and weight of my truck.Even though he was cautious, he still got my lifted truck, hooked up and hauled off, pretty damn quick.Prices were fair.Service was great.

Wow! K&W Towing-Thank you! I was just rescued from the parking lot just 22 minutes after I called! Fair and great price. Great phone service. Fast AND actually had a quick fix for my car Smiling and courteous on arrival too. I am impressed and thankful they call Cape Coral home Owner operated and owner manned. They really don t want an arm and leg. Just a toe or two !!! Thank you

I ordered a tow at 830am for 530 pm through roadside assistance and they arranged for K and W. I informed them I wouldn t have access to my cell until 5 pm and they told me I would be called right before arrival. When I came out of work, I had missed calls and a voicemail from K and W. I called them back and the dispatcher was rude and condescending and canceled my tow which resulted in me being stranded outside a prison in 85 degree heat for another hour until a reputable company came to pick up my vehicle.Service: Car towing

Had a scheduled pick up for a car that I sold through Peddle. Towing company never showed up or bothered to call me for the first scheduled pick up date. I had to call them to find out what was going on, rescheduled for a different day and they didn't show up or call for that day either. I ended up using a different towing service.

Bowen from K&W saw me locked outta my car with the engine running at a gas station and without any hesitation helped me get in it right there on the spot. I would use this company first if I ever need something towed etc etc.

Needed my car towed after was hit from behind ... told the guy towing me that I needed it towed to Galeana dealership for repairs. The guy barely talked to me, didn t even give me an address where it was being towed to, but made it sound like it wouldn t be an issue to have it towed over to dealership. Later got a call from insurance saying they would t release my car until I signed for it which I could only do at the office. I m a physician who can t just leave the hospital during their 9-5 to sign a document they never told me about. Asked to have it emailed to me so I could sign and have it notarized and mail back... which of course they did not do. Awful service and awful business ...

After a very long travel delay into FLL and our Uber broke down halfway into Alligator alley, Bowen showed up as a total godsend by at 2 am! He didn t have to, but picked us up and drove us to the nearest exit so we could catch another Uber (which happened to be 50 miles away). I will never forget his selfless act of kindness and the excellent customer service he displayed to my husband and Me. (It also happened to be our fifth anniversary, so we were even more grateful to spend our night in a hotel and not on the side of the road). Thank you!!!!!

Great people to work with. Called to get car towed early morning . Came right out to me to get car. this is the worst company to ever have come get your car ! Jennifer was rude and disrespectful my wife scheduled a pickup from 11-3pm and called to cancel to reschedule for the next day and JENNIFER called back with attitude mad that i had rescheduled they waited till 2:40 to have someone come get my car and on top of that had the audacity to say it doesn t work like that how unprofessional and disgusting if i knew they would wait till the window closed i would ve never done business with them ! Worst customer service you could ask for ! And who ever hired jennifer has lack of sense she needs to be fired someone tell her to do her job correctly please .Service: Car towing

Read the reviews for this company. They have a history of damaging vehicles and refusing to cover the damages. Trucks are in disrepair. If your getting a wrecked car towed i guess it don't matter but if you have a breakdown and need a tow go elsewhere.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Not a great experience and not worth even 1 star. A bit of advice for the owner, dont jerk around your customers, deal with complaints and concerns as someone who is responsible and stop turffing it to your employees. If you cant handle difficult issues, your in the wrong business. George needs a raise for cleaning up after you.

The driver showed up late. My jeep was parked in the grass. I asked if he needed help. He said no. I offered to help him push it 30 to the driveway he said he did not need any help. Then he drove off without towing my jeep and without telling me he was leaving. Wost tow experience ever.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Flat out just didn't show up, and when I called, claimed all of their trucks were broken down. Even if I believed that to be true, they didn't even call me to tell me that.

Bowen was fabulous! He was able to get our car out of the parking garage and onto his truck in the pouring rain! He responded promptly and took care of us right away!! Thank you, Bowen!!!

Talk about service. Pull up as a first time customer sent by someone else who reccomended. Mind you im in a wheelchair. A woman comes out to me, gets my info and assists me into the other vehicle. Wow
