Make sure you mane an appointment. If you are elderly and have walking problems, park in the front of the store. There is a spot for wheelchair. You cannot walk into the store from the back of the garage. You must go in the front door. I was not happy with one of the mechanics screaming at me when I was checking in my car. No one was in the office when I went in. They were in the garage on the phone. They do not want you to go into the garage, but there is no bell or alert to let the Service Person know that customers are waiting in the front waiting room.All was good, except for the mechanic who was screaming at me. Situation was defused by the Service Person who made my appointment and a different Service Person who checked me in and out.

Made an online appointment, dropped my vehicle off earlier than scheduled for my convenience. Was called during the service going over the details of my requests and their recommendations, the store finished my vehicle earlier than anticipated. The employees were friendly, store was clean, service while checking in and out was quick as well.

Scheduled an appointment the day before. Jim Palmer booked me at 10am the next day. I walked in and was greeted and assisted right away it took less than an hour and I was on my way.His service and professionalism is much appreciated these days. Grabbed his cards and plan on recommending all my friends and clients to his location in Cape Coral. Great guy!!

I thought I only had a nail. Tech found sidewall puncture. Which I knew was unrepairable. Service adviser suggested 2 new tires vs only one. Which I totally agreed to. In FL for 3 months & will travel back to Illinois with peace of mind. Thank you Fritestone in Cape Coral.

On vacation and brought in my vehicle at the end of the day with a nail in a tire. Was told it would be about 45 minutes to plug it. Came back 1/2 hr later and found out the nail hadn't penetrated the tread, so no plug was needed. And since no repair was done, there was no charge! It's been a few days since this happened and the tire has held its pressure. Thank you to this team at Firestone!

Scheduled work quickly through office, personable floor staff. Work done as expected. Only negative is a small parking lot. We have used them several times and are very satisfied.

SEVERAL WEEKS AGO I TOOK A TRAILER TIRE AND HAD IT MOUNTED HERE, THEY HAD A GREAT PRICE AND QUICK SERVICE. IT THEN TURNS OUT I BOUGHT THE WRONG RIM. SO, I PURCHASED THE CORRECT RIM AND THEY PUT THE PREVIOUSLY MOUNTED TIRE ON MY NEW RIM FOR FREE. GREAT SERVICE AND FINALY SOME BUSINESS NOT RIPPING YOU OFF.

I've been going to the Cape Coral (on the parkway) Firestone for 4 years since moving here. The location and quality of staff are great. Having a dedicated front counter person provides better customer service.

Took our car there to patch a tire and they broke a lug nut trying to get it off. They gave us the car back saying they didn't have the right tool to get the one they broke off, and to take the car somewhere else. Because of the way they broke it, there was hardly anything left of it so now it's going to cost us almost $500 because the tire has to come off from the inside due to the lug nut that they broke.

Thank you Sherri for helpig me. I would recommond this Firestone but no others, St Augustine in Old Town will not help you and straight up lie to your face. So thank you Eagle Sherri for putting me back on the road safely, You went above and beyond. Well, now my car still makes the sound at the brakes that it made when I went to the first firestone... so now I have to go back. I want my parts from St. Augustine, shipped back to the orginal place I went to , to take these brakes off, put my old ones back on and take it to a real mechanic. I also have a dent in my car that was not there in SA....??

I have been using Firestone for the past couple of years but always suspected they didn't actually rotate my tires when I brought it in. Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires was replaced a few months ago with a tire of a different brand, so I knew ahead of time that I would be able to tell if they did not rotate my tires. After waiting an entire day for them to finish, and also having to call them myself to ask if it was done rather than them calling me to let me know it was finished, I came in and saw that my tires were not rotated. They gave me a discount once I called them out for it, but it was still inconvenient and made me wonder how many other times they didn't actually rotate my tires. Beware that they may try to take advantage of you.

Brought my car in at 11:30 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I needed to leave it the entire day and that they were short staffed. Figured I would come back up at 4:00, car was still not done. Now only one person up front. Asked what the status was. Was asked if I wanted the keys back since it was still not done. I asked how much longer and was told that I should be next. Car wasn't brought into the bay until 5:00 p.m. still waiting.. Over 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation come on

Got new tire put on twice now...flat. problem they sent my car away with 38 lbs in new tire. 29 in another 28 in another and 30..Really???

Had to get a flat tire fixed on my sister's Dodge Caravan and they did a nice job and did it for free since it was a new tire that she bought when she did all 4 tires the first of August 2023.

Always friendly staff. Service for vehicles always excellent. If they can't do it, they'll send you to a place that can...locally in Cape Coral which is great. They have never refused my elderly parents with giving complimentary air in their tires. Very customer oriented.

A friend recommended this place because I happened to break down fairly close by. I'm so glad he did. In the months after that, I've come numerous times and the service is just excellent. They are always incredibly communicative, they help me understand what's going on with my car, and answer any questions. I don't know how competitive the pricing is but I know that when I was there, they showed me different options for my budget. I honestly would even pay a higher rate to use them for the good customer service, just to have someone who understands cars help me take the best care of mine. I wish I could remember the names of the few people I've spoken with because they have all been wonderful. Definitely recommend this Firestone!

At 9 am I dropped off my car. I was told it would be ready before noon, so I plan my day accordingly. At two pm I called them because I had other appointments .A completely indifferent guy told me I was the next ticket. At 3.30 I called again. The manager then told me that they had put on the wrong tires and an employee was picking up my tires from another location. He couldn't say when the car would be ready. The lack of respect for people here is just awful. Make sure to ask if they are going to look at your car and how many tickets are in front of you

I am from out of town and had some issues with my car prior to heading home. My car was a quart low on oil and all 4 tires were under-inflated. Both times I came in, they went above and beyond and topped off the oil and didn't charge me, and the 2nd time, graciously took care of getting air in all 4 tires. I HIGHLY recommend Firestone and cannot thank Rick & Holly enough.Services: Tires, Oil change

They got me in right away for an oil change and brake inspection. I needed my back rotors and pads replaced. Louis kept me updated the entire time and presented an extremely fair price. They even stayed late to finish my car knowing I was from out of town. They went above and beyond, thank you Louis!

I wanted to write a 1 start review but the wonderful regional manager was there and turned my experience into a blessing. She went above and beyond to correct all the mishaps. Great customer service. Because of the good Dave my negatives or corrective thoughts don't needed to be mentioned to the public. But I will definitely be back for other car needs.
